This weekend's NASCAR Camping World Truck Series North Carolina Education Lottery 200 marks Ty Dillon's second appearance at the 1.5-mile Charlotte facility.

Dillon earned his first-career Camping World Truck Series pole award at Charlotte last year and went on to finish 10th. The 21-year-old driver made his racing debut at Charlotte in a bandolero car in 2006. The RCR-prepared Chevrolet Silverado was utilized by the former No. 22 team last year which earned two pole awards, a victory at Pocono Raceway and four top-10 finishes.-Richard Childress Racing

This weekend's VFW Sport Clips Help a Hero 200 marks Ty Dillon first career appearance at Darlington Raceway.

The Welcome, N.C., native will make his first competitive laps at the 1.366-mile track during Friday's practice session. This RCR-prepared No. 33 Chevrolet Camaro was driven by Dillon at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in March, where he earned an 11th-place finish.-Richard Childress Racing

Camping World Truck Series regular Ty Dillon tops the speed chart in the Happy Hour practice session for the Nationwide Series Aaron’s 312 at Talladega Superspeedway.

He ran a fast lap of 192.131 in the No. 33 Chevrolet Camaro. No. 6 Trevor Bayne, No. 60 Travis Pastrana, No. 43 Reed Sorenson and No. 7 Regan Smith rounded out the top five of the 38 cars out on the track. The No. 01, driven by Mike Wallace, was the slowest in the final practice session.

This weekend's 167-lap Camping World Truck Series event marks Ty Dillon's fourth appearance at the 1.5-mile Kansas facility.

In the inaugural Camping World Truck Series race at Rockingham Speedway last year, Ty Dillon and the No. 3 Bass Pro Shops team started from the 12th position and finished eighth.

Aside from his Camping World Truck Series duties, Dillon will also pilot an entry in the UARA Stars event on Saturday, April 13 at Rockingham Speedway this weekend for Team Dillon Racing. This weekend's Kroger 250 marks Ty Dillon's third Camping World Truck Series appearance at the half-mile Martinsville facility.

He holds a fourth-place average starting position coupled with a 15th-place average finishing position. He has completed 98.7 percent (444 of 450) of the contested laps and earned one top-five finish. Dillon will pilot chassis No. 021 on Saturday. WESCO International has agreed to renew its primary sponsorship of Ty Dillon and Richard Childress Racing's No. 33 Chevrolet Camaro for six races during the 2013 NASCAR Nationwide Series season.

WESCO will also serve as an associate sponsor on Dillon's No. 3 Bass Pro Shops Chevrolet in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series for all races in 2013. The Pittsburgh-based company will be the primary sponsor for the following races: Las Vegas, March 9; Talladega, May 4; Dover, June 1; Bristol, August 23; Texas, November 2 and Homestead-Miami Speedway, season-finale race, November 16.-Richard Childress Racing

Despite leading for a large portion of the 100-lap affair, Ty Dillon and the No. 3 Bass Pro Shops team finished sixth in the first NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race of the season at Daytona.

He started the night from the fifth position and jumped to the lead on lap seven. Dillon led for the next 56 circuits. With five laps remaining, Dillon maneuvered his way to fourth and began making a charge to the front of the pack, when an incident on the final lap broke out behind him bringing out the yellow flag. The caution froze the field, leaving Dillon and the No. 3 Bass Pro Shops team with a sixth-place finish.-Richard Childress Racing

Friday night's 100-lap affair marks Ty Dillon's second appearance at Daytona International Speedway in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

The Welcome, N.C., native earned a ninth-place finish after starting from the fourth position last season. Bass Pro Shops returns for the second-consecutive season with Dillon and the No. 3 Chevrolet team. Dillon's 2013 Speedweeks actually started on Feb. 12 at Volusia Speedway Park, where he, his brother, Austin, and RCR teammate, Brendan Gaughan raced dirt Modifieds as part of the 42nd annual DIRTCar Nationals. For his rookie season, Ty Dillon was stepping into a truck owned by his grandfather (Richard Childress) that just won the championship with his brother Austin driving, and was sporting one the sport’s most iconic numbers.. the No. 3.

So, it would be understandable if there were some rookie jitters. There weren’t any. At all. He opened up the season with nine consecutive top-10 finishes, and eventually took the points lead after race No. 15. He nabbed his first series win ( at Atlanta) and threatened to become the first driver in series history to win the Sunoco Rookie of the Year and the championship in the same season. He came close, but a late-race wreck in the season-finale crushed any hopes of a title. Still, he did win rookie honors, easily.-NASCAR IMC

Ty Dillon has won the 2012 Sunoco Rookie of the Year title in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

This season, the Richard Childress Racing No. 3 Chevrolet Silverado driver had one win, three poles, seven top fives and 17 top ten finishes. He also finished fourth in the overall 2012 NCWTS point standings.

Ty Dillon is the top rookie qualified for the Camping World Truck Series Ford EcoBoost 200 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

His lap of 168.645 mph in the No. 3 truck was third fastest, ahead of the rest of the 2012 Rookie of The Year contenders for this race.

This week's 134-lap event marks Ty Dillon's second appearance at Homestead-Miami Speedway in the Camping World Truck Series.
