Kris Humphries (groin) will not suit up for Tuesday's game vs. the Bulls.
Drew Gooden and Kevin Seraphin will continue to see extended minutes with Humphries unavailable, but they won't do enough statistically to matter in almost any league. Mar 3 - 6:44 PM

Kris Humprhies (groin) is still unable to move laterally.

Humphries missed Saturday's game against the Pistons, his second consecutive on the sidelines. It doesn't sound like he's all that close to a return, meaning Drew Gooden and Kevin Seraphin will earn extra minutes behind Marcin Gortat and Nene.

Kris Humphries (groin) will miss Saturday's game against the Pistons.

This will be his second consecutive game out of the lineup. With Humphries out, the Wizards will look to Drew Gooden and Kevin Seraphin to step up behind Nene and Marcin Gortat. Most owners in fantasy leagues can monitor this situation from the sidelines.
Feb 28 - 5:22 PM

Kris Humphries (groin) has been ruled out for Friday's game vs. the 76ers.

With Humphries unavailable there will be more minutes for Kevin Seraphin and Drew Gooden, although that doesn't mean much in most leagues.
Feb 27 - 5:38 PM

Kris Humphries (left groin) did not participate during Friday morning's shootaround.

It's looking doubtful that Humphries will be able to suit up for Friday's matchup with the 76ers, so there will be more minutes to go around for guys like Kevin Seraphin and Drew Gooden. However, neither Seraphin nor Gooden can be considering a viable option in most leagues.
Feb 27 - 12:16 PM

Wizards forward Kris Humphries left Wednesday's game with a strained left hamstring and won't return.

He'll be day-to-day, at best, and this could open up some opportunities for Kevin Seraphin and Drew Gooden.
Feb 25 - 9:22 PM

Kris Humphries led all Wizards' reserves with 11 points and seven boards in Sunday's road loss, making 5-of-6 shots with one assist and one steal in 18 minutes of action.

Humphries is a nightly double-double threat but his low playing time and lack of defensive stats have kept him out of the conversation in standard leagues. Humphries' rebound rate of 18.1 percent easily leads the Wizards, and he's a big reason why Washington ranks fourth for rebound differential at +3.4 per game.
Feb 22 - 6:37 PM

Kris Humphries (back) played 18 minutes on Friday, scoring seven points on 3-of-5 shooting with six rebounds and two assists.

Humphries needs some help to maintain value in most standard leagues, and right now Nene (18 points, 25 minutes) is both upright and productive.
Feb 21 - 2:23 AM

Kris Humphries (lower back) is a go for Friday's game against the Cavs.

He'll be backing up Nene tonight, and as long as Washington's starting frontcourt of Nene and Marcin Gortat is intact, Humphries won't be worth using in most leagues.
Feb 20 - 6:36 PM

Kris Humphries (lower back) expects to play against the Cavaliers on Friday.

Humphries was unable to play in the Wizards' last game before the All-Star break, but he said he should be good for Friday's game. While Humphries' return will help bolster the Wizards' frontcourt, his season averages of 8.2 rebounds and 6.8 rebounds keep him from being a player who should be owned in standard fantasy leagues.
Feb 19 - 1:57 PM

Kris Humphries (back) will not play in Wednesday's game vs. the Raptors.

His status wasn't announced until after tip-off but he didn't go through shootaround and was considered doubtful to play. It's no surprise to see the Wizards' rest him with the All-Star break on the horizon, and this injury isn't likely to limit Humphries in Washington's next game on Feb. 20.
Feb 11 - 7:56 PM

Kris Humphries (lower back) is a game-time decision vs. Toronto on Wednesday.

He didn't practice on Tuesday or go through Wednesday's shootaround, and told reporters that he didn't expect to play vs. the Raptors. We're considering him closer to 'doubtful' but won't have a final update until close to the Wizards' 7:30 ET tip-off.

Kris Humphries (lower back) did not go through shootaround on Wednesday and he is still considered questionable to play against the Raptors.

X-rays were negative on Humphries' back but the Wizards will likely rest him with the All-Star break looming. If Humphries sits out against the Raptors, expect Drew Gooden and Kevin Seraphin to see some extra minutes in the frontcourt for Washington.
Feb 11 - 1:08 PM

Kris Humphries (back) was not present at Tuesday's practice and is listed as day-to-day, according to Wizards head coach Randy Wittman.

X-rays came back negative after Humphries took a bad fall during Monday's game against the Magic, but there's still a good chance that the Wizards hold him out Wednesday with the All-Star break looming. If Humphries is unable to suit up against the Raptors, Drew Gooden and Kevin Seraphin would see a one-night value boost.
Feb 10 - 1:50 PM

X-rays were negative on Kris Humphries' back and he is expected to be OK.

Although, Humphries did say he wasn't feeling too great after the game. "Hurting, bro," Humphries said when asked how he was feeling. We would consider him questionable to play on Wednesday. Drew Gooden and Kevin Seraphin would step up sans Hump, but there's little reason to add either.
