Kyle Benjamin (No. 18 Hurricane Relief Toyota) finished 12th in Saturday night's NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) VisitMyrtleBeach.com 300 at Kentucky Speedway in Sparta, KY.

Kyle Benjamin (No. 41 CRC Brakleen Toyota) finished 12th in Thursday night's ARCA Racing Series Scott 150 at Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, IL.

He started eighth in the lineup and completed all laps of the 102-lap race. Benjamin, who has competed in three of the 18 ARCA races so far this season, is currently 33rd in the 2017 driver championship standings after this event.

Kyle Benjamin, who drove full-time for MDM Motorsports last season in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East and is a current member of Joe Gibbs Racing's development program in the NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS), will pilot the No. 41 CRC BRAKLEEN Toyota Camry in Thursday night's Scott 150 at Chicagoland Speedway.

Thursday's primetime event is the third race this season that CRC will have a prominent role on a Benjamin-driven race car with the previous two starts resulting in victories at Greenville-Pickens Raceway in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series and Winchester Speedway in the ARCA Racing Series. Benjamin captured the checkered flag last month at Winchester Speedway and scored three wins and a runner-up points finish in the 2016 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East season. He also has four starts in NXS competition this season with Joe Gibbs Racing with all four starts resulting in top-two qualifying efforts and a runner-up finish at Iowa Speedway in July.-MDM

It would have been difficult to hold off Kyle Benjamin over the course of 200 laps Sunday afternoon at Winchester Speedway, and in the end it proved impossible. But it certainly wasn't out of the question, and it even looked possible until Zane Smith's car broke coming to the final restart inside of 20 laps from the finish.

With Smith gone from the mix, Benjamin, in the No. 28 MDM Motorsports Toyota, cruised under the checkered flag as winner of the Winchester ARCA Racing Series 200. Christian Eckes, in the Venturini Motorsports-New York Bus Sales Toyota, stepped up in the end and got within five lengths of the leader, but fell back about a half-second at the final stripe. The Middletown, N.Y. rookie tied his career-best finish in second. Austin Theriault padded his championship lead, coming home third in the No. 52 Ken Schrader Racing Ford.

Kyle Benjamin was one of seven drivers who broke the old track record Saturday afternoon at Winchester Speedway, but it will be his name alone that will go in the record books as the new one-lap track record holder at the historic short track in Indiana.

Benjamin, in the No. 28 MDM Motorsports Toyota, circled the ole high-banked, half-mile oval in 15.630 seconds, an average speed of 115.163 seconds, surpassing the old mark of 15.826 set by Ken Schrader in 2014. Zane Smith, Chase Purdy, Shane Lee, Gus Dean, Austin Theriault and Raphael Lessard were the other six drivers under the old track record.

NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) driver Kyle Benjamin will return to the seat of the No. 28 MDM Motorsports ARCA Racing Series (ARS) Presented by Menards entry this weekend at Winchester (IN) Speedway.

The Easily, S.C., native has made one ARS start this season. He finished seventh at Michigan International Speedway on June 16. He won the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East event at Greenville-Pickens Speedway on April 8 driving the No. 40 Toyota for MDM Motorsports. In addition, he has made four NXS starts this season for Joe Gibbs Racing. He won the pole for the NXS event at Winchester Speedway and scored his best-career finish at Iowa Speedway last Saturday when he finished second.-MDM Motorsports

Kyle Benjamin (No. 18 Reser's Toyota) finished second in Saturday's NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) US Cellular 250 at Iowa Speedway.

He started second in the lineup, led five laps and completed all laps of the 254 laps run. Benjamin, who entered four of the 19 NXS races so far this season, is 29th in the 2017 NXS driver championship standings after this event.

Kyle Benjamin (No. 18 Reser's Toyota) had the best 10-lap consecutive average speed in the first practice for the XFINITY Series US Cellular 250 at Iowa Speedway.

His average speed of 125.914 mph was best of the seven cars that ran at least 10 consecutive laps on the track for this session. No. 19 Matt Tifft (125.725 mph), No. 21 Daniel Hemric (125.598), No. 48 Brennan Poole (125.521), No. 23 Spencer Gallagher (125.048), No. 90 Brandon Brown (122.419) and No. 40 Stan Mullis (110.734) are the rest on this list.

Kyle Benjamin (No. 18 Sport Clips Toyota) led the first practice session for the XFINITY Series American Ethanol E15 250 at Iowa Speedway.

The lap of 131.436 mph was the best of the 38 cars completing laps in this session. No. 19 Matt Tifft, No. 33 Brandon Jones, No. 22 Sam Hornish Jr. and No. 42 Tyler Reddick made up the rest of the top-five on the speed chart. The No. 52 Chevrolet, driven by Joey Gase, was the slowest.

He started on the pole, led 28 laps and completed all of the 100 laps run. Benjamin, who entered only two of the 12 NXS races so far this season, is currently 31st in the 2017 driver championship point standings after this event.

NASCAR K&N Pro Series East regular, Kyle Benjamin, driving the No. 20 Hisense Toyota Camry, won the Coors Light 21 Means 21 Pole Award for the Pocono Green 250 at Pocono Raceway with a lap of 172.844 mph.

This is his first pole and second top-10 start in two career NASCAR XFINITY Series races. Daniel Hemric (second), the fastest qualifying Rookie of the Year contender, posted his 11th top-10 start of 2017. Cole Custer (third) posted his seventh top-10 start in 12 races this season.

He ran a fast lap of 170.707 mph. No. 21 Daniel Hemric, No. 22 Brad Keselowski, No. 18 Daniel Suarez and No. 11 Blake Koch round out the top-five of the 40 cars out on the track. The No. 74 Dodge, driven by Mike Harmon, was the slowest in the final practice session. Benjamin also had a 10-lap average speed of 167.399 mph. This was the best of the four cars running at least 10 consecutive laps in this session.

He ran a fast lap of 117.081 mph. No. 42 Kyle Larson, No. 48 Brennan Poole, No. 7 Justin Allgaier and No. 3 Ty Dillon round out the top-five of the 42 cars out on the track. The No. 8 Camaro, driven by Matt Mills, was the slowest in the final practice session.

Kyle Benjamin (No. 40 MDM Motorsports Toyota) capitalized on a late-race restart to win the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East (NKNPSE) Kevin Whitaker Chevrolet 150 at Greenville (SC) Pickens Speedway on Saturday night.

Benjamin started on the pole after running a track record lap of 19.144 seconds at 94.024 mph. He ran inside the top-five nearly all night long and led 46 laps. Ronnie Bassett, Jr., who entered the night coming off his first-career NKNPSE victory at New Smyrna Speedway, finished second on Saturday. Rounding out the top-five was Todd Gilliland, Harrison Burton and Tyler Dippel.

Kyle Benjamin, a native of Easley, South Carolina destroyed the track record in group qualifying to sit on the 21 Means 21 Pole for Saturday’s Kevin Whitaker Chevrolet 150 at Greenville Pickens Speedway.

Benjamin, driver of the No. 40 MDM Motorsports Toyota ran a lap of 19.144 seconds at 94.024 mph to capture the pole on Saturday afternoon. The previous track record was a lap of 20.534 seconds at 87.659 mph set by Brett Moffitt back in April of 2011. The newly paved corners at Greenville Pickens Speedway is what’s attributing to the faster lap times. Last season, Benjamin finished second at the speedway during the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East’s visit in March, and he won the September race.
