Ryan Sieg finishes 3rd in Friday night's NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Daytona International Speedway.

He started the No. 39 Chevrolet Camaro 21st on the grid for the Subway Firecracker 250. Sieg's 3rd place finish was his a career best. It was also his second top-10 finish in two starts at Daytona. He is currently 18th in the 2014 NNS point standings.

The No. 39 team that competes in the NASCAR Nationwide Series has been penalized as a result of a rules violation committed during last week’s event at Auto Club Speedway.

During post-race inspection on March 22, the No. 39 car committed a P3 level penalty by violating Sections 12-1 and 20A-12.8.1C (car exceeded maximum rear body height requirement during post-race inspection) of the 2014 NASCAR rule book. As a result, crew chief Kevin Starland has been fined $10,000 and placed on NASCAR probation until Dec. 31. In addition, car chief Timothy Brown has also been placed on NASCAR probation until Dec. 31.-NASCAR PR

Ryan Sieg finishes 11th at Daytona in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season-opener at Daytona International Speedway.

Sieg started the No. 39 Chevrolet Silverado 12th in the lineup for the 15th Annual NextEra Energy Resources 250. He is currently 8th in the 2014 NCWTS point standings.

The No. 39 Chevrolet Silverado driver finished 16th in the race and gained the most (4 positions) in the 2012 standings (to 19th) among drivers who made all 8 races so far this season.

Ryan Sieg makes the most improvement in the series after the Camping World Truck Series Smith’s 350 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

He started 22nd and his 11th place finish was 22 places better than his last NCWTS finish. This earned the No. 39 driver $2,100 and the Featherlite "Most Improved Driver" award. He is currently 19th in the 2011 NCWTS point standings after this event.

Ryan Sieg and the No. 39 team win the O’Reilly Auto Parts award in the Camping World Truck Series Lucas Oil 200 at Dover International Speedway.

The O'Reilly Auto Parts award and a $1,000 check is presented to the eligible driver who improves the most positions from their starting position (31st) to their finishing position (15th). Sieg moved up 2 spots to 21st in the 2011 NCWTS point standings.

Ryan Sieg takes a big hit in the point standings after the Camping World Truck Series Kroger 250 at Martinsville Speedway.

Sieg started the No. 39 truck 17th in the lineup. On lap 142 of 250 he went to garage due to a radiator problem and was done for the day. He was credited with a 33rd place finish. He dropped 6 spots to 23rd in the 2011 NCWTS standings. He made all 4 of the races so far this season.
