Nate Robinson is currently working out in Seattle in an effort to stay prepared to play, and it is said that the Clippers is his preferred choice.
The Clippers did just bring in Austin Rivers, so it wouldn't be a bad idea for the Clippers to at least consider Robinson. However, he has struggled with injuries in his past two seasons and it's highly doubtful that he will be able to play more than a limited role wherever he lands. Feel free to leave him on the wire. Nate Robinson's camp pushed for the trade that sent him to the Boston Celtics.

Robinson has since been bought out, but Lil' Nate wanted to land with a team that would give him a larger role before he enters free agency in the offseason. He's expected to draw interest from the Clippers, among other teams.
Jan 19 - 9:23 AM

Nate Robinson has reportedly received interest from the Clippers, Heat, Wizards, and Cavs.

Robinson wouldn't have much value on any of these teams, though he could potentially carve out some value as a deep league asset in Miami. Stay tuned.
Jan 15 - 7:07 PM

Nate Robinson has reportedly been waived by the Celtics.

Robinson will be free to sign with a team of his choosing upon clearing waivers, and the Clippers appear to be in the lead for his services. However, as a backup point guard in LA, he wouldn't be worth owning in most leagues.
Jan 15 - 4:44 PM

Contrary to a previous report, Nate Robinson hasn't been bought out by the Celtics just yet, but it should be completed by Thursday.

He obviously won't play on Wednesday against the Hawks, and it's just a matter of time before he is out of Boston. The Clippers are rumored to be his preferred destination, but he likely won't have much fantasy value no matter where he lands. Leave him on the wire.
Jan 14 - 12:11 PM

The Celtics completed the buyout of guard Nate Robinson on Wednesday.

He is reportedly interested in joining up with coach Doc Rivers and the Clippers, but we should know more about his intentions soon. The Celtics were never going to consider keeping Robinson after trading for him on Tuesday, so this move comes as no surprise. Robinson can be left on the waiver wire in most leagues.
Jan 14 - 10:09 AM

Nate Robinson has reportedly been sent to Boston in exchange for Jameer Nelson, but the Celtics are expected to negotiate a buyout with Robinson and waive him.

The Clippers have been linked to Robinson in the past, so if Robinson is indeed bought out and waived, that is a possible destination for him. However, he won't be anything more than a backup point guard with the Clippers, so he can safely remain on the waiver wire in most leagues.
Jan 13 - 6:39 PM

Nate Robinson is reportedly being sent to Boston in exchange for Jameer Nelson.

Robinson is going to be entering a very crowded rotation in Boston, so it will be difficult for him to sustain much value as a member of the Celtics. Jameer Nelson is bound for a backup role in Denver, so there's not much to like here about either player.
Jan 13 - 5:43 PM

Nate Robinson hit just 1-of-6 shots (a 3-pointer) but also made 10-of-10 free throws for finish with 13 points and seven assists off the bench in Wednesday's win.

Robinson is quietly averaging 12.5 points, 6.5 assists and 1.5 3-pointers in 23.5 minutes over his last two games. Don't go pick him up, but keep an eye on him to make sure this two-game run wasn't a fluke.
Jan 8 - 1:33 AM

Nate Robinson left Saturday's game against the Grizzlies with a sprained right wrist and was not able to return, finishing with two points and one assist in five minutes.

It isn't clear how severe the injury is, so we will pass along further updates when we know more. If Robinson is forced to miss any upcoming games, Ty Lawson may have to play few extra minutes while Erick Green may also see some minutes off the bench.
Jan 3 - 11:37 PM

Nate Robinson left Saturday's game vs. Memphis with a right wrist sprain and his return is questionable.

Robinson has had some tough luck with injuries this season, and if he misses any time he will leave the Nuggets shorthanded in their backcourt. Stay tuned.
Jan 3 - 10:00 PM

Nate Robinson was ejected in Tuesday's loss to the Lakers after receiving two technical fouls, finishing with 13 points, six assists, one board, two steals, two blocks and one 3-pointer in 22 minutes.

Apart from the ejection, it was a fantastic game for Robinson and he provided a huge boost off of the Denver bench. However, unless Ty Lawson goes down with an injury, Robinson is too inconsistent to consider in most leagues and should be left on the waiver wire.

Nate Robinson hit four 3-pointers off the bench on Friday, finishing with 20 points on 6-of-11 shooting, five rebounds, three assists and one steal in 16 minutes.

That's quite an explosion in limited minutes and he has had an extremely slow start to this year, so owners can sit back and see if he does it again.
Sat, Dec 20, 2014 02:22:00 AM

Nate Robinson (back) returned to action for the Nuggets on Sunday and scored just two points on 1-of-7 shooting while adding two boards and two assists in 15 minutes.

He didn't look comfortable out there and it is possible that his back is still bothering him. Robinson will only see a limited role off of the bench for the Nuggets this season and won't be worth owning unless Ty Lawson goes down with an injury. Robinson can be left on the wire in most leagues.

Nate Robinson (back) will play Sunday vs. the Spurs.

Nate will help backup Ty Lawson, but he's currently averaging just 5.5 points and 1.8 assists on the season while shooting 34.5 percent from the field. He's not a viable option in standard leagues as long as Lawson is healthy.
