He started the No. 77 Dodge 4th on the grid for the Menards 200. On lap 125 of the 200 lap event, the engine let go on the No. 77 and Hessert was credited with a 20th place finish. He is currently 4th in the 2014 ARCA Racing Series point standings.

Tom Hessert wins his fourth ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards career victory Saturday, winning the International Motorsports Hall of Fame 200 by leading the most important lap of the race - the final one.

Hessert brought his No. 77 Caregard-AxiomWarranty.com Dodge, to victory lane with big push by teammate Austin Wayne Self, who finished third behind John Wes Townley. Mason Mitchell finished fourth and Spencer Gallagher fifth in the Allegiant Air Chevrolet. The victory was Hessert’s fourth all-time ARCA win and first on a superspeedway. He’s won before at Iowa Speedway and twice at the high-banked half-mile of Salem Speedway. Inside of five laps to go, Hessert pushed to the front and was one of three cars to lead in the final stretch.

Five cars topped the 183 mph barrier Wednesday afternoon in the second ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards test session at Talladega Superspeedway. Cunningham Motorsports driver Tom Hessert was the only driver, however, to top the 184 mph mark.

Justin Boston, who had the top morning session speed, led a parade of Venturini Motorsports drivers in the test as the trio – including Boston, John Wes Townley and Leilani Munter – finished 2-3-4 on the afternoon speed charts. "The car was really good in single car runs, then we went back out with a group of cars in the afternoon and put up a good time," Hessert said. "It's definitely a testament to the guys back in the Cunningham Motorsports shop."

Three ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards teams are testing today at Talladega Superspeedway in preparation for the season opening Lucas Oil 200 presented by MAVTV American Real at Daytona Int'l Speedway.

Ken Schrader Racing (driver Clay Campbell), Mason Mitchell Motorsports (driver Mason Mitchell) and Cunningham Motorsports with drivers Tyler Reddick and Tom Hessert are making laps today at Talladega. "We've had a really good test today," said Hessert, driver of the No. 77 Cunningham Motorsports Barbera's Autoland Dodge. "It really started at the Daytona test so today's test is really all about fine-tuning a couple things."

Cunningham Motorsports will bring three Dodge Chargers and four drivers to Daytona International Speedway this weekend (Friday into Sunday) for the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards test.

Tom Hessert will return to Daytona for the seventh time. He comes into this season with three ARCA Series victories – Iowa Speedway in 2010 and back-to-back wins at Salem Speedway in 2012 and 2013. His career best at Daytona is a sixth-place finish in 2008.

Tom Hessert (77 Dodge Charger) visited victory lane early in the 2013 season, winning his second consecutive race at Salem Speedway.

Driving for Cunningham Motorsports, Hessert had an average finish of 9.5 while scoring 12 top 10 finishes on the season. Hessert’s career numbers now include 119 starts, three wins, 32 top 5’s and 65 top 10’s. He finished fourth in the ARCA Racing Series standings.-ARCA Racing

Tom Hessert secures the last qualifying slot open to teams outside of the top 25 in owners points for the Camping World Truck Series race.

His lap of 162.406 mph in the No. 77 was 36th fastest in qualifying for the Ford 200 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Tom Hessert will make his second NASCAR Camping World Truck Series start in Friday night's Ford 200 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

He will pilot Germain Racing's No. 77 Cherry Hill Classics Tundra for his debut at the 1.5-mile, banked oval. He made his inaugural NCWTS run last week at Phoenix; qualified in 21st place, but was sidelined on Lap 85 after being pushed into a wreck.-Breaking Limits

His average of 123.237 mph in the No. 9 was best of the 6 trucks that ran 10 consecutive laps on the track for this session. No. 6 C E Falk, 22-Tim George Jr., 85-Brent Raymer, 72-Caitlin Shaw and 10-Jennifer Jo Cobb were the rest on this list.
