Date:

Darrell Arthur (illness) is available to play on Friday vs. the Rockets.

With Nikola Jokic (wrist) out, Arthur will likely be in the rotation. He hasn't been healthy all season, so his minutes will likely be pretty limited. Leave him on the wire.
Dec 2 - 8:26 PM

Darrell Arthur (illness) is probable for Friday against the Rockets.

He missed Wednesday due to an illness and should be back. Arthur won't be playing much while the Nuggets are somewhat healthy at the four and five.
Dec 1 - 5:29 PM

Darrell Arthur (illness) has been ruled out for Wednesday night against the Heat.

With Danilo Gallinari (thigh) back, the Nuggets won't need Arthur as much. Wilson Chandler should slide over to the four more tonight and should still get plenty of minutes. Arthur isn't worth stashing in most leagues.

Nov 30 - 4:32 PM

Darrell Arthur (illness) did not participate during shootaround and he remains questionable for Wednesday's game against the Heat.

Arthur sitting out shootaround is a pretty good indication that he won't be playing tonight. He's not worth owning anywhere.
Nov 30 - 1:22 PM

Darrell Arthur (illness) is being listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Heat.

Arthur seems to always find a way to pop up on the injury report, but he's not a meaningful part of the rotation anyway. Leave him on the wire.
Nov 29 - 4:26 PM

Darrell Arthur (knee) picked up a DNP-CD on Sunday.

Arthur was considered 'probable' for Friday's game but he never took the court, and we're considering him a victim of Mike Malone's new frontcourt rotation. He's no longer on the injury report.
Nov 21 - 12:37 AM

Darrell Arthur (knee) is listed as probable to face the Raptors on Friday.

He was expected to play against the Suns on Wednesday, but he did not. Arthur is not a lock to be in the rotation right now.
Nov 17 - 5:49 PM

Darrell Arthur (knee) is expected to return to action Wednesday vs. the Suns.

If he does get out there, it's unlikely his minutes total will hit double figures. He has a limited role behind Kenneth Faried and isn't worth owning anywhere.
Nov 16 - 12:48 PM

Darrell Arthur (left knee soreness) is listed as questionable for Wednesday night's game against the Suns.

This would be the fifth straight game Arthur has missed due to swelling in his left knee. Given the Nuggets remarkable frontcourt depth, Arthur will have a very tough time carving out consistent minutes even when healthy this season.

Nov 15 - 12:41 PM

Darrell Arthur (knee) sat out again on Sunday and his return date is uncertain.

The Nuggets aren't providing many updates on Arthur's status, but it hardly matters for fantasy purposes -- he'd be hard-pressed to make an impact in such a crowded rotation, and if anything he'll serve a 'spoiler' role by taking minutes from guys like Kenneth Faried and Wilson Chandler.
Nov 14 - 12:39 AM

Darrell Arthur (knee) is out for Saturday and could miss more time going forward.

He is still dealing with swelling in his knee. Arthur was a coach Mike Malone favorite last season, but things are different this year. The Nuggets have arguably the deepest power forward rotation and it got even deeper with Juan Hernangomez playing solid defense against Kevin Durant on Thursday. Arthur's minutes will likely be down all season.
Nov 11 - 4:44 PM

Darrell Arthur (knee) and Will Barton (ankle) will not play Thursday vs. the Warriors.

This will be Athur's third game in a row on the sidelines, and Barton isn't going to get back to the court for at least another five days. Arthur won't have a meaningful role with the team while the Nuggets are at full strength, so he's not worth owning anywhere. Barton can only be viewed as a stash in deep leagues, as he'll have to compete for minutes with Gary Harris and Jamal Murray once he's good to go.
Nov 10 - 1:41 PM

Darrell Arthur (knee) is questionable for Thursday against the Warriors.

He is going to have a lengthy limit on his minutes. While coach Mike Malone counts on him more than expected when he's right, the Nuggets have too much depth and there's no reason to rush him.
