Kevin Seraphin (sore left knee) picked up a healthy DNP-CD on Sunday.
Sunday's game marked the first time all season that the Pacers didn't have anyone inactive due to injuries, but Seraphin couldn't crack the rotation. He won't be worth fantasy owners' attention while Myles Turner and Al Jefferson are active. Dec 5 - 12:25 AM

Date:

Kevin Seraphin (knee) is available to play vs. the Clippers on Sunday.

Seraphin missed three games with the injury and his return doesn't have big fantasy implications. He'll take away some playing time from Al Jefferson, but that's about it.
Dec 4 - 7:05 PM

Kevin Seraphin (knee) will miss the next three games for the Pacers.

This means the earliest he could return would be on Dec. 4 vs. the Clippers. Serpaphin has a very limited role anyways, but Al Jefferson may pick up a few extra minutes off the bench.
Nov 25 - 8:28 PM

Kevin Seraphin (knee) will not play against the Nets on Friday.

Seraphin is dealing with a sore left knee and will miss his second straight game on Friday. He can be left on the waiver wire even when he returns to action.
Nov 24 - 12:31 PM

Kevin Seraphin (knee) will miss Wednesday's game against the Hawks.

Seraphin was on the court for 22 minutes out of necessity on Monday night with Myles Turner (ankle) on the sidelines, but with Turner returning to the starting five tonight, Seraphin probably wouldn't have played much anyway. Leave him on the wire.
Nov 23 - 5:26 PM

Kevin Seraphin (knee) is being listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Hawks.

Seraphin logged 22 minutes off the bench on Monday, but with Myles Turner (ankle) expected to return to the court, Nate McMillan may opt to keep Seraphin on the sidelines. As long as Turner is on the court, Seraphin won't get enough minutes to matter in most leagues.
Nov 23 - 11:11 AM

Kevin Seraphin came off the bench and played through a sore knee to hit 4-of-11 shots for eight points and 14 rebounds in 22 minutes on Monday.

Myles Turner was out with a sprained ankle and Al Jefferson started, but Seraphin looks better than Jefferson right now. This was his second time with double figures in rebounds this season, but as soon as Turner's healthy, Seraphin should become an afterthought.
Nov 21 - 11:40 PM

Updating a previous report, Kevin Seraphin (knee) will play Monday vs. the Warriors.

He'll likely be logging limited minutes off the bench, so it's unlikely he'll be able to make a difference in most leagues. Leave him on the wire.
Nov 21 - 5:50 PM

Kevin Seraphin (knee) has been upgraded to probable for Monday's game against the Warriors.

Myles Turner is out, so Seraphin could see some increased opportunity with the second unit. He's still not a great fantasy option in most leagues, though.
Nov 21 - 5:41 PM

Kevin Seraphin (knee) is questionable for Monday's game vs. the Warriors.

X-rays on his knee came back clean, but his status could hinge on the availability of Myles Turner (ankle). Seraphin belongs on the wire in season-long leagues.

Nate McMillan said that X-rays on Kevin Seraphin's knee came back clean, but he will remain on the sidelines for Sunday's game against the Thunder.

McMillan said to consider Seraphin day-to-day, but we'll take it a step further and consider him irrelevant in fantasy hoops.
Nov 20 - 5:57 PM

Kevin Seraphin (knee) will not play Sunday vs. the Thunder.

He's averaging 8.4 minutes per game this season, so expect Al Jefferson to get a small bump off the bench. Seraphin belongs on the wire.
Nov 20 - 11:59 AM

Kevin Seraphin (knee) had an MRI on Saturday.

"He said he felt a little tweak and it was pretty sore," Pacers coach Nate McMillan said. "He got an MRI this morning." Seraphin picked up his injury in the second half of Friday’s game and is currently listed as questionable to play vs. the Thunder on Sunday. He's averaging just 8.4 minutes per game this season, so his status won't have a huge impact on the rotation.
Nov 20 - 9:34 AM

Kevin Seraphin (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Thunder.

Seraphin is averaging just 3.8 points and 2.5 rebounds is under 10 minutes a night. He is not on the fantasy radar.
Nov 19 - 12:47 PM

Kevin Seraphin came off the Pacers bench and hit 3-of-8 shots for six points, 10 rebounds, three assists, a steal and a block in just 19 minutes on Monday.

This was easily his best game of the season and the rebounds were a season high. He also made a little noise against the Bulls back on Oct. 29, but had been silent ever since. No need to think about picking him up, but it's probably not a bad idea to put him on your watch list in case this happens again anytime soon.
