Dec 13 - 6:09 PM

Chris Douglas-Roberts (Achilles) is listed as probable for Saturday''s game against the Bucks.

He likely won't see any minutes upon his return, and should be ignored in almost all leagues. Leave him on the wire with confidence.
Dec 13 - 12:51 PM

Chris Douglas-Roberts (Achilles) will not play on Friday against the Wizards.

He was doubtful for the game and could be back soon, but the Clippers don't need him anyway. Douglas-Roberts is not worth owning in any league.
Dec 12 - 5:44 PM

Chris Douglas-Roberts (Achilles) is doubtful for Friday's game vs. Washington.

CDR has been out since Nov. 5, and he can remain on the wire in all leagues. Matt Barnes will continue to see heavy minutes at small forward with both of his backups sidelined, and Hedo Turkoglu not part of the rotation.
Dec 12 - 12:47 PM

Chris Douglas-Roberts (Achilles) is doubtful for Wednesday's game vs. the Pacers.

While he is steadily making some improvement, he likely won't play in this one and owners can continue to ignore him in almost all leagues. Matt Barnes will continue to play the majority of the minutes at small forward for the foreseeable future.
Dec 10 - 10:36 AM

Chris Douglas-Roberts (Achilles) is doubtful to play Wednesday vs. the Pacers.

CDR has been out since Nov. 5, but is slowly making improvements. Still, he's going to have a very limited role for the Clippers, so whether he plays or not should be of no concern to owners in standard leagues. Leave him on the wire.
Dec 9 - 3:42 PM

Chris Douglas-Roberts (Achilles) is making slow progress in returning to action and went through shootaround on Monday.

He's not going to play tonight. "Now we’re just in the stage of getting back in the groove," Douglas-Roberts said. "I have to start doing 1-on-1s, 2-on-2s. It’s hard to really practice that much because we’re in season. So I have to kind of do this kind of stuff on my own where I’m testing it out and seeing exactly where I’m at as far as actually playing in a real game." He has no timetable to return, but is finally able to do a few things laterally on his foot.

Dec 8 - 1:51 PM

Chris Douglas-Roberts (Achilles) is doubtful to face the Pelicans on Saturday.

He was "out" leading up to this game and it would be a big surprise to see him on the court. Douglas-Roberts has been dealing with foot problems since October and won't have fantasy value this season.
Dec 6 - 3:21 PM

Chris Douglas-Roberts is expected to practice on Friday after missing time with an Achilles injury.

He'll have some nice games off the Clippers bench, but isn't worth owning in most fantasy leagues, unless he supplants Matt Barnes as the starting small forward at some point.
Dec 3 - 8:59 PM

Chris Douglas-Roberts won't play on Wednesday as he recovers from an Achilles injury.

He's getting closer, but still not ready and it looks like he may not be back until December.
Nov 26 - 12:55 PM

Chris Douglas-Roberts (Achilles) resumed spot shooting on Sunday, but he still cannot move laterally.

CDR remains without an official timetable for his return, and gave a rather ominous quote today stating: "I haven’t even asked for a timeline because I don’t want to hear something that I don’t want to hear." Douglas-Roberts will fight for minutes with Matt Barnes, and Jamal Crawford upon his eventual return, so there's not much upside here. He can remain on the waiver wire in most leagues.
Nov 23 - 6:22 PM

Chris Douglas-Roberts (Achilles) will not play Thursday vs. the Clippers.

Douglas-Roberts has not stepped on the court since Nov. 5, and remains without an official return date. The Clippers are stacked on the wings, so even upon his eventual return, CDR will have zero fantasy value. Leave him on the wire.
Nov 20 - 7:02 PM

Chris Doulgas-Roberts (Achilles) is questionable for Monday against the Bulls.

His Achilles strain isn't minor and we're not expecting him to play tonight. Douglas-Roberts is out of the rotation and has no fantasy value.
Nov 17 - 3:53 PM

Chris Douglas-Roberts (Achilles) won't play in Saturday's game, and doesn't have a timetable to return.

Coach Doc Rivers hinted that it would probably be one to two weeks, and that it is just a minor strain. CDR didn't have fantasy value even before this news, so owners should look elsewhere. Matt Barnes and Jamal Crawford will pick up a couple extra minutes in CDR's absence.
