Trevor Booker played well in his second game for Philly, posting 16 points, nine rebounds, one steal and one block in 25 minutes off the bench.
Booker made 5-of-9 FGs and 6-of-7 FTs tonight, and five of his boards came on the offensive glass -- the Sixers hauled in a stunning 22 offensive rebounds tonight, compared to 25 defensive boards. It's worth noting that Booker didn't play at all alongside Dario Saric (27 minutes), so we'll keep an eye on the position battle at PF. Dec 10 - 10:57 PM

Trevor Booker made his 76ers debut in Saturday's loss in Cleveland, finishing with 12 points, eight rebounds, two assists and a blocked shot across 20 minutes.

Booker hit 4-of-6 from the floor and he was a perfect 4-of-4 from the free-throw stripe while turning it over just twice in his 20 minutes. He gives the team a nice boost to their second unit, especially for his work on the glass. He'll be battling Richaun Holmes, Amir Johnson and Dario Saric for minutes, and it remains to be seen if he'll see enough consistent playing time to help him make a significant impact from a fantasy perspective.
Dec 9 - 10:50 PM

Trevor Booker said he plans to make his Sixers debut in Saturday's game vs. the Cavs.

Booker will have a spot in the Philly rotation, but likely won't see enough consistent playing time to make a significant fantasy impact. Booker will have to split frontcourt minutes with Dario Saric, Amir Johnson and Richaun Holmes.
Dec 8 - 12:54 PM

Trevor Booker has been traded to the Sixers in a deal sending Jahlil Okafor, Nik Stauskas and a 2019 second-round pick to Brooklyn.

Booker should immediately give Philly's second unit a boost defensively and on the glass, and he's no slouch offensively, but it's doubtful he'll get enough minutes to help fantasy owners. Dario Saric has been playing well at PF and that should continue with Ben Simmons at PG and Markelle Fultz (shoulder) lacking a clear return date. Amir Johnson and Richaun Holmes will feel the pinch even more as they fight for backup-center minutes.

Trevor Booker went 0-of-5 from the field for zero points with one rebound and assist in 16 minutes against the Hawks on Saturday.

He took a big hit with Rondae Hollis-Jefferson coming back. Booker does play minutes at both big spots, and he should be better than this most nights. Interestingly, his splits on wins and losses are noticeable with averages of 14 points and nine boards in wins compared to eight points and six boards in losses. Booker is still a guy to hold in 12-team leagues.
Dec 2 - 5:38 PM

Trevor Booker scored 16 points with 10 rebounds, two assists and three turnovers in 28 minutes against the Mavs on Wednesday.

He had a big-time tip out after a Spencer Dinwiddie miss at the free throw line to help put this game on ice. Booker continues to log minutes at both big spots, and he should still be in the low 20s even when Rondae Hollis-Jefferson is back. Booker should be a low-end big man in a fantasy-friendly system.
Nov 30 - 1:03 AM

Trevor Booker moved into the starting lineup on Monday vs. Houston, scoring six points (2-of-4 FGs) with three rebounds, two assists, two steals and two triples in 20 minutes.

The Nets were shorthanded with several players out including DeMarre Carroll (illness), so Booker started in a traditional lineup next to Tyler Zeller. The frontcourt rotation is a mess right now and no one is really separating themselves from the pack, so it's not a bad idea to look the other way for now. In terms of upside, Booker and Jarrett Allen certainly have the most appeal.
Nov 27 - 11:56 PM

Trevor Booker started the third quarter on Sunday, finishing with 16 points (6-of-10 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), 11 rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block in 31 minutes.

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (ankle) was out after halftime, and Booker helped spark a 32-18 drubbing in the third quarter. According to the Nets PR department, Booker joined John Collins as the only players with at least three double-doubles off the bench this season. The veteran PF has still been nowhere near standard-league value this year, partly because he's shooting 54.3% from the FT line, but he'd be worth a look if RHJ misses time. He appeared to tweak his ankle at one point but didn't leave the game, so we're leaving him off the injury report.
Nov 26 - 9:29 PM

Trevor Booker (ankle) returned off the bench on Friday with 10 points, eight rebounds, two assists and one block in 20 minutes against the Blazers.

After the Nets used him as more of a center, they went with him as more of a four man in this game. Jarrett Allen looking good and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson having a career year has pushed Booker to the background, but he should find a way to get around 20-24 minutes most nights. Considering the pace of the Nets, he could still have some value as long as he avoids the DNPs.
Nov 24 - 2:43 PM

Trevor Booker (left ankle) is available to play Friday vs. the Blazers.

Tyler Zeller will draw another start at center on Friday. Booker, who was sidelined on Wednesday, will split minutes off the bench with Quincy Acy and Jarrett Allen.

Nov 24 - 11:38 AM

Trevor Booker (left ankle) is probable for Friday's matinee game with the Blazers.

We get a Friday game at noon EST and we should have more info on Booker at about 10:30 in the morning. He did not play on Wednesday despite what looked like a minor ankle issue. If he's back, that could mean Tyler Zeller moves from a Wednesday starter to out of the rotation. Jarrett Allen could still be in the mix, but it's not certain.
Nov 23 - 7:06 PM

Trevor Booker (ankle) will not play against the Cavs on Wednesday.

He did not practice on Tuesday, but he did go through some work at shootaround on Wednesday. The Nets are likely going to be very careful with Booker throughout the year, so he may start to trend down after the break. With him out tonight, Tyler Zeller will get the start while Jarrett Allen should be in the rotation. Keep an eye on Allen in deeper leagues.

Nov 22 - 6:09 PM

Trevor Booker (ankle) reportedly "worked pretty hard" at shootaround, but he remains questionable to play Wednesday vs. Cleveland.

Booker wasn't able to practice on Tuesday, and while it's encouraging that he was able to go hard at shootaround, it needs to be noted that Brooklyn often errs on the side of caution with injuries. He'll likely be a game-time call tonight, but if he's not able to give it a go, that would open up a lot of opportunity for Jarrett Allen. Stay tuned.
Nov 22 - 1:07 PM

Trevor Booker (ankle) is being listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Suns.

He wasn't able to practice on Tuesday, so he seems much closer to doubtful, but we'll have a better idea on his status based on his activity level at shootaround. If he's unable to give it a go, Quincy Acy, Jarrett Allen and Tyler Zeller would see a bump in minutes, with Allen offering the most upside.

Trevor Booker (ankle) was unable to practice on Tuesday and is day-to-day, according to coach Kenny Atkinson.

Booker initially tweaked his ankle Friday vs. Utah and then aggravated the injury Sunday vs. Golden State. On Monday, he said the sprain is "not too bad" but was non-committal regarding his status for Wednesday's game vs. Cleveland. If Booker is unable to suit up, Quincy Acy, Jarrett Allen and Tyler Zeller would likely divvy up the additional minutes.
