If you had Alabi in your lineup tonight, stop what you're doing and start picking lottery numbers. Gary Forbes also came off the bench and put up a big number, scoring 23 points with five threes, six boards, and two steals in 41 minutes.

Alabi hit 4-of-9 shots and also chipped in with a steal and a block, but we're not willing to bet on a repeat performance. If he proves us wrong, we'll let you know.

Raptors second-round C Solomon Alabi, who suffers from Hepatitis B, is not expected to be hampered at all by his illness.

Alabi essentially has an inflammation of the liver, a condition he has lived with since birth. "He has been checked out thoroughly by our doctors," Raptors GM Bryan Colangelo said. Regardless, it's the main reason Alabi dropped to No. 50 overall. If healthy, the Raptors got a steal.

Florida State C Solomon Alabi reportedly slipped to No. 50 overall in the draft because of a positive test for Hepatitis B.

It's unclear how the condition will affect Alabi's basketball career, but it's obvious that teams were concerned. Guys that go 7'1 with upside don't last until the end of the second round for no reason. It's a situation to monitor.
