Unrestricted free agent Anthony Tolliver will sign with the Kings on a two-year, $16 million deal.
Only $2 million on the second year is guaranteed. The Kings have a lot of their roster invested on big men, so Tolliver likely won't be getting many minutes while the team is healthy. Jul 2 - 5:57 PM

Anthony Tolliver would like to return to the Detroit Pistons in free agency.

Tolliver didn't have a big role with the Pistons in 2015-16, but it sounds like there is mutual interest in his return. "I would love to stay here. I’ve been bouncing around a lot in my career," Tolliver said. "I feel comfortable here, and I feel like what I bring to the table fits what this team needs." The 30-year-old average 5.1 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.4 three-pointers in 18.6 minutes in 2015-16 and isn't a fantasy option in standard leagues.

Stan Van Gundy is open to re-signing Anthony Tolliver and Steve Blake in free agency.

"In just a very general sense, I like the idea of having both of them back," Van Gundy said. "But, and I was honest with them, there are priorities ahead of re-signing them. I told Steve flat-out that we'll look to upgrade that position with a guy who's more of a long-term answer." Tolliver averaged 5.3 points, 3.2 boards and 1.4 3-pointers in 18.6 minutes per game this season, so it's hard to imagine his role growing if he does re-sign with the Pistons.

May 1 - 10:38 AM

Anthony Tolliver drained five 3-pointers to finish Wednesday's road win with 15 points, eight rebounds and one assist in 39 minutes.

All but one of the veteran's shots were beyond the arc, which sums up his role -- he's the epitome of a stretch-PF with 85 percent of his attempts coming from downtown this season. He's nothing more than a specialist in deep leagues.
Apr 13 - 11:39 PM

Anthony Tolliver scored a season-high 17 points during a win over the Nets on Saturday with four rebounds, two assists and four 3-pointers.

He was hot and coach Stan Van Gundy stuck with him. Fantasy owners can pretty much ignore this line and leave Tolliver on the wire.
Mar 19 - 10:27 PM

Anthony Tolliver played for the first time since Feb. 21, picking up one steal in nine minutes against the Hornets on Friday.

He probably won't be playing much because coach Stan Van Gundy trusts Tobias Harris. Tolliver can be ignored in almost all leagues.
Mar 11 - 10:13 PM

Anthony Tolliver (knee) is available as needed for Friday against the Hornets.

In other words, he probably isn't going to play unless there is another injury or someone gets into foul trouble. Tolliver isn't a fantasy option.
Mar 11 - 5:39 PM

Anthony Tolliver (knee) is a game-time call vs. the Hornets on Friday.

He hasn't played since Feb. 21, but he likely lost his starting spot while he was on the shelf because Tobias Harris has thrived in the first unit. Tolliver said that he will play, but he's only on the radar in very deep leagues.
Mar 11 - 12:34 PM

Anthony Tolliver (knee) and Jodie Meeks (foot) could return to the court for Monday's game against the Wizards, according to Rod Beard of The Detroit News.

Tolliver, Meeks and Stanley Johnson (shoulder) were spotted going through some 3-on-3 work during Thursday's practice, so perhaps they can get back on the court for the final game of Detroit's road trip. However, with Tobias Harris healthy, Tolliver will be a non-factor in fantasy hoops and it could be tough for Johnson to earn enough playing time to matter in standard leagues. Meeks is going to be brought along slowly in Detroit, so there's no reason to own him in most leagues.
Mar 10 - 5:13 PM

Anthony Tolliver (knee) will likely miss at least six more games.

This means the earliest he would be able to return is Mar. 16, and there's no incentive to stash him with Tobias Harris playing well in the starting lineup. Leave Tolliver on the wire.
Mar 5 - 1:17 PM

Anthony Tolliver (knee) is not close to a return according to coach Stan Van Gundy.

He is dealing with a right knee sprain, and it sounds like we may not see him for at least a couple more weeks. Tobias Harris has looked great in the starting lineup, so it's safe to leave Tolliver on the wire.
Mar 1 - 12:19 PM

Anthony Tolliver (knee) is on track to return in mid-to-late March.

Tolliver was given a two-to-four week timetable upon initially going down, and although he's not yet close to getting back into game action, the veteran big man is doing some light shooting work in practice with a knee brace. When he does return, Tolliver is expected to resume his traditional role in the rotation.
Feb 29 - 2:32 PM

Anthony Tolliver (knee) has a right knee sprain and will miss the next 2-4 weeks.

Suddenly the Pistons are very thin at power forward with this and Donatas Motiejunas going back to the Rockets. Tobias Harris should log major minutes at the four, which opens up minutes for the wings as well. Tolliver can be dropped in almost all leagues.
Feb 22 - 4:56 PM

Anthony Tolliver (knee) will not travel to Cleveland for Monday's game vs. the Cavs.

He's already been ruled out of the contest, and the Pistons should have an update on his MRI results in the very near future. With Tolliver out, Tobias Harris should slide into the starting five with Marcus Morris, Stanley Johnson and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope all picking up a handful of minutes.

Anthony Tolliver (right knee) has already been ruled out for Monday's game vs. the Cavaliers.

He left Sunday's game vs. the Pelicans and never returned, and he is scheduled to have an MRI later this evening. Tolliver has been starting for the Pistons recently, but Tobias Harris started the second half in his place. Tolliver isn't worth owning in most leagues, but Stanley Johnson and Marcus Morris should get some extra minutes on Monday. He finished with three points in eight minutes.
