Xander Bogaerts had a pair of singles and a run scored in Monday's loss to the Indians.
Bogaerts entered the night with just one hit and four strikeouts in his first eight plate appearances of the series, but he was the only one of the Red Sox to record multiple hits in this one. Josh Tomlin (surprisingly) and the Indians' bullpen (not surprisingly) was able to hold the Red Sox in check. David Ortiz went 0-for-1 with a sac fly and two walks in what turned out to be his final game. Oct 10 - 10:26 PM

He was up with the tying run on third base in the top of the eighth inning, but Cody Allen got him to chase a pitch in the dirt to get out of a jam.
