Jerryd Bayless scored a team-high 19 points against the Magic on Thursday with two rebounds, one assist, three steals and two 3-pointers in 20 minutes.
This actually wasn't a garbage time special with Bayless having some success early on. He was able to benefit with the Bucks bumping up some of their threes to fours and fours to fives, so he'll lose some value once the team gets some guys back. He's only worth a look in deep leagues. Date:

Jerryd Bayless (knee) returned to action on Friday, scoring six points on 3-of-9 shooting with zero rebounds, five assists and two steals in 23 minutes.

Bayless has done enough to stay on the radar in deep leagues, but not enough to warrant a pickup. If that changes we'll let you know.

Jerryd Bayless (knee) will play against the Pacers on Friday.

He was probable for the game and there is no word that he'll be restricted on Friday. Bayless was playing minutes in the 20s and could have a decent chance for output tonight for owners in deep leagues.
Jan 2 - 6:54 PM

Jerryd Bayless (knee) is probable for Friday's game against the Pacers.

Bayless saw his minutes jump to 23.8 per game during the month of December when Jabari Parker (knee) went down, but only managed to turn in averages of 10.1 points and 3.2 assists per game. He's not worth owning in standard leagues.
Jan 2 - 12:11 PM

Jerryd Bayless will not play on Wednesday due to a sore knee.

It's the usual late scratch for the Bucks and it's not clear how much time he'll miss. Bayless was logging 25 minutes per game after the Jabari Parker injury, so those minutes will likely go to Khris Middleton, O.J. Mayo and Kendall Marshall.

Jerryd Bayless has scored in double-figures in seven of his last nine games.

Bayless is averaging 11.7 points while shooting 50.7 percent from the field and 47.4 percent from behind the 3-point line. He's also seen at least 20 minutes in every game since December 9, and owners shouldn't forget about him when evaluating who could see more time in Milwaukee's crowded backcourt.

Jerryd Bayless played 29 minutes against the Kings on Thursday with 17 points, four rebounds, five assists and three 3-pointers.

O.J. Mayo battled some foul trouble, so Bayless picked up some of the slack. He's going to get minutes in the mid-20s while the Bucks try to figure out how to fill their minutes at the forward spots, so he might have some low-end value in standard leagues for the next couple weeks.

Jerryd Bayless scored 10 points with two rebounds, three assists and two turnovers in 22 minutes on Wednesday.

He played his first two seasons in Portland, but didn't get his revenge. Bayless is likely to see a slight increase in playing time, but he's not taking many threes and is posting a low usage, so it's hard to be too excited about grabbing him in most leagues.

Jerryd Bayless had a nice game in his hometown vs. the Suns on Monday, scoring 11 points with four rebounds, four assists, two steals, one block and one 3-pointer in a 96-94 win.

He's played in at least 20 minutes with at least nine points in each of his last five, averaging 10.8 points, 3.4 boards, 3.4 assists, 1.2 steals and 0.8 triples. He should get a few minutes of extra playing time as the Bucks shift their wings up to the three and four spots. He's worth a look in deep leagues.

Bucks guard Jerryd Bayless played one of his most complete games of the season on Tuesday, scoring 11 points with six assists and two steals in just 20 minutes of action.

He's had a few solid games this year, including last Friday's 12-point, five-assist, two-steal performance, but his limited 3-point range and sporadic production spoil any fantasy value. Jared Dudley chipped in eight points on Tuesday while reserves Khris Middleton and Zaza Pachulia each scored seven, and the Bucks continue to have one of the league's most productive benches.

Jerryd Bayless will move back to the bench on Saturday.

He didnt' score in his nine minutes of action on Friday, which serves as your daily reminder that a starting role doesn't necessarily mean a significant role. Baylies has no fantasy value.
Sat, Nov 22, 2014 06:58:00 PM

Jerryd Bayless will start on Friday night alongside Brandon Knight, Khris Middleton, Jabari Parker, and Larry Sanders.

This will be Bayless' first night as a starter for the Bucks, but he hasn't been doing much lately, scoring four, nine, and two points in his last three outings. He'll have some increased opportunity tonight with Giannis Antetokounmpo sidelined, but on such a busy night, owners in standard leagues can probably do better than Bayless.

Jerryd Bayless scored 20 points off the bench in Saturday's 108-97 loss to the Wizards to go with three rebounds, two assists, two steals and two 3-pointers in 21 minutes.

He's the backup point guard behind Brandon Knight and does get some run at shooting guard on occasion. Bayless is still going to have a tough time posting value in most leagues with minutes in the low 20s or teens.

Jerryd Bayless will be the Bucks' backup point guard according to Jason Kidd, but Kendall Marshall will be their "left-handed reliever."

We can go in on him for having specialists that he's going to swap in and swap out, but in a way this is a good thing in the sense that he at least has roles in mind in the first place. That would make Brandon Knight the clear starter, which should have already been the case after his huge Opening Night.

Jerryd Bayless said he can play point guard or shooting guard for the Bucks this season.

"I can do both and I feel I can do both well," Bayless said. "Just depending on whatever coach Kidd envisions for this program, that's what I'm going to try to do." The backcourt rotation in Milwaukee is one of the more unsolved mysteries of the NBA right now. They added Kendall Marshall and Bayless while Brandon Knight may be a more capable shooting guard than a point guard. It does seem somewhat clear that Bayless is going to come off the bench and one would think the bulk of his minutes would come at shooting guard.
