Parker Kligerman (#05 Athenian Motorsports-Jive Chevrolet) won the Menards Pole presented by Ansell Friday afternoon at Lucas Oil Raceway for tonight's Sioux Chief PowerPEX 200 presented by Jive.

Kligerman, who was also fastest in the first practice session earlier, circled the .686-mile oval in 22.415 seconds, an average speed of 110.176 mph. In his only other ARCA start earlier this year, he won the pole and race on the New Jersey Motorsports Park road course. Kyle Benjamin, who was fastest in final practice, qualified second at 22.491 seconds (109.804 mph). Benjamin, in the No. 28 MDM Hillman-Ranier Racing Chevrolet, finished second last time out at Iowa.

Parker Kligerman, subbing for John Wes Townley in the No. 05 Jive Communications Chevrolet, circled the .686-mile Lucas Oil short track in 22.626 seconds, an average speed of 109.149 mph in the first ARCAR Racind Series practice session.

Myatt Snider was second quickest overall in the No. 22 Original Louisiana Hot Sauce Ford at 22.833 (108.159 mph). Newcomer Travis Miller was impressive in his ARCA Racing Series debut, coming in third in the No. 8 MDM Hillman-Ranier Racing Chevrolet. Current ARCA Racing Series championship point leader Chase Briscoe, coming off back-to-back wins at Winchester and Iowa, was fourth overall in the No. 77 Big Tine Ford for Cunningham.

Parker Kligerman (#05 Jive Communications/Zaxby's Chevrolet Silverado) led the first NASCAR Camping World Truck Series practice session at Kentucky Speedway.

He ran a quick lap of 179.099 mph. #9 William Byron, #18 Kyle Busch, #88 Matt Crafton and #19 Daniel Hemric round out the top five of the 31 trucks practicing for the Buckle Up In Your Truck 225. Caleb Roark in the #10 Chevrolet Silverado was the slowest.

NASCAR Camping World Truck Series competitor John Wes Townley will not compete as scheduled in Thursday's truck series race because he is undergoing treatment for a "possible concussion," his team said in a statement Wednesday.

Townley's No. 05 Jive Communications Chevrolet will be driven by Parker Kligerman this week at Kentucky Speedway. A team release announced the news without further detail. It said Townley is hopeful to return to the seat of his truck for the July 20 race at the Tony Stewart-owned Eldora Speedway in Ohio.-NASCAR.com

After finishing second at New Jersey Motorsports Park in 2009, Parker Kligerman can finally check this track off of his list.

Kligerman, who made his ARCA debut on this same track back in 2008 and started on the pole for this race, took the checkered flag in the Twilight 150 presented by Unique Pretzels coming in more than three seconds over second-place finisher Tom Hessert. Hessert, who started at the tail in the beginning of the race worked his way to the middle of the pack quickly and never looked back. Venturini teammate Dalton Sargeant followed in third. Chase Briscoe and David Levine came in fourth and fifth, respectively.

Parker Kligerman (# 92 BTS Tire & Wheel/Advance Auto Parts/Valvoline Ford F-150) finished 18th in Saturday's NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) NC Education Lottery 200 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, NC.

He started 13th in the lineup and completed 133 of the 134 laps run. Kligerman, who has competed in all six series races so far this season, is currently 14th in the 2016 NCWTS Championship standings after this event.

He started 12th in the lineup and completed 136 laps of the 200-lap event before exiting the race (Rear Gear). Kligerman, who competed in all five races so far this season, dropped four spots to 14th in the 2016 NCWTS Championship standings after this event.

Ricky Benton Racing (RBR) Enterprises announced that Parker Kligerman will be behind the wheel of the #92 Valvoline/Advance Auto Parts/BTS Tire and Wheel Distributors/Goodyear Commercial Tire Network Ford F-150 when the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) makes its first stop of 2016 at Daytona.

Daytona marks a return to the NCWTS for Kligerman, who competed full time in the series in 2011 and 2012 (winning once in 2012) before moving to the XFINITY Series in 2013. In addition, he had 10 NASCAR Sprint Cup starts in 2013 and 2014. Kligerman ran the full ARCA Series schedule in 2009, finishing the year with nine wins, 14 top fives and 18 top 10s in 21 races. When not racing over the past two seasons, Kligerman served as an analyst for the NBC Sports Network. Beyond the new driver, there are very few other program changes for the Ricky Benton Racing team for 2016. Mike Hester returns atop the pit box as crew chief. Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR) has tabbed Parker Kligerman to serve as the backup driver for Kurt Busch in the No. 41 Haas Automation Chevrolet SS during the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race and the May 22-25 Coca-Cola 600 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Charlotte.

SHR selected Kligerman in the event that Busch, who is attempting to compete in the Indianapolis 500 and Coca-Cola 600 on the same day, is unable to practice, qualify or potentially start his No. 41 Haas Automation Chevrolet due to a schedule conflict or logistical issue. Kligerman has made 10 Sprint Cup starts, 51 NASCAR Nationwide Series starts, 50 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series starts and 23 ARCA Racing Series starts.-True Speed Communication

Swan Racing announced it has successfully restructured the company by finding solutions for the No. 26 and No. 30 teams in an attempt to save the jobs of the crews, the drivers, and to keep those teams competing throughout the 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series.

The No. 30 team has been sold to John Cohen of XxxTreme Motorsports, which will operate the team going forward and intends to compete with veteran driver J.J. Yeley. Parker Kligerman remains under contract with Swan Racing, which will seek to identify options for him to get back on track.-Swan Racing PR

Swan Racing (No. 26 Cole Whitt No. 30 Parker Kligerman) issued the following statement today about the future of the team.

"Swan Racing is in the process of reviewing its current situation and the ability to continue to compete in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. The team has been unable to secure the kind of sponsorship required to effectively operate the team. As a result, the team management is exploring every available option.
