The Clippers could bring back Nate Robinson (knee) once he's healthy enough to play.
Los Angeles signed Lester Hudson to a 10-day deal, but Doc Rivers seems to prefer Robinson if he's healthy. "It's a strong possibility. I liked what Nate brought us. I liked his energy." Mar 30 - 11:24 AM

Nate Robinson's knee is making progress and he is expected to be cleared to play within the week, but the Clippers have declined to sign him for the rest of the season.

The Clippers signed Lester Hudson to a 10-day contract on Sunday, so this isn't surprising. Hopefully Robinson will land on an NBA team soon, but he is well off the fantasy radar in most leagues.
Mar 29 - 1:29 PM

The Clippers are reportedly waiting to see how Nate Robinson's knee is recovering before deciding whether or not to sign him for the remainder of the season.

Robinson's second 10-day contract with the club expired on Thursday, and given that the Clippers have not yet signed him, he's not going to be available for Friday's game vs. the Sixers. Through nine games with the Clippers, Robinson put in averages of 5.1 points and 2.2 assists over 14 minutes of action. His reserve minutes will likely go to Austin Rivers, and at this point, it's safe to cut Robinson in all leagues.

Nate Robinson (knee) will not play vs. the Knicks on Wednesday but he hopes to return later this week.

It's unclear when injured himself, but fortunately the bone bruise in his knee doesn't sound severe. He has scored double-digit points just once since joining the Clippers and isn't a fantasy asset while J.J. Redick and Chris Paul are healthy.
Mar 25 - 5:39 PM

Nate Robinson (knee) is being listed as questionable for Wednesday's game vs. the Knicks.

If Robinson is unable to go on Wednesday, Austin Rivers and Jordan Hamilton will likely pick up most of his reserve minutes, but they can't be viewed as reliable options in almost any league.
Mar 24 - 5:50 PM

Nate Robinson was one of five Clippers in double-figures vs. the Hornets, scoring 12 points with two 3-pointers, two assists and one rebound in 21 minutes of action.

He's no Jamal Crawford, but the Clippers' bench needs all the scoring Nate can provide with J-Craw out indefinitely and Matt Barnes (hamstring) day-to-day. He's worth a look for temporary value in deeper leagues, but most owners can safely ignore him.
Mar 18 - 1:19 AM

The Clippers have signed Nate Robinson to a second 10-day contract.

Robinson is averaging just 4.0 points and 2.0 assists on 24.1 percent shooting through 14.7 minutes of action with the Clippers this season. He'll add some emergency depth the LAC's backcourt, but he belongs on the waiver wire in nearly all leagues.
Mar 17 - 5:19 PM

Nate Robinson will get a second 10-day deal.

With Jamal Crawford (calf) out for at least 10 days, we should get a little more Shrek and Donkey with Nate and Glen Davis. Robinson is still not getting more than around 10 minutes per game, so he can kept on the wire.
Mar 16 - 4:38 PM

Nate Robinson scored five points on 1-of-6 shooting during his Clippers' debut, adding three assists, one rebound and one 3-pointer over 20 minutes of action.

Robinson's minutes will likely be kept in the low 20s, so he's not going to be worth owning in standard leagues.
Mar 8 - 6:49 PM

The Clippers have agreed to sign G Nate Robinson to a 10-day contract on Saturday, and he is expected to be uniform for Sunday's game vs. the Warriors.

The Clippers could definitely use the added depth behind Chris Paul, and this could also be an indication that Jamal Crawford could miss some more time due to his calf contusion. Regardless, Robinson doesn't project to get a lot of minutes right out of the gate, so there is no reason for owners outside of deeper leagues to consider adding him. For what it's worth, we actually first heard about the signing through Matt Barnes' twitter account, and the report was later confirmed by Marc Spears of Yahoo Sports.
Mar 7 - 1:54 PM

The Clippers reportedly have interest in acquiring Nate Robinson according to Alex Kennedy of Basketball Insiders.

Jamal Crawford is currently nursing a calf injury which leaves Austin Rivers as the only option behind Chris Paul, so the move would make a lot of sense. Robinson would still likely have a very limited role off the bench if he were to land with the Clippers, so this news won't impact most fantasy leagues. Nothing is imminent at the moment, but we will continue to monitor this situation closely.
Mar 7 - 11:13 AM

Updating a previous report, with today's positive news on Derrick Rose, the Bulls are not expected to add a 15th man to their roster.

That means that Nate Robinson will need to look for another team interested in acquiring his services. We'll monitor Robinson's situation closely, but he's not much more than a bench player in the NBA, and as long as he's not with a team, it's safe to leave Lil’ Him on the wire in all leagues.
Feb 27 - 12:51 PM

The Bulls have reportedly had preliminary discussions with representatives for Nate Robinson, Mikes James, and Jannero Pargo.

With Derrick Rose (knee) looking at an extended (and possibly season-long) absence, it appears Chicago would like to add another guard to their backcourt. However, with Kirk Hinrich and Aaron Brooks already on the roster, it's unlikely any of these players being discussed would be able to carve out a role significant enough to matter in standard fantasy leagues. We'll be monitoring this situation closely, but for now it's safe to leave Robinson, James, and Pargo on the waiver wire.
Feb 27 - 11:09 AM

According to Sam Amick of USA Today, Nate Robinson would be interested in returning to the Bulls following the news that Derrick Rose (knee) is likely done for the season.

Robinson is a high-volume scorer who can fill it up in a hurry when he is hot, but the Bulls already have a similar player in Aaron Brooks so it will be interesting to see what they decide to do. Robinson only averaged 5.8 points in 14.1 minutes per game this season in Denver, but it's fair to assume that he could potentially play around 20 minutes per game if he landed in Chicago. We will continue to follow this story very closely, but it's safe to leave Robinson on the wire outside of deeper leagues. In the meantime, Kirk Hinrich and Aaron Brooks will do their best to pick up the slack for the Bulls, with Brooks being the being the most intriguing option in terms of fantasy value.
Feb 25 - 9:09 AM

Nate Robinson is currently working out in Seattle in an effort to stay prepared to play, and it is said that the Clippers is his preferred choice.

The Clippers did just bring in Austin Rivers, so it wouldn't be a bad idea for the Clippers to at least consider Robinson. However, he has struggled with injuries in his past two seasons and it's highly doubtful that he will be able to play more than a limited role wherever he lands. Feel free to leave him on the wire.
