Timmy Hill will pilot the No. 26 Toyota this Saturday night for the NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Daytona International Speedway.
The 2011 NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) Rookie of the Year joins the rising JGL Racing organization for the running of the Subway Firecracker 250 at the "World Center of Racing". Hill will be making his 117th career start in NASCAR's top three series. The Subway Firecracker 250 will mark his 76th career start in the NXS. Timmy Hill finished 15th in Friday night's NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Dover (DE) International Speedway.

He started the No. 94 Testoril Chevrolet Silverado 22nd in the lineup for the Lucas Oil 200. He completed 195 of the 200 laps run. Hill, who made one of the six series races so far this season, is currently 36th in the 2015 NCWTS Championship standings.

Timmy Hill has been placed in the No. 33 at Texas, which will be his fifth race with this team on a similarly-configured, 1.5-mile track this year.

Hill’s last two results on this track type ended in 30-something results. He was 33rd at Kansas and 36th at Charlotte, which makes him an interesting dark horse this week at Texas.

Timmy Hill is scheduled to qualify and start the No. 44 Johnathan Cohen entry this week for the Goody's 500 at Martinsville.

Hill made one previous start in this car at Dover in September, but he parked 11 laps into the race with a vibration, so he should not be expected to run very far on Sunday.

Team Xtreme Racing, formerly known as Xxxtreme Motorsport has recently made some major changes during their time off from their limited race schedule for the 2014 season.

Along with the name change the team has also added a new, but familiar, face as Peter Sospenzo has recently been named crew chief for the #44 Phoenix Warehouse Chevy which is now in its new home located on Knob Hill Drive in Mooresville, North Carolina. At Dover, Timmy Hill will make his seventh attempt to start a 2014 Cup race and it will come for his fourth different owner this season.

Hill’s best finish came in his most recent attempt last week at New Hampshire. He finished 35th in Frank Stoddard’s No. 32. Earlier this year, he crashed and finished last on the high-banked Bristol Motor Speedway, so his odds of finishing well this week are not great.

Timmy Hill is the top rookie finisher in the Sprint Cup 400 at Pocono Raceway.

The No. 32 Ford Fusion driver started 41st and finished 27th. He was named the "Rookie of the Race" since his finish was best of the ROTY contenders in the event. Hill, who made 10 of the 21 races so far this season, moved up one spot to 39th in the 2013 point standings.

For the ninth time this season, Timmy Hill will pilot the No. 32 OXYwater Ford in the running of the Brickyard 400 on Sunday.

Timmy Hill, the 2011 NASCAR Nationwide Series Rookie of the Year, has five previous NASCAR starts at Charlotte Motor Speedway as well as a start last weekend in the Sprint Showdown.

Said Hill: "Charlotte is one of the few tracks that I have already had Sprint Cup experience at along with it being my favorite 1.5-mile track. My debut with FAS Lane Racing came in the fall race at Charlotte last year. FAS Lane Racing and Timmy Hill know that each race is a new learning experience as the growing team and rookie driver tackle the challenge of Sprint Cup competition.

The NRA 500 at Texas Motor Speedway was another one of those experiences as the team and driver worked together for just the third time this season. While Hill struggled to get the handling of his No. 32 OXYwater™ Ford to his liking, the 334-lap event proved a valuable learning experience for the combination on their way to a 36th place finish. Timmy Hill secures the last qualifying slot open to teams outside of the top 36 fastest in qualifying for the Sprint Cup race.

Teams that were not the 36 fastest in qualifying may be eligible for provisional starting positions based on owner points or a past champion’s provisional. He qualified the No. 32 Ford 44th fastest and will line up 43rd for the event.

Timmy Hill will make his first 2013 Sprint Cup Series start on Sunday, March 24th, in the "Auto Club 400" at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California.

He will pilot the FAS Lane Racing No. 32 OXYwater Ford Fusion. Hill will be racing 18 to 20 races of the 36-race schedule in the NSCS, splitting seat time with veteran NASCAR drivers Ken Schrader and Terry Labonte. Hill is a Rookie of the Year contender. The FAS Lane Racing No. 32 team is currently 34th in owner points after finishing a strong 25th in the "Food City 500" at Bristol with Labonte behind the wheel.-Timmy Hill PR

2011 NASCAR Nationwide Series Rookie of the Year Timmy Hill has announced today he will make a run at the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Rookie of the Year honors driving the FAS Lane Racing No. 32 U.S Chrome Ford Fusion.

Hill joined FAS Lane Racing in 2012, racing three events late in the year, including at Kansas Speedway where he finished a career-high 22nd while racing on the lead lap. Hill will race 18 to 20 races for FAS Lane Racing with veteran NASCAR drivers Terry Labonte and Ken Schrader also taking turns at the wheel as the team will race the entire 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series schedule. The total of races Hill will enter will allow him to compete against Danica Patrick and Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. for the Rookie of the Year title.
