Daryl Harr, from Alberta, Canada, will step into the No. 4 Chevy with backing from iWorld, taking over for Danny Efland who had a strong run at Daytona.
Danny Efland will drive the JD Motorsports #4 Chevy this year in each race except the Auto Club Speedway, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, both Iowa Speedway and Phoenix International Raceway events.
This will be the ninth-career Nationwide Series start for St. Alberta, Canada native Darryl Harr.
To better strengthen its overall program, JD Motorsports will field a second car for the 2012 NASCAR Nationwide Series season.
Daryl Harr’s qualifying speed was not good enough to make the field for the Nationwide Series Wypall 200 at Phoenix International Raceway.
Daryl Harr secures the last qualifying slot open to teams outside of the top 30 in owners points for the Nationwide Series race.
