Rougned Odor went 2-for-4 with two home runs and five total RBI in Saturday's win over the White Sox.
Odor connected for a three-run home run off Derek Holland to put a cap on a six-run third inning by the Rangers and added to his stat-line with a solo home run just one frame later. Despite his spotlight moments on Saturday, his season as a whole has been somewhat underwhelming. Odor is hitting a hum-drum .223/.262/.426 with 26 homers, 58 RBI and 12 steals in 122 games played. Rougned Odor went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases and three runs scored in the Rangers' win over the Tigers on Monday.

Odor was a menace to the Tigers all night and he filled the box score with useful fantasy numbers in the process. The 23-year-old second baseman has batted just .219/.256/.418 in 117 games this season, but he's sitting on 24 home runs, 53 RBI, 11 stolen bases, and 62 runs scored.
Aug 14 - 11:31 PM

Rougned Odor is not in the Rangers' lineup Wednesday.

Odor fouled a ball off his foot Tuesday, but the Rangers are saying he's fine and this is just a regular day off. Drew Robinson is getting a start at second base.
Aug 9 - 9:32 AM

Rougned Odor went deep again Tuesday, ripping a two-run shot in a loss to the Mariners.

Odor also had a single and scored three runs on the night, but the Rangers were out-slugged 8-7. The second baseman has now slugged four home runs and nine RBI over his last three games. He's suddenly on pace for 37 taters.
Aug 2 - 12:26 AM

Rougned Odor hit his 23rd home run of the season Monday in the Rangers' loss to the Mariners.

Odor slugged a two-run shot in the bottom of the first inning off Mariners starter Felix Hernandez, but he finished 1-for-5 in the game and made two errors in the field. The young second baseman hit two homers on Sunday in the Rangers' loss to the Orioles and now has six home runs over his last eight games.
Jul 31 - 11:27 PM

Rougned Odor went 3-for-4 with two homers and five RBI in Sunday's 10-6 loss to the Orioles.

Odor came through with a two-run single off Wade Miley in the fourth inning, a solo home run in the sixth and a two-run shot in the eighth. The latter drew the Rangers to within 10-6, but they would do no further run-scoring damage. After hitting a sturdy .271/.296/.502 last season, the second baseman has largely struggled during the current campaign (Sunday's big game notwithstanding). He is hitting just .221/.260/.424 with 22 homers and 49 RBI over the course of 104 games played.
Jul 30 - 7:03 PM

Rougned Odor clubbed one of four Rangers' home runs as they topped the Marlins on Tuesday night in Arlington.

Odor launched a solo homer in the fifth inning that increased the Rangers' advantage to 7-4. He also singled and drew a walk in the contest, finishing the night 2-for-3. Even with the strong effort, he's slashing just .215/.256/.409 on the season with 20 homers and 44 RBI.
Jul 25 - 11:20 PM

Rougned Odor homered twice Sunday in the Rangers' 6-5 comeback win over the Rays.

Odor hit a solo shot in the top of the second inning and a game-tying two-run bomb in the Rangers' three-run top of the eighth. The second baseman finished 2-for-4 with two runs scored and three RBI in the afternoon victory at Tropicana Field. He's batting .214/.252/.404 with 19 home runs and 43 RBI in 98 total games this year.
Jul 23 - 5:35 PM

Rougned Odor went 3-for-4 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in Friday's win over the Angels.

After Adrian Beltre broke Angels starter Ricky Nolasco's spirit with a three-run homer, Odor followed with a no-doubter into the second deck in right field at Arlington. Odor has hits in nine straight games, including homers in five of his past seven contests. His 12-for-31 stretch has his line up to .222/.263/.417 with 17 homers, 40 RBI and 47 runs scored as we approach the All-Star break.
Jul 7 - 11:58 PM

Rougned Odor (hand) is in the Rangers' lineup Friday.

Odor exited Wednesday's game after being hit on the left hand by a pitch, but X-rays came back clean and he didn't miss any starts. He's at second base and batting fifth against Ricky Nolasco and the Angels.
Jul 7 - 5:01 PM

Rougned Odor was lifted from Wednesday's game against the Red Sox due to a bruised left hand.

Odor was plunked on the left hand in the fifth inning. X-rays have already returned negative. Consider the second baseman day-to-day moving forward. He will be reevaluated on Thursday.
Jul 6 - 12:02 AM

Rougned Odor was lifted from Wednesday's game against the Red Sox after being hit by a pitch on the right wrist.

Odor was plunked in the wrist in the fifth inning. After he left the game, Pete Kozma took over for him at second base. He should be considered day-to-day for the time being and will be reevaluated on Thursday.
Jul 5 - 11:45 PM

Rougned Odor is absent from the Rangers' lineup Sunday.

It's Odor's first day off of the season, which is pretty crazy to say given his struggles. Nomar Mazara is also sitting out with the White Sox throwing lefty Jose Quintana. Pete Kozma and Delino DeShields are getting starts.

Rougned Odor left the yard for his 14th homer Saturday in the Rangers’ 10-4 win over the White Sox.

He gave Texas an insurance run by jacking a solo shot off David Holmberg to begin the eighth inning. Odor reached base on two other occasions, walking in the second inning and singling in the sixth. Odor hasn’t hit for a high average this year (just .211) but his power stroke is still there and he should have no trouble eclipsing his career-high of 14 steals. Saturday extended his hitting streak to four games.
Jul 1 - 6:48 PM

Rougned Odor went 0-for-3 on Tuesday and is in a 3-for-37 slump with no RBI and 11 strikeouts in his last nine games.

Odor finally seemed to have righted the ship earlier this month, hitting .313/.340/.750 with five homers in a 12-game span. Now he's basically right back where he started. If he doesn't play better over the rest of the week, the Rangers should consider sending him down for a Triple-A refresher through the All-Star break. It worked for Mike Zunino.
