Darrell Arthur logged 26 minutes and double-doubled in Monday's win over the Cavs, scoring 13 points on 5-of-6 shooting (including three treys) with 11 rebounds, two assists and two steals.
Kenneth Faried played just 22 minutes and was the subject of a leaked story to ESPN stating how the front office wasn't thrilled with the Team USA forward. So naturally a good game like this out of nowhere might get a little bit more weight in the minds of owners, but unless he can do it again we're not moving the needle at all. Nov 17 - 9:52 PM

Darrell Arthur had an injury against the Pacers on Friday and did return.

Darrell Arthur left Friday's game with an undisclosed injury and is questionable to return.

Arthur was "gimpy" so it has to be a lower extremity injury and we'll keep you updated as news comes in. This should have very little effect on the Nuggets rotation.

Darrell Arthur will return to the Nuggets after serving a one-game suspension for his shove on Dion Waiters on Friday.

He will likely see very few minutes if he does play now that J.J. Hickson is back in the rotation. Owners would be wise to ignore Arthur in all but the deepest of leagues.

Darrell Arthur was suspended by the NBA for Sunday's game after he was ejected for shoving Dion Waiters on Friday.

This is just a reminder, and this does not help Arthur's case for more playing time when he does come back. Kenneth Faried and J.J. Hickson will pick up a few extra minutes for the struggling Nuggets as they search for their second win of the season against a terrific Portland team. Ignore Arthur in all but the deepest of leagues.
Nov 9 - 9:44 AM

Darrell Arthur will be suspended by the NBA for one game for his shove on Dion Waiters on Friday.

The NBA made the right call here and Arthur is lucky that Waiters wasn't seriously hurt. In the meantime, expect Kenneth Faried and J.J. Hickson to pick up some extra minutes in his absence.

Darrell Arthur was ejected in the first quarter for a flagrant foul on Dion Waiters.

Darrell Arthur said that he's playing pain-free basketball.

"The trainers are doing a great job of stretching me out, keeping my hips loose and just maintaining my knee, just watching over it," Arthur said. He's still buried on the depth chart and the Nuggets obviously won't play him big minutes to keep him fresh. He can be ignored almost everywhere.

Darrell Arthur exercised his player option with the Nuggets for the 2014-15 season.

It was an easy call for Arthur, who will make $3.4 million next season. He's really struggled to stay healthy and it's become fairly clear his minute threshold is around 20 minutes per night. He shot a woeful 39.5 percent from the field last year and will get another chance this upcoming season to change the perception on him.
Jun 23 - 11:10 AM

Darrell Arthur is planning to pick up his player option of $3.4 million this offseason.

It's kind of a no-brainer for Arthur after yet another injury-plagued season. He played just 17.1 minutes per game and couldn't really get much playing time despite the Nuggets having very little depth down the stretch. He The 26-year-old forward won't have much fantasy value next season.

Darrell Arthur (knee) is traveling for Tuesday's game vs. the Clippers and is expected to play.

He suffered a knee injury on Saturday and has really struggled to stay healthy. Arthur's minutes will likely be capped around 20, so he's not a strong start on a two-game night.
Apr 14 - 4:48 PM

Darrell Arthur left Saturday's game in the first quarter, possibly aggravating a knee injury.

His return is questionable, but it's fairly unlikely fantasy owners were counting on him tonight.
Apr 12 - 9:42 PM

Darrell Arthur played on Wednesday after missing Tuesday's practice due to a knee issue, scoring four points with three boards, one assist, one block and one steal in 18 minutes.

He's had a few issues in his career, most notably a torn Achilles back in 2011. Arthur was expected to see some extra playing time since J.J. Hickson (knee) and Wilson Chandler (groin) went down, but he's played just 18.8 minutes per game over his last five for averages of 6.0 points, 4.6 boards and 1.2 blocks. Chances are his lack of durability explains the low playing time and he's only a low-end option in fantasy right now.
Apr 10 - 12:19 AM

Darrell Arthur (knee) didn't practice on Tuesday but he's expected to play in Wednesday's game vs. the visiting Rockets.

This sounds like a precautionary day off for the six-year veteran, who is averaging 7.0 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.7 blocks in just 20 minutes per game this April. Roto league owners scouring the waiver wire for defensive stats should at least keep Arthur in mind.
Apr 8 - 4:42 PM

Darrell Arthur slipped in Monday's loss, scoring five points on 2-of-5 shooting with two rebounds and one three in 16 minutes.

Arthur had gained enough momentum to be watched in standard leagues but it's back to drawing board now. He'll need to string together a few good outings to climb back up the mountain.
