Wilson Chandler hit 6-of-14 shots and five 3-pointers on his way to a playoff career-high 19 points in Tuesday's Game 5 win over the Warriors.
He didn't do much else, finishing with two rebounds and zero assists, but owners in playoff fantasy leagues probably aren't complaining about this one. Apr 30 - 11:04 PM

Wilson Chandler fouled out in just 23 minutes on Sunday, finishing with six points, three assists and two steals in a Game 4 loss to the Warriors.

Corey Brewer started the second half over Evan Fournier, who was clearly overmatched, and Brewer finished with 14 points and three 3-pointers. The Nuggets will try to keep the series going on Tuesday in Denver, but are in a 3-1 hole and clearly have their backs against a wall.

George Karl has "hinted" at starting Wilson Chandler at center, according to the Denver Post.

The move would allow for the benching of Kosta Koufos while sliding Kenneth Faried back into his usual spot at power forward. While it's certainly not set in stone that Chandler could start inside, we anticipate the swingman playing big minutes no matter what his role is on Friday.

George Karl acknowledged that Wilson Chandler could be headed back to a bench role for Game 3 vs. the Warriors.

Karl has previously admitted that he prefers Chandler in a bench role, and he stopped short of saying that Chandler would start on Friday. "We'll re-evaluate, have 48 hours to make a decision," he said. With Kenneth Faried (ankle) likely to move back into the starting lineup, Chandler could be returning to his sixth man role very shortly.

Apr 25 - 8:55 AM

Wilson Chandler had 21 points, six rebounds, four assists, two steals and two 3-pointers on 8-of-14 shooting in 25 minutes of Wednesday's final win of the season.

Chandler is filling in for Kenneth Faried and playing very well. With Faried's ankle injury looking serious and leaving him iffy for Round 1, it looks like Chandler is going to have a big role in the playoffs. The Nuggets locked down the No. 3 seed in the West with tonight's win and will face the Warriors in Round 1 of the playoffs.
Apr 17 - 10:32 PM

Wilson Chandler will start in place of Kenneth Faried (ankle) on Monday against the Bucks.

The Nuggets are going to go small and they will likely play at a break-neck pace. Milwaukee leads the Eastern Conference in pace, so there should be plenty of fantasy goodness to go around in that game.
Apr 15 - 7:29 PM

George Karl likes using Wilson Chandler off the bench rather than as a starter.

Even though Danilo Gallinari (knee) is done for the season, it sounds like Chandler will move back into his bench role for the duration of the year. "I like him off the bench and I like playing him where the game tells me to play him," Karl said. "The trouble is, a couple of games that he has been a starter, he has gotten into foul trouble. I need Wilson for 30, 35 minutes, not 20, 25 minutes." The good news is Chandler will continue to see a starter's share of minutes regardless of his role.

Wilson Chandler shifted back to the bench vs. Portland, where he scored 11 points on 3-of-13 shooting, with two 3-pointers, four rebounds, three assists and one steal.

Chandler navigated foul trouble throughout his 33 minutes of action, and his line would have looked much better had he knocked down a few more shots. With Kenneth Faried (ankle) iffy to play on Monday, Chandler should be active regardless of whether he starts or comes off the bench.
Apr 14 - 8:38 PM

Wilson Chandler had 29 points, eight rebounds, four assists, two steals, a block and three 3-pointers on 11-of-20 shooting in a start for Danilo Gallinari on Wednesday, while Corey Brewer came off the bench for 28 points, a steal and two threes in 34 minutes.

Chandler looks like the guy to add here, as Gallo's season is over, while Brewer should also be a decent option despite coming off the bench. Congratulations if you had either in your starting lineup tonight.
Apr 11 - 1:56 AM

Starting at SF vs. the Rockets, Wilson Chandler poured in 21 points on 9-of-15 shooting, with three 3-pointers, six rebounds, three assists, one steal and zero turnovers.

Chandler did his damage in under 30 minutes and he's a must-start fantasy option with Danilo Gallinari done for the year with a torn ACL.
Apr 7 - 12:02 AM

Wilson Chandler will start at small forward for the Nuggets in Saturday's game against the Rockets.

It would appear that George Karl wants to keep his second unit together and it makes sense considering his bench loves to push the pace. Corey Brewer was the hero on Thursday and played 35 minutes compared to Wilson Chandler's 21, so Brewer still has massive potential. Denver's offense has been clicking since the All-Star break, ranking third in pace, second in points per game and third in offensive efficiency. Both Chandler and Brewer have nice upside since they can provide steals and threes.
Apr 6 - 2:21 PM

The Denver Post is speculating that Wilson Chandler -- not Corey Brewer -- will take Danilo Gallinari's (torn ACL) spot in the starting lineup.

Following Gallo's first-half injury Thursday night, Corey Brewer started the second half. But when the Italian sharpshooter missed four games in February, Chandler started three times. The bottom line is that no matter which of these two starts, both are going to push for 30 minutes and get plenty of touches. The Nuggets will be without their second-leading scorer (Gallinari) the rest of the way and could be without their leading scorer (Ty Lawson) for the final six games of the regular season. Chandler and Brewer are both strong fantasy adds.

Apr 5 - 4:08 PM

Wilson Chandler played 21 minutes against the Mavericks on Thursday, scoring eight points with five boards and two 3-pointers on 3-of-6 shooting.

He figures to be in line for more minutes with Danilo Gallinari out of the lineup. Chandler does have some upside with the way he fills the stat sheet with threes and steals, so he's worth a look in standard leagues.
Apr 5 - 12:01 AM

Wilson Chandler scored 16 points on 4-of-8 shooting (including a three) with four rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block in 29 minutes off the bench on Friday.

With Ty Lawson out, Chandler looks like a solid pickup in standard leagues even with the Nuggets' poor schedule to finish up the year.
Mar 30 - 2:42 AM

Wilson Chandler played 34 minutes off the bench on Wednesday, scoring 15 points with five boards, three assists and one steal against the Spurs.

He picked up some extra playing time with Ty Lawson dealing with a heel injury and Andre Miller playing almost all of his minutes at point guard. Chandler dropped a career-high 35 points with Lawson in the lineup last week and is worth an add in standard leagues. Although, the Nuggets are off until Wednesday following Friday's game.
