Luc Mbah a Moute scored 13 points with four rebounds, one assist, four steals and three 3-pointers against the Nuggets on Wednesday.
He somehow had a +57 in the plus/minus stat, which marked the highest positive in the past 20 seasons, per ESPN. Mbah a Moute did step up with Eric Gordon (calf) and Ryan Anderson (illness) not playing, so LMAM will likely see his minutes drop over the weekend with at least one of the two shooters back. Luc Mbah a Moute (illness) is available for Saturday against the Grizzlies.

He is expected to have a limit after he missed the last game on Thursday. Mbah a Moute is probably going to lose playing time now that Chris Paul is back.
Nov 18 - 6:45 PM

Luc Mbah a Moute (illness) is listed as questionable in the game notes for Saturday's matchup vs. Memphis.

The Rockets do not have a shootaround on Saturday, so we likely won't have definitive word on Mbah a Moute's status until coach Mike D'Antoni addresses the media prior to tip-off this evening. If Mbah a Moute can't play, P.J. Tucker would see an uptick in minutes off the bench.
Nov 18 - 11:37 AM

Luc Mbah a Moute (illness) will not play against the Suns on Thursday.

He just got over some knee issues last weekend, but the Rockets will be missing one of their forwards. With him out, P.J. Tucker gets a little added opportunity in a revenge game while Ryan Anderson may also play slightly more tonight.
Nov 16 - 8:28 PM

Luc Mbah a Moute (knee) returned to action on Saturday with two points, three steals, one rebound and one assist in 28 minutes.

The veteran missed just one game and he slotted back into his usual role as a versatile defender and 3-point shooter (0-of-3 tonight) off the bench. He's basically Trevor Ariza-light and has some appeal in roto leagues, especially if turnovers count and you need defensive stats. He should be unowned in points leagues, though.
Nov 11 - 10:45 PM

Luc Mbah a Moute (knee) is good to go against the Grizzlies on Saturday.

He did not play on Thursday, but Mbah a Moute went through warmups and may have been close to playing. With him back, P.J. Tucker, Ryan Anderson and Trevor Ariza may not have to play as much in this game.
Nov 11 - 6:20 PM

Luc Mbah a Moute (knee) is questionable for Saturday's game vs. the Grizzlies.

Mbah a Moute did not play Wednesday after being listed as questionable. P.J. Tucker would see an uptick in playing time if Mbah a Moute is unable to suit up.
Nov 11 - 11:30 AM

Luc Mbah a Moute (knee) has been ruled out against the Cavs on Thursday.

He went through warmups to try to get cleared to play, but it sounds like he came up short. With Mbah a Moute out, the starters should play slightly more with more P.J. Tucker in the second unit.
Nov 9 - 6:56 PM

Luc Mbah a Moute (knee) is not expected to play against the Cavs on Thursday.

He is going through warmups, so he is making a case to play. He only played limited minutes on Sunday, which led to more minutes for P.J. Tucker and the other perimeter starters. Tucker could be looking at a decent amount of minutes against LeBron James.
Nov 9 - 6:16 PM

Luc Mbah a Moute (knee) tested his knee at Wednesday's practice and he's being listed as questionable for Thursday's matchup with the Cavs.

Mike D'Antoni said he expects Mbah a Moute to get out there for Thursday's game, although he was still experiencing some soreness during Wednesday's practice, but we'll have a better idea on his status following Thursday morning's shootaround. He's been sneaky good this season with averages of 8.7 points, 4.2 boards, 1.4 steals, 0.9 triples and 0.6 blocks per contest on 50.7 percent shooting, so he's worth owning in deep leagues.
Nov 8 - 1:01 PM

Luc Mbah a Moute (bruised knee) did not practice Tuesday but is expected to play Thursday vs. Cleveland.

Mbah a Moute had scored in double-figures in three straight games before knee soreness limited him to just 14 minutes Sunday's win over Utah. He's averaging 27.7 minutes per game this season, and will likely log 20-plus minutes once again on Thursday.
Nov 7 - 1:05 PM

Luc Mbah a Moute (bruised knee) is on track to be ready for Thursday's game against the Cavs.

Mbah a Moute exited Sunday's blowout win with the knee issue, but head coach Mike D'Antoni indicated that the decision was more so to give Mbah a Moute some rest after the Rockets busy four-game schedule last week. He has a full three days to rest up for Thursday's game, so he should be fine.
Nov 6 - 2:48 PM

Rockets coach Mike D'Antoni said this week's schedule factored into his decision to pull Luc Mbah a Moute (knee) from Sunday's game.

He was only able to play 14 minutes due to a knee bruise, but the veteran forward now has a few days off before Thursday's game vs. LeBron James and the Cavs. LMAM has been a sneaky deep-league fantasy asset all season and coach Mike D'Antoni recently called him the "best-kept secret in the NBA" for his strong play on both ends of the court.
Nov 6 - 10:07 AM

Luc Mbah a Moute exited Sunday's game with a bruised knee.

The Rockets lead by 30 points after three quarters, so it's safe to assume we won't be seeing Mbah a Moute again tonight. The Rockets don't play again until Thursday vs. the Cavs, so hopefully the veteran won't miss any more time -- if he does, Ryan Anderson and P.J. Tucker stand to gain the most.
Nov 5 - 8:53 PM

Rockets coach Mike D'Antoni said Luc Mbah a Moute is the "best-kept secret in the NBA."

"He's smart. He can play big minutes. He can shoot 3s. Whatever you want him to do he does it," D'Antoni said. "He's got playmaking skills. He sees the floor. I don't know how we all missed it, but we all did." LMAM had one of his best games in recent memory with a season-high 20 points, four rebounds, two assists, one block, two steals and two 3-pointers against the Hawks on Friday, and his season averages of 9.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 0.9 steals has allowed him to be a sneaky deep-league asset.
