Darrell Arthur (sore left knee) did not play in Utah's season finale.
The veteran was a DNP in four of Utah's final five games and there was no reason for him to suit up in a meaningless contest tonight -- Houston had eliminated the Jazz from the playoffs prior to their late-night tip-off. Arthur has an interesting decision to make in regards to his $2.9 million player option this summer. Apr 14 - 2:15 AM

Darrell Arthur (sore left knee) is doubtful to play Wednesday vs. Portland.

The 28-year-old has little incentive to suit up for a meaningless game at less than 100 percent, particularly with the development of Jusuf Nurkic, Joffrey Lauvernge and Nikola Jokic being a priority for Denver. He'll likely miss Wednesday's game, which will benefit the aforementioned players.

Darrell Arthur is hopeful to remain with the Nuggets.

"I definitely want to be here, especially if they extend me three or four years," Arthur said. "That would be great. Because I love the city, I love the team, I love the direction the coach is going in and the organization. So, I want to be here." DA has a player option at $2.9 million for next season, but he's in search of a multi-year deal for more security, a desire that makes sense given his checkered health history.

Apr 11 - 1:16 PM

Darrell Arthur (personal) returned to action on Sunday with five points and three rebounds in 12 minutes off the bench.

Arthur may have played more if he weren't in persistent foul trouble, but Denver has minimal incentive to give him minutes at the expense of Nikola Jokic, Jusuf Nurkic and Joffrey Lauvergne.
Apr 10 - 7:37 PM

Darrell Arthur (personal) is expected to be available to play Sunday vs. Utah.

Arthur has been away from the team for personal reasons for the past three games, but it sounds like he'll be back on the court tonight. He should be able to receive roughly 20 minutes off the bench, which will cut into Joffrey Lauvergne's playing time. With a tough matchup against Utah, Arthur is a risky guy to target in most settings.
Apr 10 - 2:48 PM

Darrell Arthur (personal) will not play Friday against the Spurs.

He is out for personal reasons, but he does have a knee issue. Arthur might be shut down the rest of the way. This news also helps Jusuf Nurkic and Nikola Jokic.
Apr 8 - 2:15 PM

Darrell Arthur (personal, knee) did not practice on Thursday and is doubtful to play Friday vs. the Spurs.

Arthur has spent the past two games on the sidelines, which has opened up minutes for Joffrey Lauvergne and Jusuf Nurkic. It'll be more of the same on Friday if Arthur can't give it a go.
Apr 7 - 3:34 PM

Darrell Arthur (knee) will not play vs. the Thunder on Tuesday.

He was upgraded to a game-time call earlier in the day, so it does sound like he's getting closer to a return. With Arthur out, Joffrey Lauvergne should remain in the rotation, but he's not worth deploying in standard leagues. It's possible that Nikola Jokic could log some minutes next to Jusuf Nurkic as well.
Apr 5 - 8:12 PM

Darrell Arthur (knee) is a game-time call vs. the Thunder on Tuesday.

He's listed as doubtful, so it would definitely be a surprise to see him out there. If Arthur does play, there will be less minutes available for Joffrey Lauvergne.
Apr 5 - 7:32 PM

Darrell Arthur (knee) is doubtful for Tuesday's game against the Thunder.

Arthur missed Saturday's game with his knee injury and looks like he may be forced to sit on Tuesday as well. If Arthur sits again, Joffrey Lauvergne and Kenneth Faried will see increased run with King Joffrey being the main beneficiary.

Darrell Arthur (knee) will not play against the Kings on Saturday.

He has left knee soreness and the oft-injured Arthur will be sidelined for a leg injury once again. He's played great lately, but it's possible he misses more time. We'll see a lot of small ball with more Joffrey Lauvergne. Kenneth Faried could get extra run, too.
Apr 2 - 8:56 PM

Darrell Arthur (left knee soreness) is questionable to play against the Kings on Saturday.

He's one of the most likely players to have a leg injury based on his history. Arthur was outstanding on Thursday with 24 points, but it's going to be tough to count on him with a questionable tag. If he's out, Kenneth Faried should have a safe floor in fantasy while the Nuggets go small a lot.
Apr 2 - 3:17 PM

Darrell Arthur matched his career-high 24 points during a 101-95 loss to the Pelicans on Thursday, adding nine rebounds, one assist, one block and four 3-pointers in 22 minutes.

He was on fire and the Nuggets tweaked their rotation to get him minutes. Arthur's playing time hasn't fallen off to much since the return of Kenneth Faried and the Nuggets not having Danilo Gallinari (ankle) is big for him. He's a possible option in standard leagues with a couple nice matchups on the horizon.
Apr 1 - 12:29 AM

Darrell Arthur returned to the bench on Monday vs. Dallas and played 25 minutes, scoring nine points with one board, one assist and one 3-pointer.

Kenneth Faried (back) was being eased back into action and Jusuf Nurkic (illness) was on the shelf, so Arthur still got some decent playing time in this one. He does have some upside, but he's still going to be hard to trust when the Nuggets are at full strength.
Mar 28 - 11:57 PM

Darrell Arthur will come off the bench on Monday vs. Dallas.

Kenneth Faried (back) will be back with the starters tonight, so Arthur's role is going to take a hit. Unless you're in a deep league, it makes sense to at least evaluate other options.
