Mooresville, NC businessman Marc Browning has formed Browning Motorsports that will compete in the NASCAR Nationwide Series starting at Homestead in November 2014.
The team will field the #26 Chevy Camaro with sponsorship from with driver Jake Crumb. Marc Browning will be the crew chief on the #26 at Homestead. Browning is slowly putting together a team of select individuals to run the 2015 NASCAR XFINITY Series in which several openings will be filled during the post season shuffle. "We have met with several drivers for 2015 but as of today we have not made that decision. I will say that I have no intention of riding around 20th, anything we field will be there to race." SS Green Light Racing partners with Jake Crum and Bandit Chippers for the UNOH 200 under the lights at Bristol Motor Speedway.

This will be Jake’s third NCWTS start of 2013 and his fourth Truck Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway. Over the last ten years Crum has amassed hundreds of victories in many forms of motorsports including: karts, Bandoleros, and late models. He won the prestigious Bailey’s 300 late model race at Martinsville Speedway in 2009. Jake Crum Racing will make its 2013 Camping World Truck Series debut on Friday, May 17th at the famed Charlotte Motor Speedway.

21-year-old Jake Crum will pilot the #01 Chevy Silverado with sponsorship from Frontline Designs and Jersey Mike's Subs. Crum's efforts will be led by crew chief Doug George, who has three top-six finishes at Charlotte in four trips as a crew chief. Jake Crum will not be in the lineup for the Camping World Truck Series NextEra Energy Resources 250 at Daytona International Speedway.

He is one of the ‘go-or-go-homers’ required to qualify on speed. He ran a 37th fastest lap in the No. 0. This was not good enough to make the 36-truck field.
