The Angels inked Miller to a minor league contract in November. In 40 appearances with the Rockies during the 2016 season, the 29-year-old right-hander put forth a rough 5.70 ERA, 1.64 WHIP and 45/20 K/BB ratio. He will serve as organizational depth for the Angels until they need a filler arm in the pen.
