Omri Casspi scored seven points with five rebounds, one assist and one 3-pointer in 27 minutes against the Celtics on Friday.
He managed to miss four shots from the field in an 18-second span, but that's neither here nor there. Casspi has seen some consistent minutes in his last four with 22.3 per game, averaging 6.0 points, 4.3 boards, 2.0 assists, 0.3 blocks and 0.8 treys. Nothing to see here for most owners. Omri Casspi played 28 minutes off the bench on Friday with seven points, four rebounds, five assists and one turnover.

After some trade rumors and reported disagreements with Casspi and the Kings, he finally saw minutes for the first time since Nov. 11. The Kings got their doors blown off in the first half and actually played well while Casspi was out there in the second half. We'll obviously need to see it again before signing off on him as a pickup in almost all leagues.
Nov 26 - 2:23 AM

Omri Casspi's agents have reportedly been making inquiries around the league, although Casspi has not formally asked to be traded away from Sacramento.

"The team is trying to figure out its identity," Casspi said. "I understand that. But I really wanted to be part of building something special here... I want to play. I need to play. If not here, then somewhere." Casspi has been in and out of the rotation this season, and over the past three games he hasn't even gotten off the bench. As a member of the Kings, Casspi isn't worth owning in any setting.
Nov 23 - 10:16 AM

Omri Casspi met with the Kings' front office last week, but he did not request a trade.

He wanted to discuss his role with the team as he's clearly not happy with his playing time. Casspi has fallen behind veterans Matt Barnes and Anthony Tolliver, and is only seeing 15.3 minutes per game in six appearances. He's not a fantasy asset until further notice.
Nov 13 - 10:44 AM

Omri Casspi will return to the bench for Sunday's game against the Raptors.

Rudy Gay (rib) is back in the starting five, so Casspi will return to a negligible bench role in Sacramento. He's not worth owning anywhere.
Nov 6 - 6:11 PM

Omri Casspi scored six points in a start agains the Bucks on Saturday with six rebounds, two assists and three turnovers in 24 minutes

It was not a good game for the Kings starters. Besides DeMarcus Cousins' 15 points, the other four starters combined for just 18 points. Rudy Gay (ribs) shouldn't be out too long, so Casspi is just a short-term stream. If Gay does miss games, he should be better than this.
Nov 5 - 11:57 PM

Omri Casspi will start for Rudy Gay (ribs) on Saturday.

With Matt Barnes (ribs) limited, we may get some extra run out of Casspi tonight. He makes a lot of sense in DFS while Gay is on the sidelines, especially with Gays' 27.7 usage rate this season.
Nov 5 - 6:34 PM

Omri Casspi, who was iffy due to an illness, hit 5-of-13 shots and two 3-pointers for 12 points, five rebounds and a 3-pointer on Thursday.

Matt Barnes played just nine minutes tonight due to a bad matchup with the Magic, but still has more fantasy intrigue than Casspi.
Nov 3 - 9:46 PM

Omri Casspi (illness) is probable to play against the Magic on Thursday.

He missed the last two games and should be coming off the bench tonight. Casspi played a ton of stretch four last year, but he's been shifted to more of a traditional three under coach Dave Joerger. His value doesn't look great with Matt Barnes a little higher on the totem pole.
Nov 3 - 4:28 PM

Omri Casspi (illness) will not play Tuesday.

Casspi also missed Monday's game due to the same illness. Casspi had only played a total of 18 minutes over the Kings first three contests, so the fantasy impact is minimal.
Nov 1 - 6:18 PM

Omri Casspi is a late scratch on Monday vs. the Hawks due to an illness.

He has only appeared in two out of three games with an average of 9.0 minutes per game, so this shouldn't impact fantasy lineups.
Oct 31 - 7:45 PM

Omri Casspi played 16 minutes on Monday with four points, four rebounds and one steal against Maccabi Haifa.

His minor hip injury cost him some practice time and Thursday's game last week. Casspi will have to fight for minutes with the Kings having more depth, so he doesn't carry much fantasy value even with the Rudy Gay trade rumors.
Oct 11 - 1:18 AM

Omri Casspi and Darren Collison will play on Monday.

Casspi missed the Thursday game and Collison rested. The Kings have more depth at forward than last year, so Casspi likely won't be playing as much stretch four. He's not worth drafting in most leagues.
Oct 10 - 8:57 PM

Omri Casspi will not play on Thursday due to a hip strain.

It's just a precaution to keep Casspi out tonight. He's had a number of injuries in his career, so the Kings will want to make sure he's 100 percent to kick off his age-28 season.
Oct 7 - 12:08 AM

Omri Casspi is hoping that the Kings make significant progress this season.

"We’re going to have to make some strides. It’s time," Casspi said. "We’ve added some good guys, some good quality players and quality individuals to our locker room, which is important, I think." Casspi has spent the summer working on his ballhandling and shooting, and also wants to improve his free throw shooting after hitting just 64.8 percent from the line last season. Rudy Gay could be on the way out of Sacramento, so that could open up more minutes for Casspi on the wings.
