Dakoda Armstrong (No. 43 Ford Mustang) has two NASCAR Series starts at Las Vegas with a best finish of 16th in his lone Camping World Truck Series start.
Armstrong finished 23rd in the XFINITY Series race last year at the 1.5-mile track. The team showed speed last weekend at Atlanta in the first intermediate race of the season. Dakoda Armstrong finishes 20th in Saturday's NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

He started the No. 43 WinField Ford Mustang 20th on the grid for the Hisense 250. He completed 160 laps of the 163 lap race. He is currently fifth in the 2015 XFINITY Series championship standings.

Dakoda Armstrong and the No. 43 WinField team will head to Atlanta with a Top-15 finish under their belt.

The team had a strong showing in the 2015 season-opening race at Daytona last weekend. In his lone XFINITY Series start at Atlanta, he was relegated to a 33rd-place finish after his engine expired late in the race. He finished 23rd in his only other start at the track in the truck series. Crew Chief Frankie Kerr and team prepared chassis number 838 for Atlanta this weekend. The chassis made an appearance in five races last season, accumulating one Top-10 and four Top-20 finishes.-Breaking Limits

This weekend, Dakoda Armstrong will remove the rookie stripes from the No. 43 WinField Ford and begin his sophomore season in the NASCAR XFINITY Series.

A new addition to the team in 2015 is Crew Chief Frankie Kerr. Kerr most recently worked for Front Row Motorsports as a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Crew Chief. Armstrong has a total of six starts at Daytona in national series events. In his two XFINITY Series starts, Armstrong earned the pole last year in July and has a best finish of 19th.-Breaking Limits

Richard Petty Motorsports (RPM) announced that Dakoda Armstrong and sponsor WinField™ have renewed their partnership for the 2015 NASCAR XFINITY Series season.

Armstrong returns for his second season with the team after accumulating three top-10 finishes and the pole at Daytona in July. Armstrong finished 13th in the championship point standings. He'll look to improve that position during his second season with the team. Helping him do that will be Frankie Kerr who will take over the crew chief responsibilities. Former XFINITY series Crew Chief Philippe Lopez has been promoted to Operations Manager for the organization.-Breaking Limits

Frank Kerr has joined Richard Petty Motorsports. The veteran crew chief will lead the #43 Ford team and Dakoda Armstrong in the NASCAR XFINITY Series.

Kerr, a former Sprint Car champion who started racing quarter midgets at six and retired from competition in 2000 at the age of 39, starts his new position on Monday. Kerr most recently worked at Front Row Motorsports as the crew chief for David Gilliland. He parted ways with the team after Kansas in October during his second season with the #38 Bob Jenkins-owned team. Kerr enjoyed his greatest success with Marcus Ambrose in both the Cup and Nationwide Series. Together, Kerr led Ambrose six top fives and 12 top 10s in Cup and two NNS victories with JTG/Daugherty Racing.(Motorsport)-jayski.com

Dakoda Armstrong finishes 20th in Saturday night's NASCAR Nationwide Series season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

He started the No. 43 WinField Ford Mustang 19th on the grid for the Ford EcoBoost 300. He closed out the season 13th in the 2014 Nationwide Series championship standings.

The No. 43 WinField Ford crossed the finish line in the 10th position in the series' last mile-and-a-half race at Texas Motor Speedway and Dakoda Armstrong hopes for a repeat performance at Homestead.

Armstrong has a total of four starts at the mile-and-a-half track, two Nationwide and two Truck Series starts, with an average finish of 24.25. The Nationwide team at RPM has a total of three starts at the track, earning their best finish of 12th in 2012.-Breaking Limits

He started the No. 43 WinField Ford Mustang 25th on the grid for the DAV 200 Honoring America's Veterans. He completed 204 laps of the 206 lap race. He is currently 13th in the 2014 Nationwide Series championship standings after the event.

Dakoda Armstrong and the No. 43 WinField Ford team is coming off of their third Top-10 of the season and will go for their second consecutive Top-10 this weekend.

Not only does the WinField team have momentum going into this weekend, but the team has prepared their favorite chassis. Chassis No. 743 is the same chassis that led Armstrong to his Nationwide Series career-best finish of seventh at Richmond two months ago. In his first Nationwide start at Phoenix this spring, Armstrong earned an 18th-palce finish. In addition, Armstrong finished 19th in his only Truck Series start at the track last year.-Breaking Limits

Dakoda Armstrong finishes 10th in Saturday's NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, TX.

He started the No. 43 WinField Ford Mustang 22nd on the grid for the O'Reilly Auto Parts Challenge. Armstrong won the Mobil 1 Driver of the Race award. He is currently 13th in the 2014 Nationwide Series championship standings after the event.

Dakoda Armstrong and the No. 43 WinField team will return to action at Texas Motor Speedway after a two week hiatus for the Nationwide Series.

He finished 22nd during the spring race at Texas and is looking to improve to a Top-10 finish this fall. In addition to his Nationwide start at Texas earlier this year, Armstrong has three NASCAR Camping World Truck Series starts at the Fort Worth track. His best start of 12th came in the fall race in 2013, and he earned his best finish of 11th in the spring of that year. As an organization, Richard Petty Motorsports' best Nationwide finish at Texas is ninth in 2012.-Breaking Limits
