Date:

Ryan Hollins returned to a bench role on Tuesday and played four minutes, finishing with two rebounds and one turnover.

Chris Andersen (shoulder) was back, so Hollins won't be in the rotation on a consistent basis. Ignore him.
Mar 23 - 1:17 AM

Ryan Hollins played 22 minutes as the starting center against the Cavs with four points, two rebounds and one block.

He pretty much tops out at 22 minutes and he is not exactly a per-minute dynamo. Leave Hollins on the wire in most leagues.
Mar 7 - 10:41 PM

Ryan Hollins will start on Monday vs. the Cavaliers.

Chris Andersen (shoulder) is out for at least two games, so Hollins is the only true center left on the active roster. He doesn't have much upside and has averages of 2.6 points, 2.1 boards and 0.5 blocks in 10.5 minutes per game, so he's not worth picking up in most leagues.
Mar 7 - 6:54 PM

Ryan Hollins started the second half of Sunday's game for Chris Andersen (shoulder) but he finished with just two points and two rebounds in 12 minutes.

Hollins did not play in the final 16:48 of a close game, which speaks volumes about coach Dave Joerger's lack of faith in him. Leave him on the waiver wire, regardless of Andersen's availability for Monday's game.
Mar 6 - 7:12 PM

Ryan Hollins started the second half of Sunday's game against the Suns with Chris Andersen (shoulder) unavailable.

Hollins is the last man standing amongst the Memphis centers, and it'll be interesting to see how many minutes he earns today. If Birdman is forced into an extended absence, the Grizzlies will go small often with Matt Barnes, JaMychal Green and Zach Randolph being forced into heavy minutes.

Ryan Hollins is expected to play on Wednesday against the Kings.

Revenge game? Kidding aside, the Grizzlies cut James Ennis to make room for Hollins. He will likely be in the rotation, but obviously won't play much. Hollins can stay on the wire while he does take away from JaMychal Green and Chris Andersen.
Mar 2 - 2:44 PM

Ryan Hollins will reportedly sign another contract with the Grizzlies on Wednesday that will keep him with the team for the remainder of the 2015-16 season.

Memphis could certainly use his services with Brandan Wright (knee) and Marc Gasol (knee) on the sidelines, but Hollins’ averages of 3.3 points and 2.4 boards in his previous 14 games with the Grizzlies this season illustrates why he's not a viable target in fantasy hoops.
Mar 2 - 10:49 AM

Ryan Hollins scored six points with four rebounds and one assist in 25 minutes against the Nets on Wednesday.

He played the final 14 minutes because of garbage time. Hollins is not a great pickup in most leagues.
Feb 10 - 10:48 PM

The Grizzlies have signed C Ryan Hollins to another 10-day contract.

Hollins will help backup Marc Gasol, but his averages of just 1.7 points and 2.0 rebounds per game gives you all the info you need regarding his non-existent fantasy value. Leave him on the wire.
Jan 21 - 3:01 PM

The Grizzlies plan to re-sign Ryan Hollins to a 10-day contract, sources told Yahoo Sports.

Hollins was waived in order to make room for Elliot Williams, but Memphis isn't expected to re-sign him and will return the veteran center instead.
Jan 18 - 12:15 PM

The Grizzlies have waived F/C Ryan Hollins.

The move was to make room for Elliot Williams, and Hollins will now try to latch on with another NBA club.
Jan 7 - 5:25 PM

Ryan Hollins will be available to play Tuesday vs. the Heat.

With both Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph healthy, Hollins won't earn enough minutes to matter in any league.
Tue, Dec 29, 2015 05:58:00 PM

Grizzlies sign F/C Ryan Hollins.

Hollins will help the Grizzlies with depth while they deal with injuries, but he won't see enough minutes to make a difference in any fantasy leagues.
Tue, Dec 29, 2015 11:39:00 AM

The Grizzlies will sign free agent center Ryan Hollins.

The Grizzlies need some more frontcourt help with Brandan Wright on the shelf, but Hollins will likely just be emergency depth off the bench. He can be ignored in fantasy leagues.
