Walker Russell Jr. scored 15 points on 5-of-8 shooting with two rebounds and an assist in 12 minutes of action Wednesday.

Russell Jr. had scored just seven points all month coming into tonight, so needless to say, don't pay much attention to tonight's effort.

Rookie Walker Russell Jr. had a career-high 12 points and six rebounds in Wednesday's loss to the Nets.

Unless you're in a league with 20 teams or more, Walker's not worth a look, and even then it's a stretch.

Walker Russell Jr. made his NBA debut on Friday, scoring three points on 1-of-2 shooting with one rebound, two assists, one steal, and three turnovers in 20 minutes.

Russell has plenty of court vision but the rest is a question mark, and it's doubtful he has any fantasy value when the Pistons are at relatively full strength.

The Pistons will call up PG Walker Russell Jr. from the D-League according to a report released Thursday.

This is a sign that Will Bynum's foot injury isn't doing so well, and this should provide a small bit of comfort to owners of Rodney Stuckey, Brandon Knight, and Ben Gordon. Russell is known for having good basketball smarts and pick-and-roll execution, but his lack of size and perimeter skills have held him back.
