The Knicks have liked Nemanja Bjelica for a while and inquired about his availability in Derrick Rose talks, according to Jeff Zillgitt of USA Today.
Much to the dismay of Wolves fans, the Rose talks look like they'll continue through the deadline. Coach Tom Thibodeau was going to entertain the idea of playing Bjelica at the three, but it just hasn't happened to limit his minutes. If the Knicks are selling and possibly shut players down, Bjelica could get a slight bump in value with a deal. Obviously fantasy owners can stand pat here. Feb 22 - 5:55 PM

Tom Thibodeau completed a season sweep vs. his former team on Sunday, aided by Nemanja Bjelica's 16 points, three 3-pointers, six rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block.

Bjelica did his damage in a mere 19 minutes off the bench, while facing a depleted Bulls team, so it's hard to get too excited here. He hadn't scored double-digit points since mid-January and this was his best all-around game since November. Zach LaVine's absence could help him, though, and we'll let you know if he strings together a few more strong performances.
Feb 12 - 6:27 PM

Nemanja Bjelica scored three points with one assist and one 3-pointer in 15 minutes against the Raptors on Wednesday.

The Wolves aren't looking at Bjelica as a small forward right now. Maybe that'll change, but he hasn't seen any sort of increase since the Zach LaVine (knee) injury.
Feb 9 - 1:28 AM

Nemanja Bjelica scored four points with six rebounds, five assists and one block in 23 minutes against the Pistons on Friday.

He did play eight minutes in the fourth quarter, which has a lot to do with Zach LaVine (knee) getting hurt and the Wolves trailing. While Bjelica's best game was when LaVine was out earlier in the year, it's important to remember that Shabazz Muhammad was also out for that one. If LaVine is out, Belly gets a bump for Saturday, but it may not be too much.
Feb 4 - 12:17 AM

Nemanja Bjelica scored eight points with three rebounds, one assist and one 3-pointer in 14 minutes against the Thunder on Friday.

Interestingly, coach Tom Thibodeau talked up Bjelica after the game with how he plays with Karl-Anthony Towns. "The minutes he’s playing with Bjelly, it’s a different look and that’s really good for us as well," Thibodeau said. On the season, the Bjelica-Towns lineup is very similar in performance based on net rating, but they do run at a faster pace. For now, Bjelly is only a pickup in deeper leagues.
Jan 13 - 11:59 PM

Nemanja Bjelica (ankle) returned to action on Tuesday vs. Chicago, playing nine scoreless minutes with three rebounds and one turnover.

He missed a pair of shots and the Wolves didn't really need him with Gorgui Dieng playing very well. Wolves coach Tom Thibodeau loves playing his starters huge minutes, so Bjelica won't have much value while the team is healthy.

Nemanja Bjelica (sore right ankle) is expected to play Tuesday vs. the Bulls.

Bjelica has missed each of the Wolves previous two contests. However, coach Tom Thibodeau indicated he expects Bjelica to be active and available on Tuesday. On the season, he is averaging 7.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.2 treys in 16.8 minutes. Assuming he plays, Bjelica will likely limit Adreian Payne and Brandon Rush's minutes.

Nemanja Bjelica (sore right ankle) will not play on Sunday vs. the Warriors.

This will be second game in a row on the sidelines. He was a game-time call this time around, so he must be getting closer. Gorgui Dieng will log heavy minutes at the four vs. Golden State.

Nemanja Bjelica (sore right ankle) will be a game-time call against the Warriors on Sunday.

Bjelica missed Friday's loss to the Pistons, and the game-time decision suggests he hasn't improved much. If he's out, Brandon Rush and Adreian Payne will split his minutes, but that really doesn't mean much in fantasy hoops.

Nemanja Bjelica (sore right ankle) will not play against the Pistons on Friday.

This is a new injury for Bjelica. He's played well in the second unit to offer some space and has seen some run with the ones at times, too. With him out, Cole Aldrich and Shabazz Muhammad could see a couple extra minutes.
Fri, Dec 9, 2016 07:18:00 PM

Nemanja Bjelica scored 17 points with seven rebounds, three assists and three 3-pointers in 21 minutes against the Knicks on Friday.

He got a little bump in playing time because the Wolves were trailing and Gorgui Dieng was in foul trouble. Bjelica wasn't playing well coming into this game, so we'll have to see it again before moving the needle on him. Although, the Wolves losing so many games could help him get minutes.

Nemanja Bjelica scored three points with two rebounds, one block and two steals in 13 minutes against the Suns on Friday.

He's cooled off since the career game back on Nov. 13. The good news for Bjelica is that he is getting some run at small forward, so that'll help his chances for minutes. He doesn't have much value now, but that would change with any injury in the 2-5 spots in the starting lineup.

Nemanja Bjelica stuffed the stat sheet in his first career start on Sunday, posting a career-high 24 points on 9-of-15 FGs with five 3-pointers, eight boards, three assists, three steals and one block.

Minnesota was playing without Zach LaVine (knee), Shabazz Muhammad (sore right knee) and Brandon Rush (toe), so coach Tom Thibodeau opted for Bjelica at SF and Andrew Wiggins at SG. Bjelica was very aggressive and he played some point-forward tonight, but it's hard to get too excited in standard leagues while LaVine and Muhammad are day-to-day. Most owners should just keep an eye on him.

Nemanja Bjelica will slide into the starting lineup for Sunday's matchup with the Lakers with Zach LaVine (knee) unavailable.

Bjelica could see a decent amount of minutes tonight with LaVine, Brandon Rush (toe) and Shabazz Muhammad (knee) all unavailable, but Kris Dunn is likely the guy that benefits most sans LaVine. The Timberwolves will roll out a starting five of Ricky Rubio, Andrew Wiggins, Bjelica, Gorgui Dieng and Karl-Anthony Towns for Sunday's game, so Bjelica could be worth a punt play in DFS.

Nemanja Bjelica played 22 minutes against the Nuggets on Thursday with 14 points, eight rebounds, one assist and two 3-pointers.

The Wolves were playing from behind and went to Bjelica more in the second half. He's still just stuck in one position at power forward, but Bjelica may have enough per-minute output to have value in deeper leagues.
