NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour regular (No. 11 Chevrolet) Andy Seuss retired early in Saturday night's NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour race at Monadnock Speedway in Winchester, NH.
He started the No. 70 Chevrolet 12th in the lineup for the O'Reilly 200. Due to problems with the power steering, he dropped out after 181 laps of the 200 lap event and was credited with a 17th place finish. Seuss is the current points leader in the NWSMT. Jul 20 - 11:47 AM

The current NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour points leader Andy Seuss scored his eighth career Coors Light Pole Award at Caraway Speedway during qualifying with a fast time of 15.902 seconds (103.006 mph).

Seuss is going after his fourth consecutive win later tonight in the Daggett & Shuler Attorneys at Law 150 and he will have the best spot in the field when he takes the green flag.

NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour points leader Andy Seuss wants to keep his streak of wins at Caraway Speedway alive and he is off to a good start after practice.

Seuss paced the field during the lone practice session Friday afternoon topping out at 16.108 seconds (101.689 mph) to lead the field of 19 cars. Kyle Ebersole followed in second at 16.144 seconds (101.462), with George Brunnhoelzl III (101.380) , Gary Putnam (101.236) and Burt Myers (100.949) completing the top five.

Andy Seuss, the Hampstead, N.H. driver, dominated and won Saturday’s South Boston 150 in NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour action under a blue sky at South Boston Speedway.

Seuss became the first repeat winner in six visits to the .4-mile Virginia oval for the tour. He won the Southern Tour’s inaugural visit to the track in 2009. The victory was the 17th of Seuss’ career and the second in three outings this season behind the wheel of his No. 11 Ideal Finance/Phoenix Motors Chevrolet. Seuss, who started second on the grid, took the lead from pole sitter Danny Bohn, who won his second career Coors Light Pole Award earlier in the day, in the opening laps and made it look easy from there.
