Jerryd Bayless scored 19 points off the bench on Saturday to go with two boards, three assists, one steal and two 3-pointers in 30 minutes.
The Grizzlies are going to need as much perimeter scoring as they can get to keep up with the Clippers. Bayless is really their best option and hit 1.3 triples per game in since the All-Star break. Jerryd Bayless scored 19 points on 6-of-13 shooting (2-of-6 3PTs, 5-of-6 FTs) with four rebounds, four assists, four steals and one block in 29 minutes off the bench on Monday.

The second unit was given the reins and played the entire fourth quarter, powering the Grizzlies to a much-needed win for the playoff seeding picture. Ed Davis went for 11 and 11 with a steal, and Keyon Dooling came out of nowhere to score 13 points with four treys. No starter played more than 24 minutes tonight, which means owners shouldn't get too comfortable with the minute distribution.

Jerryd Bayless - G - Grizzlies

Jerryd Bayless returned from a knee injury on Friday and had 13 points with four boards, two assists, one steal and two 3-pointers in 30 minutes.

He didn't shoot the ball well in the 82-78 win, making only 5-of-14 from the field. Bayless has been useful off the bench for Memphis since Rudy Gay's departure and it should be interesting to see whether they give him similar responsibilities in the postseason.

Jerryd Bayless (knee) is probable to play on Friday against the Rockets.

Bayless has missed the last couple of games with his knee injury, but it was apparently never a major concern and he'll get back into his normal role vs. Houston, meaning Tony Allen should play a little less. With Arthur back, he'll help to back up Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol.

Jerryd Bayless (knee) and Darrell Arthur (back) will miss Tuesday's game with their injuries.

This shouldn't come as a surprise and should mean an uptick in minutes for guys like Ed Davis, Tony Allen and Quincy Pondexter.

It will be Bayless' second game on the sidelines. Look for extra minutes out of starter Tony Allen and backup Quincy Pondexter.

Jerryd Bayless - G - Grizzlies

Jerryd Bayless will not play against the Kings on Sunday due to a sore right knee.

There was no report prior to this news and this will be a tough pill to swallow for his owners. He played 28.2 minutes per game over his last five and the Grizzlies will likely call upon Tony Allen to fill the void with Quincy Pondexter replacing Bayless' second-unit scoring.

Jerryd Bayless bounced back against the Lakers on Friday, scoring 14 points on 7-of-15 shooting (no threes) with four rebounds, six assists and a steal in 31 minutes.

Bayless is a low-end value when you smooth out the rough edges and he should be owned in most formats.

Jerryd Bayless missed all eight of his field goals attempts on Wednesday, finishing a win in Portland with two points and seven assists.

It was just an off night for Bayless, who finished March averaging 13.5 points, 1.7 threes and 2.8 assists. Continue to use him as you have been, in the expectation that he'll bounce back vs. the Lakers on Friday.

Jerryd Bayless scored 17 points in Monday's win over the Spurs to go with two boards, three assists and one turnover in 28 minutes.

He put up a four-point dud on Saturday, but he rebounded nicely. Prior to that four-point game, he scored at least 14 points in each of his previous four games. Bayless is locked in to his role as the sixth man and he's worth owning in all standard leagues.

Jerryd Bayless finally cooled off against the Wolves on Saturday, scoring just four points with three rebounds, seven assists and two steals on 0-of-5 from the field in 29 minutes.

He scored at least 14 points in each of his last four games and averaged 2.0 triples in that span. Shooting guards will have their bad games, so Bayless owners should give him a pass here and can expect him to turn it around against the Spurs on Monday.

Jerryd Bayless scored 14 points on 6-of-11 shooting (including two threes) with two rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block in 25 minutes off the bench on Friday.

This is a good expectation for owners to have on a 'good' night for Bayless. He should be owned in most leagues to see if he can keep up his hot streak, but it's possible that the absence or limitation of the Grizzlies' frontcourt led to those big results. Those guys got back on track tonight, hence the yin and the yang.

Jerryd Bayless played 32 minutes against the Knicks on Wednesday, scoring 24 points with one board, one steal, one block and four 3-pointers on 8-of-17 shooting.

He's a hot property these days and in his previous five, Bayless averaged 18.2 points, 2.8 boards, 2.8 assists and 1.8 triples in 29.6 minutes. Marc Gasol being out for the previous two may have helped a bit, but Bayless is worth owning in all leagues.

He was a bit of a disaster late in the game and he missed his last three shots in the loss. Bayless is coming off a 30-point game on Saturday and has the look of a must-own player with the Grizzlies' favorable schedule.

Jerryd Bayless gave the Grizzlies a jolt with a season-high 30 points off the bench on Saturday, hitting 11-of-20 field goals (including four 3-pointers) and 4-of-5 free throws.

Bayless played with a ton of swagger, scoring 20 points in the first half alone. Over the past week he's averaging 17.8 points, 2.3 threes, 1.5 assists and 0.3 steals in 27 minutes per game. His offense will be even more crucial with Marc Gasol sidelined by an abdominal tear, which means he's worth deploying if you need help with points, 3s and FT percentage.
