Reutimann was able to tame the beast known as "The Monster Mile" to bring home another solid finish. The team utilized each pit stop to adjust the balance of their car, and carefully avoided the on-track incidents and mechanical failures that plagued the competition. David Reutimann and the No. 83 Burger King / Dr. Pepper Toyota team finished 38th after suffering brake problems late in the race at Martinsville Speedway.

Racing inside the top-30 with less than 100 laps to go, the No. 83 suffered a broken brake rotor forcing Reutimann down pit road under green-flag conditions on lap 416. With green flag laps taking less than 20 seconds, the team worked quickly to replace the broken brake rotor and get Reutimann back on the track. However, the incident left the driver out of contention at the historic track.-A2B Strategies, LLC

No. 83-David Reutimann, a two-time winner in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, will make his 200th series start on Sunday at Bristol Motor Speedway.

David Reutimann will drive the No. 83 Toyota for BK Racing full time in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series in 2013.

Reutimann, 41, has competed in the Sprint Cup Series for the last six seasons. He has two career Sprint Cup wins. The first he earned in the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway in 2009 followed by one at Chicagoland Speedway in 2010. Pat Tryson, who worked with Reutimann at Michael Waltrip Racing, is expected to oversee the No. 83 team.-FoxSports.com

David Reutimann will drive the No. 44 Xxxtreme Motorsports Chevrolet at Phoenix in the NASCAR Sprint Cup AdvoCare 500.

Supposedly Frankie Kerr, formerly of JTG Daugherty Racing is the crew chief. The team is housed at the old TRG Motorsports location in Mooresville, NC.-jayski.com

In an effort to help a fellow small team, Tommy Baldwin and James Finch worked out a deal for David Reutimann to drive the No. 51 Chevrolet for Phoenix Racing following Kurt Busch’s suspension for this weekend’s race at Pocono Raceway.

Dave Blaney will pilot the No. 10 Chevrolet, and Tony Raines will return to the No. 36 Chevrolet for the Pocono 400 presented by #NASCAR. "I understand the position James was put in this week," explained Tommy Baldwin. "As an owner of a small team, I wanted to help him out. David Reutimann will miss the Sprint Cup Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

The No. 73 team is outside the top 35 in owners points and not guaranteed a start in this weekend’s Cup race. His qualifying speed was 42nd fastest, which was not good enough to make the cut for the event.

BK Racing announced its plans to run a third car for David Reutimann in eight NASCAR Sprint Cup Series events, including this week's Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Reutimann will pilot the No. 73 Burger King/Dr Pepper Toyota in each NSCS race that he doesn't drive for Tommy Baldwin Racing. Landon Cassill will remain in the No. 83 car and Travis Kvapil will remain in the No. 93 car for the rest of the season. Reutimann has run two events with BK Racing this season driving the No. 93 car, the Daytona 500 and the Southern 500 at Darlington.-Breaking Limits

David Reutimann has three starts at Charlotte Motor Speedway in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series with a career-best finish of sixth.

In addition to his Truck Series experience at Charlotte, Reutimann has nine starts in the Sprint Cup Series, including his first career Cup win in the 2009 Coca-Cola 600. David Reutimann will return behind the wheel of the No. 93 BK Racing Toyota this week at Darlington Raceway for the Bojangles' Southern 500.

Travis Kvapil will return to drive the No. 93 Burger King/Dr Pepper car next week at Charlotte. Reutimann has five Sprint Cup starts at Darlington; his best finish (11th) in 2010. In Nationwide Series competition, Reutimann has three starts, with a best finish of third (2008). His first time racing at Darlington was in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in 2004, which he started 12th and finished 28th.-Breaking Limits

Ricky Benton Racing No. 92 and driver David Reutimann are ready to tackle the high banks of the Rockingham Speedway for the inaugural Good Sam Roadside Assistance 200.

Reutimann will have to race the truck to the front if the team makes the race. Due to Reutimann's Sprint Cup commitment at Texas Motor Speedway, ARCA veteran Chad McCumbee will be practicing and qualifying the No. 92. The No. 74 team is outside the top 30 in owner’s points and not guaranteed a start in this weekend’s NNS race. His qualifying speed of 118.153 mph, 39th fastest, was not good enough to make the cut for the event.

David Reutimann does not qualify for the Camping World Truck Series NextEra Energy Resources 250 at Daytona International Speedway.

He is one of the ‘go-or-go-homers’ required to qualify on speed. He ran a 38th fastest lap of in the No. 92 truck. This was not good enough to make the 36-truck field.
