Camping World Truck Series regular (No. 23) Jason White will miss the Nationwide Series O’Reilly Auto Parts 300 at Texas Motor Speedway.

The No. 27 team is outside the top 30 in owner’s points and not guaranteed a start in this weekend’s NNS race. His qualifying speed of 172.900 mph, 41st fastest, was not good enough to make the cut for the event.

After experiencing a parts failure on his No. 00 Toyota Camry in last week's race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Jason White is anxious to return to form in Jeff Foxworthy's Grit Chips 300 at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Bristol is his favorite track and he hopes his performance in Saturday's race gets his SR2 Motorsports squad back on track. White has three Nationwide Series starts at Bristol. His best finish is 32nd, which he scored in 2003. In Camping World Truck Series competition, he has six starts to his credit. He's driven to four top-20s and two top-15s. His best finish is 14th place, which he achieved in 2009 and 2012.-Breaking Limits

Jason White will get his first taste of Nationwide Series racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in this weekend's Sam's Town 300.

He will be behind the wheel of the No. 00 SR2 Motorsports-fielded Toyota Camry. Don't be fooled, though, White knows his way around the 1.5-mile oval. He has six Truck Series starts under his belt and has finished inside the top-15 in four of the events. His best finish was third place, which he achieved in 2009.-Breaking Limits

HEADRUSH Brand Apparel Inc. is sponsoring Camping World Truck Series regula Jason White at Phoenix International Raceway.

He will pilot the SR2 Motorsports No. 00 Toyota Camry for the Dollar General 200. The race will mark White's first Nationwide Series event at Phoenix. He has five starts in the Camping World Truck Series, earning a best finish of 10th place, which he scored in 2011.-Breaking Limits

SR2 Motorsports announced that Jason White will join Blake Koch as the driver of one of the squad's three Toyota Camrys in its 2013 lineup.

The number of races that he will compete in is not finalized, but his first race will be the DRIVE4COPD 300 at Daytona on February 23. All of his 2013 Nationwide Series starts will be with SR2 Motorsports. White made his first NNS start in 2001. Since then, he has competed in 40 events over the course of seven seasons. He began driving fulltime in the Camping World Truck Series in 2008. Since then, he has scored nine top-fives, 21 top-10s and one pole. His best finish in the championship standings is 10th, which he achieved in 2010.-Breaking Limits
