Sprint Cup regular (No. 36) J.J. Yeley secures the last qualifying slot open to teams outside of the top 30 in owner points for the Nationwide Series race.

The No. 42 Chevrolet Camaro driver’s lap of 176.234 mph was 34th fastest in qualifying for the the Nationwide Series O’Reilly Auto Parts 300 at Texas Motor Speedway. He will line up 40th at the green flag.

Starting the race at Martinsville in 37th, J.J. Yeley's first order of business was to move up and try to avoid the accidents that the half mile was notorious for.

Going laps down early in the race, Yeley continued to fight. Half way through, several quick cautions came out, allowing Yeley to get a lap back and make changes to the car. Still fighting to the end, Yeley finished the weekend at Martinsville Speedway's STP Gas Booster 500 in 27th. He is currently 122 points behind leader Jimmie Johnson in the race for the Sprint Cup Championship. This week the TBR teams head to the circus, the Wild Asphalt Circus at Texas Motor Speedway.-140 BUZZ

J.J.Yeley assigned the top provisional start for the Sprint Cup STP Gas Booster 500 at Martinsville Speedway.

Of the teams that were not the 36 fastest in qualifying, positions 37 through 42 are assigned as provisional starting positions based on owner points. He qualified the No. 36 Chevrolet 37th fastest for the event.

J.J. Yeley started the Kobalt Tools 400 in the 35th position and prepared for battle.

At the drop of the green flag the consensus from all drivers was loose handling race cars, Yeley included. Things went off schedule when completing a pit stop at Lap 45 Yeley was assessed a speeding penalty and had to serve a pass thru penalty. Still fighting the loose handling, Yeley lost several laps throughout the race and ending up taking the checkered flag in 36th position, 8 laps down.-140 BUZZ

J.J. Yeley returned to his home track of Phoenix and was looking to continue the momentum the team built on at Daytona.

At lap 89, Yeley was unexpectedly hit in the left rear quarter panel by the No.10 car. Happy with the handling and on the lead lap, with 20 laps to go Yeley was pushed into the wall by the No. 88. The final caution brought a green-white-checkered finish and unfortunately Yeley ran out of fuel on the final lap. Finishing 28th, Yeley leaves Phoenix 13th in the points.-140 BUZZ

In the Subway Fresh Fit 500k J.J. Yeley brings back a familiar paint scheme in the No. 36, as TBR welcomes back Accell Construction.

After a tenth place finish in the 55th annual Daytona 500, Yeley is headed to his home track. A native of Phoenix, he is looking to build on his impressive start to the season in front of his friends and family. In his previous nine starts at PIR, he has a best finish of 14th, and one DNF. Kids across the country are cheering as J.J. Yeley and the No. 36 Golden Corral Chevrolet SS team scored a top-ten finish at Daytona.

Sponsor Golden Corral will be busy on Monday as they prepare for a rush of children to celebrate "JJ's Mondays," where children eat free with the purchase of an adult buffet meal. Yeley started the Daytona 500 in the 41st position and waited to make a in the closing laps. He took checkers in 10th, a career best finish at Daytona. Said Yeley: "The best part of it all is making lots of kids happy when they eat for free as a part of JJ's Monday."-140 BUZZ

Arko Custom has signed on as associate sponsor for Tommy Baldwin Racing's NASCAR Sprint Cup No. 36 Golden Corral Chevrolet, driven by JJ Yeley during Daytona 500 Speedweeks.

Arko Custom, a large format digital print and media provider based in Atlanta, GA, will begin its co-sponsorship during Thursday's Budweiser Duel, the pair of 150-mile qualifying races that will set the starting order for the Feb. 24 Daytona 500, otherwise known as The Great American Race. Tommy Baldwin Racing announced the addition of Charlie Langenstein to the management team as Competition Director and Joe Lax as Crew Chief for J.J. Yeley's No. 36 in 2013.

Like team-owner Tommy Baldwin, Jr., Langenstein got his start in racing by working on race cars with his father Charlie, Sr. back in their hometown of Mays Landing, New Jersey. Langenstein went on to become a notable crew chief in the DIRTcar series, where he notched over 500 wins and was inducted into the Northeast Modified Hall of Fame in 2008. An original member of the TBR team when the doors opened back in 2009, Lax got his start in racing at short tracks near his hometown of Goochland, VA. He first worked with team owner Tommy Baldwin, Jr. in 1997, and has since instilled a close-knit professional relationship - along with a great friendship.-140 BUZZ
