Ryan Hollins has reportedly received interest from the Kings, Wizards, and Clippers, according to Marc J. Spears of Yahoo.
Hollins has also been linked to the Pelicans and Mavericks, so it stands to reason that he'll hook on somewhere before training camp starts. The 30-year-old has never been a major contributor during his NBA career, however, and can be left undrafted in fantasy leagues as he'll be a bench player no matter where he lands. Aug 27 - 11:58 AM

The Mavs have reportedly expressed interest in unrestricted free agent Ryan Hollins.

The Mavs have now been linked to Hollins, JaVale McGee and Samuel Dalembert. Hollins has never been a fantasy factor through his nine years in the league, and that won't change in Dallas.

Ryan Hollins is getting interest from Sacramento and the Pelicans.

He played 9.6 minutes per game last season with the team from Sacramento, averaging 3.0 points, 2.2 boards, 0.4 blocks and 0.1 steals in 9.6 minutes per game. Hollins will look to enter his 10th NBA season.
Jul 6 - 6:08 PM

Ryan Hollins will start against the Clippers on Wednesday.

He's been dealing with back spasms and we'll see how healthy he is tonight. Hollins is not a fantasy option in almost any league. If you were thinking about using Carl Landry in a deep league, that doesn't seem like a good idea.
Mar 18 - 8:28 PM

Ryan Hollins (back) is questionable for Saturday's game vs. the Wizards.

He is dealing with a lower back strain, and considering he has missed the last five games, it's safe to leave him on the wire even if he does suit up.
Mar 14 - 1:21 PM

Ryan Hollins is dealing with back spasms and will not play on Friday.

The injury news comes a little late, but Hollins hasn't been in the rotation anyway. He can be ignored in all leagues.
Mar 13 - 8:23 PM

Ryan Hollins played 11 minutes in the starting lineup on Wednesday, scoring four points with three boards.

He's really just going to get his minutes to start each half and that's about it. Hollins won't be worth owning in most leagues.

Ryan Hollins is starting on Wednesday vs. Boston, replacing Jason Thompson.

Coach Tyrone Corbin is looking for a spark, but even as bad as Jason Thompson has been we doubt Ryan Hollins will turn things around for Sacramento. Neither player should be owned in standard leagues.

Ryan Hollins (personal) played seven minutes in his return to action on Monday.

Hollins grabbed one rebound with one block and is not worth monitoring at all while Boogie Cousins is healthy.
Mon, Dec 29, 2014 11:13:00 PM

Ryan Hollins (personal) will not play against the Knicks on Saturday.

The Kings didn't have him on Friday with Demarcus Cousins (illness) out, but they shouldn't need Hollins as much with Cousins now probable.

Ryan Hollins (personal) will not play on Friday against the Suns.

With DeMarcus Cousins (illness) up in the air, the Kings could have used Hollins .Since he's out Reggie Evans, Derrick Williams and Jason Thompson may play more.

Ryan Hollins returned to the bench on Tuesday in favor of Reggie Evans, and finished with six points, nine boards and three assists in 17 minutes.

He actually played really well in limited minutes and even caused some problems for the Thunder in the paint. However, even as a starter Hollins wasn't an option in most fantasy leagues, so the fact that he is coming off the bench means he can be cut across the board.
Wed, Dec 17, 2014 01:39:00 AM

Ryan Hollins will come off of the bench behind Reggie Evans for Tuesday's game vs. the Thunder.

This move was long overdue, as Hollins failed to make an impact for the Kings in the starting lineup. There is a chance that DeMarcus Cousins (illness) could return on Thursday, so Evans is only worth a look as a daily plug-and-play or for owners looking for short-term value. Hollins on the other hand, should not be owned in almost all leagues.

Ryan Hollins played in Saturday's loss to the Pistons after his father passed away that same morning, finishing with six points, eight boards, one assist and two blocks in 26 minutes.

We wish him the best and it is great to see him muster up the courage to play despite the tragic loss of his father. The Sacramento locker room was clearly distraught but it is always nice to see a team rally around a player in need of support. While he is starting in place of DeMarcus Cousins, Hollins is only a short term option in deeper leagues.

Ryan Hollins returned to the Kings' bench on Tuesday, where he posted two points, six rebounds, one turnover and three personal fouls in 14 minutes of action.

Hollins has played for seven NBA teams during his eight-year professional career, and his journeyman status says plenty about his lack of productivity. Fantasy owners can safely ignore him.
