Wilson Chandler scored 24 points in a 128-110 loss the Rockets on Friday with four rebounds, two assists, one steal and three 3-pointers in 29 minutes.
Coach Mike Malone was not happy with how his team defended the three, but it likely wasn't on Chandler. Malone has called Chandler a blessing and it may not be a surprise to see him get the starting lineup, as well. With Chandler as arguably their best healthy player right now and how awful the Nuggets are playing, Malone may up Chandler's minutes on Saturday. He should be owned in all leagues. Dec 3 - 2:22 AM

Wilson Chandler came off the bench on Wednesday for 17 points, seven rebounds and one steal in 29 minutes of action.

Chandler went 8-of-17 from the field with one 3-pointer and three turnovers, and his reserve role was the result of Danilo Gallinari (thigh) returning after a three-game absence. He's versatile enough to play three positions and the Nuggets are still thin on the wings with Will Barton (ankle) and Gary Harris (foot) sidelined, making Chandler a safe option until further notice.
Dec 1 - 12:57 AM

Wilson Chandler will come off the bench on Wednesday with Danilo Gallinari (thigh) returning to the starting five.

Gallinari missed three games, during which Chandler thrived in an expanded role as a starter. His minutes may tick down tonight but he's well worth holding onto unless the bottom drops out.
Nov 30 - 8:20 PM

Wilson Chandler did a little bit of everything during Sunday's win over the Suns, tallying 25 points, eight boards, two assists, three 3-pointers, three steals and one turnover in 39 minutes.

Chandler went 8-of-17 from the field and 6-of-6 from the charity stripe, giving him a solid 63.6 true shooting percentage on the evening to accompany his 22.4 usage rate. His value will take a slight hit once Danilo Gallinari (thigh) gets back on the court, but he's still been a top-60 option on the season with averages of 18.3 points, 7.7 boards, 1.7 assists, 1.3 triples and just 1.5 turnovers per game on 47.1 percent shooting. He needs to be owned everywhere.
Nov 27 - 6:47 PM

Wilson Chandler thrived as a starter on Friday, posting a season-high 32 points with 11 rebounds, four assists, one block and two 3-pointers in 37 minutes.

Chandler shot 14-of-25 from the field and will be playing a major role as long as Danilo Gallinari (thigh) is out of commission. Gallo didn't need an MRI and said he's "feeling better," but given his injury history the Nuggets might err on the side of caution vs. Phoenix on Sunday. Either way, Chandler's versatility is earning him enough minutes to be a 'hold' in fantasy leagues.
Nov 26 - 12:10 AM

Wilson Chandler will start at small forward against the Thunder on Friday.

There was some talk of the Nuggets going with Alonzo Gee to start on Russell Westbrook, but they will just throw their best option at small forward out there right away. Chandler should be looking at huge minutes tonight. The fact that he's starting there bodes well for Darrell Arthur as the second-unit four.
Nov 25 - 7:28 PM

Wilson Chandler scored 13 points with nine rebounds and one 3-pointer in 25 minutes against the Jazz on Wednesday.

The Nuggets couldn't get anything going in the middle of this game with only 34 points combined in the second and third quarters. Chandler has his role locked up as the second-string power forward, but he will likely get a slight bump in minutes while Danilo Gallinari (thigh) is on the sidelines. He is worth owning in standard leagues.
Nov 24 - 1:03 AM

Wilson Chandler hit just 7-of-23 shots and a 3-pointer for 16 points, nine boards, three assists, a steal and a block in 33 minutes off the Nuggets bench on Tuesday.

It wasn't a very efficient game for Chandler, but he's rolling, averaging 20.8 points, 8.2 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 0.8 steals and 1.6 3-pointers on 48 percent shooting over his last five games. He hasn't blinked with the return of Will Barton, and appears to be safe in his bench role, seeing a lot more minutes than Nikola Jokic on a nightly basis. If he ever replaces Kenneth Faried in the starting lineup, look out.
Nov 23 - 12:04 AM

Wilson Chandler stayed hot during Sunday's 105-91 home win vs. Utah, hitting 7-of-11 shots to finish with 17 points in 24 minutes.

Two of Chandler's makes came from downtown and he rounded out his line with four boards, one assist and one steal. He's now a combined 34-of-62 from the field in Denver's past four games, though his playing time did take a hit tonight with Will Barton (ankle) back in the starting lineup. Chandler won't sustain his recent production but fantasy owners might as well ride him until he slows down.
Nov 21 - 12:38 AM

Wilson Chandler kept rolling off the bench against the Raptors on Friday, scoring 25 points with 10 rebounds, three assists and three 3-pointers in 36 minutes.

He's getting unleashed as the team's bench power forward and he even saw some minutes at the two tonight. In the last two games, Chandler has been used in each of the non-starting lineups with at least two minutes -- all nine combos. Coach Mike Malone clearly likes him next to Nikola Jokic with that tandem playing 45 minutes together in the last two -- Jokic has only played 47 minutes in that span. He is getting too many minutes and is clearly locked in for his role right now. He may get hurt and Will Barton (ankle) coming back could take some minutes away, but he's too good to leave on the wire right now.
Nov 19 - 1:42 AM

Wilson Chandler (hamstring) is available to play against the Raptors on Friday.

The Nuggets keep listing him on the injury report, but it's somewhat meaningless. Chandler was awesome in his last game with a season-high 18 points. He's also played very well next to Danilo Gallinari in what may be the best 3-4 combo on the Nuggets. Expect plenty of minutes from Chandler tonight as a low-end hold in standard leagues.
Nov 18 - 2:39 PM

Wilson Chandler (hamstring) is listed as probable to play against the Raptors on Friday.

This is really just a formality. Chandler has been on the injury report all week, but that didn't stop him from dropping a season-high 28 points on Wednesday. He should be ready to roll and is worth a look in standard leagues.
Nov 17 - 5:47 PM

Wilson Chandler (hamstring) scored a season-high 28 points in 35 minutes on Wednesday, going 11-of-22 from the field with 11 rebounds, five assists, two 3-pointers, one steal and one block.

Chandler is versatile enough to play multiple positions and he's averaging 29.2 minutes, but prior to this eruption he wasn't even putting up 14-team value. Denver's frontcourt rotations are murky at best, and this big game from Chandler did come against the Suns, but he's a decent speculative add if you need a forward.
Nov 17 - 12:43 AM

Wilson Chandler (hamstring) will be available to play Wednesday vs. the Suns.

It's strange that he's even listed on the injury report at all. Chandler logged 30 minutes in his return from the hamstring injury, and then followed that up with a 27-minute outing, so he'll be just fine for tonight's game. That being said, Chandler is only producing 15th round value on the season with averages of 14.8 points, 6.8 boards and not much else on 46.5 percent shooting.
Nov 16 - 12:53 PM

Wilson Chandler (hamstring) is listed as probable for the Nuggets game Wednesday vs. the Suns.

Chandler played in Denver's last game Sunday, and played well, finishing with 18 points, seven rebounds, one assist and one steal in 27 minutes. Chandler's fantasy value seems to be rising, however, it has become almost impossible to predict the Nuggets frontcourt rotation from one game to the next.
