Mariners prospect OF Austin Wilson hit his first home run of the season on Thursday for Low-A Clinton.
The 22-year-old was also 3-for-4 with two runs and a walk. The No. 49 overall selection in the 2013 draft, Wilson spent his professional debut last summer at Short-Season Everett, where he batted .241/.319/.414 with 11 doubles, six home runs and a 42/17 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 56 games. The 6-foot-4, 210-pound outfielder is an impressive talent and loaded with upside, but he's also very raw for a player of his age and college background. Apr 11 - 5:46 PM
