Randy Foye will return to the bench for Sunday's game against Portland.
Foye is averaging just 5.0 points and 3.2 assists per game with the Nets this season, so unless veteran presence is a category in your league, he's simply not worth owning. Nov 20 - 2:58 PM

Randy Foye played 16 minutes in a start against the Thunder on Friday with two points, one rebound, three assists and four turnovers.

It was his first start of the season with the Nets mixing it up against Russell Westbrook. The Nets used him as their starting shooting guard for four games in the preseason, but they shifted him over to the one tonight. When Jeremy Lin (hamstring) comes back, Foye may get the bump from the rotation. He's not a pickup.
Nov 19 - 12:15 AM

Randy Foye will start with Sean Kilpatrick moving to the bench against the Thunder on Friday.

The Nets will also start Bojan Bogdanovic, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Trevor Booker and Brook Lopez. Foye was running some point in the last two games, so the Nets will throw him out there to start against Russell Westbrook. Foye is only worth a look in very deep leagues while Kilpatrick's value doesn't take a big hit here as the backup PG. This move hurts Isaiah Whitehead and Yogi Ferrell.
Nov 18 - 7:15 PM

Randy Foye (hamstring) made his season debut on Tuesday vs. the Wolves, playing 14 minutes with three points (a triple), one assist and one rebound.

The Nets will ease him back into action, but they would be foolish to go away from the hot Sean Kilpatrick. Foye is not a fantasy pickup.
Nov 8 - 10:22 PM

Randy Foye (hamstring) will play Tuesday vs. the Timberwolves.

Kenny Atkinson said that Foye will be handling the rock for the Nets tonight, implying that he'll be earning most his minutes at the point guard position. It'll be interesting to see how Foye is utilized in Brooklyn sans Jeremy Lin (hamstring), but this is a wait-and-see situation in most leagues.
Nov 8 - 5:53 PM

Randy Foye (hamstring) is expected to play Tuesday vs. the Timberwolves.

Foye was available to play on Friday, but never stepped foot on the court. Kenny Atkinson said that he prefers using Sean Kilpatrick in a sixth man role at the two-spot, so Foye could be earning some point guard minutes sans Jeremy Lin (hamstring). We're going to take Foye off the injury report, but this is a wait-and-see situation just about everywhere.
Nov 7 - 2:48 PM

Randy Foye (hamstring) was a DNP-CD on Friday vs. the Hornets.

He was supposed to make his season debut, but the Nets opted to ride Sean Kilpatrick for 33 minutes on Friday. Even with Jeremy Lin (hamstring) out for about two weeks, Foye is not worth picking up in fantasy.
Nov 4 - 10:46 PM

Randy Foye (hamstring) will make his season debut on Friday vs. the Hornets.

As of now, there is no word whether or not there will be a minutes restriction on Foye. If not, he may be forced to play more than expected. Both Jeremy Lin (hamstring) and Greivis Vasquez (ankle) won't play. Sean Kilpatrick, who exploded for 24 points and 10 rebounds on Wednesday, could see 30-plus minutes if Foye is limited. Kilpatrick is a solid DFS option. Rookie Isaiah Whitehead will likely start at point guard.
Nov 4 - 2:11 PM

Randy Foye (hamstring) is probable to play against the Hornets on Friday.

The Nets did use Foye at shooting guard for most of the preseason with four of the team's six starts. Foye has played a lot of point guard in his career, so he would likely be part of the solution to fix the hole at point guard with Jeremy Lin (hamstring) out. He's only worth a look in deep leagues.

RotoGrinders.com Daily Slant: With Jeremy Lin out for at least two weeks, the Nets point guard situation will be one to watch closely tomorrow night. Sean Kilpatrick carries the most upside among the potential replacements, but he's better utilized as a two-guard and it would be a little surprising for him to see a ton of run at PG with Foye and Isaiah Whitehead around. Foye has the most past experience at the position and given that he's still priced around the minimum on most DFS sites, he's well worth a look as a GPP punt play and would be viable in any format if he were to draw the start.
Nov 3 - 3:18 PM

Randy Foye (hamstring) will not play Wednesday vs. the Pistons.

He was doubtful heading into this one, so it's not surprising at all to see him spend another game on the sidelines. Bojan Bogdanovic will continue to start in his absence with Sean Kilpatrick and Joe Harris seeing an uptick in minutes.

Randy Foye (hamstring) is being listed as doubtful for Wednesday's game against the Pistons.

Foye still hasn't practiced with the team, so him spending Wednesday's game on the sidelines is the most likely scenario here. Bojan Bogdanovic will benefit most, with more minutes falling to guys like Sean Kilpatrick and Joe Harris.

Randy Foye (hamstring) is being listed as day-to-day, and should be considered questionable for Wednesday's game against the Pistons.

There haven't been any reports of Foye getting back to practice in any capacity, so he's probably closer to doubtful for Wednesday's game. If he's out, it'll be Bojan Bogdanovic sticking with the starting five, with Sean Kilpatrick and Joe Harris having the opportunity for some extended minutes.

Randy Foye (hamstring) will not play vs. the Bulls on Monday.

This will be his fourth straight game on the shelf and he doesn't have a clear target date to return yet. Bojan Bogdanovic, Sean Kilpatrick and Joe Harris have all had big performances and duds, but Bogdanovic has the most upside and is the best option in fantasy leagues.
Oct 31 - 1:06 PM

Randy Foye (hamstring) will not play against the Bucks on Saturday.

This will be his third game out of the lineup. The Nets will go with a wing combination of Bojan Bogdanovic, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Sean Kilpatrick and Joe Harris. It was Kilpatrick with the hot hand on Friday while Harris had it on Wednesday. This will be tough to predict going forward. Foye could miss more time this season.
Oct 29 - 1:07 PM

Randy Foye (hamstring) will not play Friday vs. Indiana

Foye strained his hamstring in practice earlier this week. It was initially termed only a "mild hamstring strain" but has now cost Foye the first two games of the season. Bojan Bogdanovic started at shooting guard for the Nets on Wednesday and scored 21 points and grabbed five rebounds in 23 minutes. Joe Harris also saw increased opportunities with Foye sidelined. Harris played 25 minutes and scored 16 points. Both Bogdanovic and Harris could be considered as sneaky daily fantasy options on Friday night.
