Audy Ciriaco - SS - Marlins

Tigers re-signed INF Audy Ciriaco to a minor league contract.

Ciriaco, 24, batted just .255/.281/.376 with five homers and 57 RBI in 467 plate appearances this season. He's doubtful to ever have an impact in the major leagues.

Audy Ciriaco - SS - Marlins

Tigers sent INF Audy Ciriaco outright to Double-A Erie.

He was cleared to make room for right-hander Enrique Gonzalez on the 40-man roster. The 27-year-old Ciriaco batted .238/.261/.414 with nine homers and 36 RBI between Double-A Erie and Triple-A Toledo last season. He's not much of a prospect at this point.

1B	1	Logan Morrison D.L. Marlins manager Mike Redmond said Tuesday that he's unsure when Logan Morrison (knee) will begin a rehab assignment. Morrison is playing in extended spring training games, but the Marlins want him to get more at-bats. "He hasn’t had many at-bats so I don’t know how far out he is before he starts his 20-day rehab," Redmond said. Barring a setback, LoMo should return sometime next month. May 14
	2	Casey Kotchman D.L. Marlins manager Mike Redmond said Casey Kotchman (hamstring) could begin a rehab assignment "in the next few days." Kotchman is finally feeling improvement with his strained left hamstring. He was moved to the 60-day DL last week, though, so he won't be eligible to return until June. May 14
	3	Joe Mahoney D.L. Marlins placed first baseman Joe Mahoney on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to April 28, with a right hamstring strain. This puts the Marlins' top three first basemen -- Logan Morrison, Casey Kotchman and Mahoney -- all on the DL. They'll get by with Greg Dobbs and Chris Valaika at the position until Kotchman is activated. Apr 30
2B	1	Donovan Solano D.L. Donovan Solano's strained left intercostal muscle remains sore. There's no timetable for when he'll resume baseball activities, let alone when he'll return from the DL. Derek Dietrich will continue to serve as the primary second baseman for the Marlins. May 14
	2	Chris Valaika D.L. Chris Valaika underwent successful surgery on Friday, having two pins inserted into his wrist. Valaika is expected to require 4-6 weeks of healing time before he's able to return to the Marlins. He had been virtually ineffective in his 22 games before the injury, hitting .219/.261/.344 with one homer and nine RBI. May 10

Stanton has been on the disabled list since April 30 with a severe right hamstring strain and is being limited currently to pool workouts. There is no timetable for his return to Miami. May 18

It's not clear when Eovaldi will be ready to throw from a mound, but he's moving in the right direction. 	5	Alex Sanabia Sidelined Alex Sanabia allowed four runs over six innings as the Marlins lost to the Reds on Wednesday. Four runs was actually a good showing for Sanabia, as he gave up nine hits and three walks on the night. The right-hander now has a 5.00 ERA and probably shouldn't be starting for a major league team, let alone a fantasy one. His next start will come Monday against the Phillies. May 15
	6	Henderson Alvarez D.L. Marlins transferred RHP Henderson Alvarez from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day disabled list. The move clears a spot for Nick Green on the active roster. Alvarez recently had a setback with his shoulder and isn't close to returning. May 7
