White Sox purchased the contract of RHP Andre Rienzo from Triple-A Charlotte.

Rienzo was suspended early in the 2012 season for PED use, but finished with an impressive 2.53 ERA and 113/42 K/BB ratio in 103 1/3 innings between High-A Winston-Salem, Double-A Birmingham and Triple-A Charlotte. Andre Rienzo - S - White Sox

White Sox minor league right-hander Andre Rienzo was suspended 50 games for violating the minor league drug prevention and treatment program.

Rienzo tested positive for metabolites of Stanozolol, a performance-enhancing substance. The 23-year-old right-hander has a 3.37 ERA over parts of six seasons in the minors, including a 1.08 ERA and 31/7 K/BB ratio over 25 innings with High-A Winston-Salem this year. Baseball America ranked him as the organization's No. 17 prospect during the offseason.

Spasms are generally a day-to-day thing, so we'll have to see how Dunn is feeling Sunday before knowing if he'll have to miss some games. It's unfortunate timing, too, as Dunn has been heating up at the plate. May 18

	3	John Danks D.L. John Danks (shoulder) could rejoin the White Sox' rotation next weekend. Danks will make what could be his final rehab start with Triple-A Charlotte on Saturday. The left-hander holds a 3.00 ERA over three rehab outings, but he has a 10/9 K/BB ratio over 18 innings and his velocity remains down. Fantasy owners should take a wait-and-see approach, though he would get a nice first matchup against the Marlins if he returns next weekend. May 17
	4	Gavin Floyd D.L. Gavin Floyd underwent successful surgery Wednesday to repair the ulnar collateral ligament and flexor muscle in his right elbow. The surgeon told the White Sox that the operation "could not have gone better." However, since he needed two major areas operated on, the recovery is expected to be 14-19 months rather than the standard 12 months for Tommy John surgery. With that timetable, Floyd probably shouldn't be counted on for a whole lot in 2014. He'll be a free agent over the winter. May 8
