Jonas Jerebko started on Tuesday and hit 6-of-10 shots and three 3-pointers for 15 points, eight boards, two assists and a block in 27 minutes in a blowout win over the Nuggets.
The 15 points tied his season high and this was his best game of the season. He was sick for his last game and lasted just 14 minutes, but has played in the 22-minute range in seven of his last eight games. He's not a must-own player by any stretch, but he's getting enough minutes and a big enough role to be owned in any 12-team league. At least until Rudy Gobert is back from his knee injury. Jonas Jerebko hit just 1-of-5 shots (a 3-pointer) for three points, four rebounds, two assists and a steal in 20 minutes of Monday's loss to the Sixers.

Jerebko was dealing with an illness coming in and had a season-high 15 points, six boards, a steal and a 3-pointer on Saturday, but never got it going tonight. He's worth keeping an eye on with Rudy Gobert injured and makes for an interesting punt option in DFS, but he's not someone who should be rostered in most 12-team leagues.
Nov 20 - 9:36 PM

Jonas Jerebko (illness) is good to go on Monday vs. Philly.

He participated in the morning shootaround and will play despite being under the weather. His upside will be limited with Thabo Sefolosha playing, so he doesn't belong in most fantasy lineups anyways.
Nov 20 - 11:43 AM

Jonas Jerebko scored a season-high 15 points with six rebounds, one steal and one 3-pointer in 25 minutes against the Magic on Saturday.

He's been a sneaky beneficiary from the Rudy Gobert (knee) injury. In those five games, Jerebko averaged 8.8 points, 3.6 boards, 1.6 treys and 0.6 steals. He can probably flirt with this output for the next couple weeks, so give him a look this appeals to you.
Nov 18 - 10:01 PM

Jonas Jerebko scored seven points in a start against the Nets on Friday, adding one rebound, two assists and one 3-pointer in 17 minutes.

The Jazz didn't start him in the second half because they came out flat to start the game. Plus, Thabo Sefolosha (knee) not playing in this game is part of the reason he saw this much run. He's not much of an add in most leagues.
Nov 17 - 11:16 PM

The Jazz will start Donovan Mitchell, Rodney Hood, Joe Ingles, Jonas Jerebko and Derrick Favors on Friday vs. the Nets.

The Jazz are missing Ricky Rubio (Achilles), Thabo Sefolosha (knee) and Rudy Gobert (knee) tonight. Jerebko is worth a look as a 3-point specialist with six triples in his last two games, but he's basically a one-trick pony in fantasy.
Nov 17 - 7:37 PM

Jonas Jerebko started at power forward and hit 4-of-7 shots and three 3-pointers for 13 points, six rebounds and a steal in 25 minutes of Monday's 109-98 loss to the Timberwolves.

He started at the 4 as Derrick Favors moved over to center and easily had his best game of the season. With Rudy Gobert out for the foreseeable future, it's possible the Jazz could continue to give Jerebko starts, but Thabo Sefolosha is also probably going to get some starts as well. Jerebko isn't a must-own player, but he looked good tonight and should be on your radar.
Nov 13 - 11:26 PM

Jonas Jerebko will start at PF on Monday vs. the Wolves.

Thabo Sefolosha will come off the bench, but should still get plenty of run and is the better play in fantasy. Jerebko is starting because coach Quin Snyder likes his matchup with Taj Gibson, but he's not worth deploying in most fantasy leagues.
Nov 13 - 7:27 PM

Jonas Jerebko returned to action on Monday but missed all five of his shots off the bench and scored four points in a preseason win over Phoenix.

He's not worth drafting in fantasy leagues, but as soon as Derrick Favors goes down with an injury, Jerebko could end up seeing enough minutes to be considered off the waiver wire.
Oct 10 - 12:27 AM

Jonas Jerebko (hamstring) will not play on Friday.

It's just tightness and he should be fine in a few days. Jerebko could be used situationally, but he's not worth drafting in fantasy.
Oct 6 - 9:50 PM

Jonas Jerebko has agreed to a two-year, $8.2 million deal with Utah, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.

Boris Diaw's $7.5 million salary is fully non-guaranteed, and Derrick Favors' knee has been a persistent issue, so this gives Utah much-needed frontcourt depth. It's a solid move in reality, but he's a fringe fantasy option until we see how he's used by coach Quin Snyder.
Jul 12 - 10:21 PM

The Pistons are reportedly interested in unrestricted free agent Jonas Jerebko.

Detroit has plenty of depth at the power forward spot, so it's somewhat confusing to see their reported interest in Jerebko. If Jerebko does wind up with the Pistons, he'd basically be an emergency depth kind of guy, devoid of any fantasy value.
Jul 11 - 3:37 PM

Jonas Jerebko was huge in 13 minutes off the bench on Sunday, scoring 10 points on 4-of-4 shooting with five rebounds, one assist, one block and a pair of 3-pointers.

Most of Jerebko's minutes came during a Boston run while LeBron James was resting, shifting the momentum toward the Celtics, and he was on the court to close out the game. The 6'10" Jerebko brought an aggressive energy for Boston off the bench, and based on tonight's success we expect him to earn solid minutes in Game 4 on Tuesday.
May 21 - 11:46 PM

Coach Brad Stevens hinted he could play Jonas Jerebko in Game 2 on Friday.

"I told him last night, there's a good chance that he'll be a big part of this," Stevens said. Tyler Zeller played for five minutes and it went terribly, posting a -54.5 net rating in that time. Stevens likes to use Jerebko next to Kelly Olynyk, so he could be the last man in the rotation.
May 18 - 5:44 PM

Jonas Jerebko scored six points with three rebounds in 10 minutes off the bench against the Bulls on Friday.

Coach Brad Stevens loves his Jerebko and Olynyk combo, so maybe that's why he didn't start Jerebko today. The JJ-KO combo was used for seven minutes in this win, so that will likely be a second-unit staple going forward. It'll be tough to use Jerebko in Game 4.
