Ronny Turiaf returned to the Clippers rotation on Saturday, in a fashion, going scoreless in three minutes.
Turiaf has been out with a sore left knee and the Clips aren't about to give him heavy minutes even if he's 100 percent healthy. Look elsewhere for a low-end big man. Mar 31 - 2:21 AM

Ronny Turiaf (knee) will not play against the Sixers on Wednesday.

Vinny Del Negro said Turiaf is feeling better, but it looks like they'll wisely let him get back to 100 percent. He's only playing 11 minutes per game and has no fantasy value.

Ronny Turiaf (knee) is "a little bit better," according to Vinny Del Negro.

Turiaf's timetable isn't clear and he could miss some more time, but he's an afterthought in fantasy leagues.

Ronny Turiaf (knee) will not play against the Kings on Tuesday.

It will be his second game in a row on the sidelines and the Clippers aren't really going to miss him much with Turiaf averaging just 11 minutes per game this year. He can be left on the waiver wire in all leagues.

Ronny Turiaf had a season-high 11 points in 13 minutes against the Wolves on Thursday, adding two rebounds, one assist and one block.

He's playing just 12 minutes per game this year and he set his season high in the first half. Turiaf isn't worth owning in any fantasy league while the Clippers remain healthy in the frontcourt.

Ronny Turiaf (elbow) will play on Tuesday.

We're not going to bother updating Turiaf every day -- he's been playing through the injury and we'll let you know if that changes.

Ronny Turiaf (elbow) finished Sunday's win, the Clippers' 17th straight, with three points and five rebounds.

Turiaf's elbow injury flew under our radar, but he said before the game that it's "messed up." This is the first time we've blurbed him since he signed with the Clippers, a fair indication of his lack of value.

Updating a previous item, the Clippers officially sign F/C Ronny Turiaf to a one-year contract.

Turiaf's deal is for the veteran's minimum and he will back up DeAndre Jordan. He averaged only 3.0 ppg and 4.1 rpg last season and won't have any fantasy value this season.

Clippers sign F/C Ronny Turiaf to one-year contract.

Turiaf, who is coming off a groin injury, will help back up center DeAndre Jordan, but it's tough to have fantasy value when you have no offensive game and are best known for overcoming heart surgery and waving a towel on the bench.

Unrestricted FA Ronny Turiaf is drawing interest from Real Madrid.

Turiaf surprisingly declined his player option for next season with the Heat, and we haven't heard much about how his market has developed since. It's possible Turiaf could look to explore an expanded role overseas, but our guess is that he looks to stick in the NBA before seriously considering that possibility. For what it's worth, Miami hasn't ruled out re-signing him for the veteran's minimum.

Ronny Turiaf has declined his player option for 2012-13, making him an unrestricted FA.

The Heat already picked up Dexter Pittman's option for next season and losing Turiaf won't sting too badly. He should find a low-end, multi-year deal without too much trouble.

Ronny Turiaf will make a decision on his $1.2 million player option for next season on Saturday.

Agent Mark Bartelstein said that Turiaf will submit his decision to the team by the weekend. If Turiaf does return, beat writer Ira Winderman suggests that Dexter Pittman's future with the team could be in jeopardy. Miami has until Saturday to decide whether or not to guarantee Pittman's salary for next season.

Heat big man Ronny Turiaf, who missed Game 5 due to a strained right groin, is fully expected to play in Game 6 on Thursday.

Chris Bosh sounds like the starting center for the Heat tonight, but that is not official. Either way, it sounds like Turiaf will play some minutes in tonight's crucial game.

Ronny Turiaf did not play in Game 5 due to a strained right groin, and he is considered day-to-day.

Chris Bosh couldn't have returned at a better time for the Heat and will likely have a bigger role in Game 6, especially if Turiaf remains sidelined. Groin injuries are easily aggravated, so don't be surprised if Miami exercises caution and rests their veteran PF/C.
