Henry Walker made his first start of the season on Saturday with 10 points, two rebounds, one assist and two turnovers.
He attempted 11 treys from behind the arc and coach Erik Spoelstra clearly wants to have him out there for spacing. Walker is actually on the radar in standard leagues and owners in deep leagues should give him a look, but he's still on a 10-day after all. Feb 28 - 10:14 PM

Henry Walker will start at power forward against the Hawks with Udonis Haslem coming off the bench.

With Chris Andersen out, Haslem needs to play backup center for the Heat tonight. Walker has been on a roll lately and he's quickly already climbing into the conversation for 14-team leagues.

Henry Walker came off the bench and played 33 minutes in Wednesday's overtime win, but hit just 3-of-13 shots and 2-of-11 3-pointers for 10 points, six rebounds, two assists and two steals.

The minutes were there, but his shot wasn't. If the Heat are going to keep giving him minutes, and it looks like they plan to, he's probably worth a flier in deep leagues. He played 21 minutes and scored 11 in his Heat debut on Monday.
Feb 25 - 10:30 PM

Henry Walker made his season debut on Monday with 11 points, one rebound and three 3-pointers in 21 minutes.

It was his first game since 2012 and he looked pretty good out there. Walker had a sweet dunk driving down the lane and hit a couple treys in the first quarter. He's only on a 10-day deal, but he could get another 10-day based on tonight. He's not worth owning in almost any league.
Feb 23 - 10:06 PM

Henry Walker (formerly known as Bill Walker) will not play for the Heat on Friday.

He's joining the Heat on a 10-day contract, but won't play tonight. With Chris Bosh also out of action for Miami, look for a heavy dose of Hassan Whiteside, Udonis Haslem, Luol Deng, James Ennis and Chris Andersen.
Feb 20 - 12:37 PM

The Heat have reportedly signed swingman Henry Walker (former Bill Walker) to a 10-day contract.

Miami currently has two open roster spots following Thursday's trade that netted them the Dragic brothers, however, Walker has been out of the NBA since the 2011-12 season, and he's extremely unlikely to offer any fantasy value to any teams. Leave him on the wire.
Feb 20 - 10:17 AM

Bill Walker has signed a contract with the Austin Toros of the D-League.

The Toros are an affiliate of the San Antonio Spurs, but Walker's deal is purely of the D-League variety. He was reportedly set to sign with the Grizzlies in January but that never came to fruition.

The Grizzlies will reportedly sign Bill Walker.

Walker worked out for the Cavs in the offseason, but he never got a bite after being thrown around as a potential minimum salary guy. He'll join the Grizzlies bench on a free agent deal.

Unrestricted FA Bill Walker worked out for the Cavs.

According to the News-Herald, Walker "might make some sense" for the team as the Cavs look to add some depth on the wing. Walker, who was waived by the Knicks in April, shouldn't cost more than the veteran's minimum if Cleveland were to seriously pursue him.

Knicks waived G/F Bill Walker on Friday.

Walker was a casualty of the Knicks signing of Dan Gadzuric earlier in the day. Walker averaged 5.9 points, 2.5 rebounds and 19.4 minutes over 32 games (eight starts) this season for New York. He will look to latch on with another team needing a wing player.

Bill Walker (elbow) returned to game action on Thursday against the Magic, playing a token 16 seconds during garbage time.

Walker isn't returning to guaranteed playing time and we'll let you know if he can jump back on the fantasy radar.

Bill Walker (elbow) is shooting to return on Sunday against the Bulls.

Walker will likely be buried in the rotation upon his return and isn't worth fantasy consideration in standard-sized leagues.

Bill Walker (elbow) said that he should be able to play by next week.

Walker underwent surgery at the beginning of March and was slapped with a four-to-six week timetable. If he returns next week, that will be right on schedule in his recovery. Given the crowded wing rotation in New York, Walker is likely going to be the odd man out.

Bill Walker (elbow surgery) could be back in 1-2 weeks, according to Mike Woodson.

This far from a concrete timetable, and it's hard to envision Walker consistently getting significant run given the Knicks' crowd at shooting guard and small forward. Walker hasn't appeared in a game since Feb. 17.

Bill Walker (elbow surgery) expects to begin scrimmaging in about two weeks.

Walker could return this season, but it's not guaranteed that the Knicks will even try to work him into the rotation.
