Bojan Bogdanovic started ahead of Markel Brown in the second half of Sunday's loss in Atlanta, but he shot 2-of-8 to finish with five points, four rebounds and two assists in 32 minutes.
Bogdanovic was averaging 14.4 points and 2.2 triples on 52.6 percent shooting in April, but he struggled tonight due to a combination of poor shot selection and the Hawks' tight defense. Atlanta ranked seventh in the NBA in 3-point defense this season, holding opponents to 34.1 percent shooting beyond the arc, so Bogdanovic and the Nets have their work cut out for them. Bojan Bogdanovic scored 28 points on 12-of-17 shooting to help the Nets clinch the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference in a win over the Magic on Wednesday.

He was absolutely on fire tonight and added three boards, two assists and four 3-pointers to his name in 34 minutes. Bogdanovic has been steadily earning the trust of head coach Lionel Hollins, while rookie Markel Brown struggled again with two points in 10 minutes. The Nets will play the Hawks in the first round of the playoffs, so they will probably want to go ahead and start focusing because Atlanta is the real deal this season.
Apr 16 - 12:54 AM

Bojan Bogdanovic scored 17 points against the Bulls during a 113-86 loss on Monday with one rebound, two assists and three 3-pointers.

He's finishing his season on a high note. In his last five, Bogdanovic averaged 15.0 points, 3.2 boards, 1.6 assists, 0.8 steals and 2.4 treys. He's worth owning in standard leagues and the Nets might want to start him based on how awful the starting unit was today.
Apr 14 - 1:00 AM

Bojan Bogdanovic started the second half of Sunday's game ahead of Markel Brown, finishing with nine points, one 3-pointer, four rebounds and one steal in 26 minutes of action.

Bogdanovic has emerged as a solid pickup in all formats with the Nets thin on the wings, earning extra minutes in the absence of Alan Anderson (ankle). His shot was off today (4-of-11 field goals) but his five-game averages reveal his decent upside -- 15.4 points, 2.4 triples, 3.0 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 0.8 steals in under 31 minutes per game.
Apr 12 - 5:57 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic made all six attempts from beyond the arc against the Wizards on Friday, scoring 22 points with three rebounds, two assists and one steal.

He matched his career high for points and set a high for 3-pointers tonight. Bogdanovic has easily been the best wing for the Nets in the past week, so he should be able to log minutes around 30 as long as he's playing well. In his last four, he averaged 17.0 points, 2.8 boards, 2.0 assists, 0.8 steals and 2.8 treys on 56.5 percent from the field. He should be owned in all standard leagues.
Apr 10 - 10:53 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic scored 15 points off the bench against the Blazers on Monday with five rebounds, one assist, one steal and one 3-pointer.

Markel Brown and Joe Johnson combined for 1-of-14 from the field tonight, so Bogdanovic was easily the best wing option for the Nets. He was in the doghouse at the end of March, but he's back to playing well again with a 19-point game coming on Saturday. Keep an eye on him in standard leagues.
Apr 6 - 9:37 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic started the second half against the Hawks on Saturday, finishing with 19 points, two assists and three 3-pointers.

He disappeared in his previous four games with just 10 combined points, but his coach gave him an extended look because Alan Anderson (ankle) is hurt. Bogdanovic had a terrific stretch last month, but we'll need to see it again. That said, if you're in a daily season-long league, the Nets are the only home team on Monday.
Apr 4 - 10:28 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic did not score in eight minutes of action on Tuesday.

His stat line consisted of one steal and two turnovers. This is the second straight complete dud for Bogdanovic, who has ceded his role to Alan Anderson (24 minutes) and Markel Brown (31 minutes). The Nets won both of their past two games with limited contributions from Bogdanovic, and he belongs on the waiver wire in all formats.
Mar 31 - 10:52 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic was very quiet in nine bench minutes vs. the Lakers, finishing with only two points and one rebound.

The Croatian rookie has averaged 11.3 points and 1.4 threes since the All-Star break, but he's a poor source of anything beyond 3-pointers. Alan Anderson logged 28 minutes tonight, usurping Bogdanovic's role, and his owners should be scouring the waiver wire for a more reliable source of value.
Mar 29 - 5:57 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic hit 7-of-12 shots (including two threes) for 18 points and four rebounds in 32 minutes off the bench on Friday.

Bogdanovic should see enough touches to give owners a shot at some points and threes, but that's just about it.
Mar 28 - 12:44 AM

Bojan Bogdanovic scored just six points on 3-of-14 shooting with six rebounds and one assist in 26 minutes off the bench on Monday.

Bogdanovic had been a nice little run but this shows how shaky his value can be. He's a deep league play at best until he shows us a little bit more.
Mar 23 - 10:33 PM

Coach Lionel Hollins said he hasn't been playing Deron Williams and Jarrett Jack together because of how well Bojan Bogdanovic is playing right now.

He had some kind of run last week, averaging 17.8 points, 3.5 boards, 2.0 assists, 0.5 steals, 0.5 blocks and 2.0 treys on 63.8 percent from the field in 35.0 minutes per game in his last four. There is a 49-minute outlier in there, so we're expecting Bojan to get minutes in the 28-33 range this week. He has four games, so feel free to give him a look if you're feeling saucy and want to roll the dice on a rookie. Additionally, Jack and Williams are both likely to play minutes in the mid 20s.
Mar 23 - 6:00 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic stayed hot against the Pacers on Saturday, making all eight attempts from the field for 21 points with five rebounds and three 3-pointers in 29 minutes.

He played a whopping 49 minutes on Friday and scored 17 points in a win. Bogdanovic has played at least 27 minutes in four straight games, averaging 17.8 points, 3.8 boards, 0.5 blocks and 2.0 treys. It's becoming clearer that coach Lionel Hollins is going to play him more, so he's worth a look in standard leagues while he's hot.
Mar 21 - 9:46 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic played 49 minutes against the Bucks on Friday during a triple-overtime win with 17 points, three rebounds, five assists, one steal, two blocks and two 3-pointers.

He hit a couple clutch shots and his coach clearly has confidence in him. Bogdanovic played 36 minutes on Wednesday and he's also taken 39 shots combined in his last three. He's still not a must-own player because of how many slumps he's had, but he's definitely on the radar now. He's probably a grab in 16-team leagues.
Mar 21 - 12:36 AM

Bojan Bogdanovic came off the bench for 12 points, two rebounds, one assist and two 3-pointers on 5-of-9 shooting in 36 minutes on Wednesday.

He blew up for 21 points on Monday, so maybe he's getting ready to heat up. Just keep an eye on him.
