Omri Casspi played just six minutes on Saturday with two points and one rebound against the Grizzlies.

Even with Rudy Gay (hip) out, this is a tough one for Casspi. Coach Dave Joerger just doesn't like Casspi these days. He needs some things to change to have some value.

Omri Casspi returned from an illness on Monday and played 13 minutes, hitting 1-of-4 shots for two points and five rebounds in a win over the Sixers.

Casspi missed five straight games, so it may take him a week to get back into game shape. And with Rudy Gay back in action last night, you can probably ignore Casspi for now.

Omri Casspi (illness) is not on the Kings' final injury report for Monday's game vs. Philly.

Casspi was previously listed as probable, so he should be good to go. Casspi was available for Friday's game vs. the Wolves, but the Kings didn't use him -- they were likely being cautious. Rudy Gay (hip) is questionable for Monday, so there will be plenty of minutes up for grabs if Gay sits. Casspi is more of a deep-league asset for now.

Omri Casspi (illness) is probable for Monday's game vs. the 76ers.

He's missed five games in a row, but it's worth noting that he was technically available for Friday's game against the Timberwolves. He was playing well before the illness, so we would assume that the Kings were just being cautious. With Rudy Gay (hip) listed as doubtful, Casspi could be looking at decent minutes if coach Dave Joerger wants to win this game.

Omri Casspi (illness) did not leave the bench during Friday's win over the Timberwolves.

Casspi had missed the previous four games due to an illness, and while he was available to play tonight, he didn't actually step foot on the court. He's been in and out of the rotation all year long, and currently ranks well outside the top-200, so there's no reason to own him in any setting.

Omri Casspi (illness) will return the Kings lineup Friday vs. the Kings.

With Rudy Gay (hip) still sidelined, Casspi could be in line for a decent allotment of minutes. However, coming off a four-game absence, it is difficult to trust him, especially with Matt Barnes, Anthony Tolliver and Willie Cauley-Stein also available to soak up minutes.

Omri Casspi (illness) is questionable to play against the Wolves on Friday.

He's surprisingly missed four games with an illness, but he does have a chance to give it a go for this evening. If he can go, he'll be an intriguing play with Rudy Gay (hip) out again. If he can't, Matt Barnes, Anthony Tolliver, Willie Cauley-Stein and Kosta Koufos could get more burn. Expect more three-guard combos as well.

Omri Casspi (illness) will not play Wednesday vs. the Jazz.

This will be Casspi's fourth straight game on the sidelines, and with Rudy Gay (hip) also out, Matt Barnes and Ben McLemore will each have another opportunity to start, while DeMarcus Cousins' usage rate will likely drift into the 40-range. Barnes and McLemore haven't done much with the increased opportunity, so they aren't great targets in most settings.

Omri Casspi (illness) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against Portland.

Tuesday marks the third straight game Casspi has missed due to illness. Matt Barnes and Anthony Tolliver should see a few more minutes that usual. Rudy Gay has also been ruled out, which means Garrett Temple will start and likely see 30-plus minutes once again.

Omri Casspi (illness) has been upgraded to questionable for Tuesday's game against Portland.

Casspi has missed each of the Kings last two games, but appears to be inching closer to a return. Anthony Tolliver and Matt Barnes would see an uptick in minutes if Casspi is unable to suit on Tuesday night.

Omri Casspi (illness) is listed as doubtful for Tuesday's game against Portland.

Casspi has missed two straight games due to the effects of his illness. It appeared he was improving over the weekend, as he was upgraded to probable prior to Sunday's game, before eventually being ruled out. However, being listed as questionable in advance of Tuesday would seem to indicate he's still struggling. Anthony Tolliver and Matt Barnes have seen an uptick in minutes off the Kings bench with Casspi sidelined.

Updating a previous report, Omri Casspi (illness) will remain on the sidelines for Sunday's game against the Mavs.

Casspi was initially listed in the starting lineup, but ultimately the Kings decided he was too sick to give it a go today. Garrett Temple will be the primary beneficiary here with both Casspi and Rudy Gay (hip) out, with Matt Barnes seeing some increased opportunity off the bench. Considering Casspi almost played today, we're going to consider him on the probable side of the questionable tag for Tuesday's game against Portland.

Omri Casspi will return to the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Mavs, sending Garrett Temple back to the bench.

Casspi missed Friday's win over the Grizzlies with an illness, but he'll be back in action tonight and should see some increased opportunity with Rudy Gay (hip) on the sidelines. Temple has been crushing it lately, and he too should benefit sans Gay. Darren Collison, Ben McLemore, DeMarcus Cousins and Kosta Koufos will join Casspi in the starting five for today's matinee.

Omri Casspi (illness) has been upgraded to probable for Sunday's game vs. the Mavericks.

He was listed as doubtful on the previous injury report, so he must be feeling better after missing Friday's game vs. Memphis. Casspi should have a large role on Sunday with Rudy Gay (hip) out and his return could damped the appeal of Garrett Temple.
