Bojan Bogdanovic didn't score in 13 minutes of action against the Clippers on Thursday.
The only stat he had today was a missed 3-pointer. Bogdanovic has really struggled from downtown lately, but his minutes were consistent before this game. The entire team didn't really show up, so coach Lionel Hollins is unlikely to punish the rookie. Bogdanovic is worth a look in deeper leagues. Jan 23 - 1:22 AM

Bojan Bogdanovic scored 12 points during a 102-80 win over the Wizards on Friday with five rebounds, two assists and no turnovers in 32 minutes.

He's clearly earned his minutes and has scored in double figures in each of his last four. Bogdanovic should get more run with the Nets, especially since they're now sellers in the trade market. He's worth a look in deep leagues.
Jan 16 - 9:52 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic started again on Wednesday and hit 5-of-8 shots and a 3-pointer for 11 points, six rebounds, an assist and a steal.

He's quietly scored in double figures in three straight games and while he's not a must-own player, he's at least worth keeping a close eye on going forward.
Jan 14 - 11:33 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic scored 13 points with five rebounds, three assists, two steals and no turnovers in 37 minutes against the Rockets on Monday.

He had an abysmal miss on a layup, but was solid most of the night. He scored double-digit points in consecutive games and coach Lionel Hollins looks like he'll stick with him. If you're in a 16-team league, give him a look.
Jan 12 - 10:24 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic made his first start in over one month against the Pistons on Saturday with 14 points, one rebound, two assists and two turnovers.

He didn't make any treys and did commit five fouls. Bogdanovic will probably stick in the starting lineup with Sergey Karasev as a low-ceiling player for the Nets. Just keep an eye on Bogdanovic for now considering how awful he was for the first two months of the season.
Jan 10 - 10:05 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic will start over Sergey Karasev against the Pistons on Saturday.

When you lose to the 76ers at home, there are going to be some changes. Bogdanovic has been a massive letdown after an eye-catching preseason, so it's hard to imagine the rookie turning it around quickly. Fantasy owners in almost all leagues can wait on this one.
Jan 10 - 7:08 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic picked up his first DNP of the season on Friday, and has seen Sergey Karasev take over as the go-to shooting guard.

"It's not what Bogey's done, it's what he's not done," coach Lionel Hollins said. "You've got to play and compete, and go out and play well, and Karasev has shown me a lot in practice. We were struggling, I gave him a shot and he played well." After Bogdanovic opened the season as the starter, he has now fallen off the map and can be safely dropped in just about every league." We will let you know if he reemerges later in the season.

Bojan Bogdanovic wasn't part of coach Lionel Hollins' rotation on Tuesday, finishing scoreless without any stats during three minutes of garbage time.

Bogdanovic's starting job was usurped by Sergey Karasev on Dec. 10 and he's been on a downward trajectory ever since, rendering him useless for fantasy purposes. We'll let you know if he reemerges with value as a 3-point specialist.

Bojan Bogdanovic admitted during a recent interview that he has been surprised by the minutes he's received from coach Lionel Hollins during his rookie season.

"My first goal was to fight for minutes and even I was surprised with fact I played a lot," said Bogdanovic. "Coach Hollins trusts me and I would say first goal is complete." Bojan is averaging 8.5 points and 1.3 three-pointers on 42.3 percent shooting over 26 minutes of action his rookie season, however, he can't be viewed as anything more than a 3-point specialist in very deep leagues.

Nets rookie Bojan Bogdanovic pitched in 14 points on 4-of-7 shooting off the bench on Sunday, hitting three 3-pointers with two rebounds and one block in a mere 14 minutes of action.

Bogdanovic squandered the chance to establish himself as a starter earlier this season, and he's since faded into fantasy irrelevance as part of Brooklyn's second unit. Starting swingman Sergey Karasev finished Sunday's game with nine points in 33 minutes, and reserves Mirza Teletovic and Alan Anderson also played well, which underscores the competition Bogdanovic faces in Brooklyn.

Bojan Bogdanovic was benched in favor of Sergey Karasev on Wednesday and missed all five of his shots, failing to score in just 17 minutes.

This is not good news, especially since Mirza Teletovic was out with a hip injury. Bogdanovic will likely become relevant again at some point, but if the Nets are going to keep rolling with Karasev, Bogdanovic should probably become waiver-wire fodder until he turns it around.

Bojan Bogdanovic will come off the Nets' bench on Wednesday, with Sergey Karasev taking his place in the starting lineup.

The Nets' 25-year-old rookie has started all 19 games to begin the season, but coach Lionel Hollins decided to mix things up with his team very short-handed on Wednesday. This may be a temporary change in the absence of Joe Johnson (flu), Mirza Teletovic (hip) and Brook Lopez (back), though most fantasy owners won't be bothered if Bogdanovic permanently loses the starting gig -- he's averaging just 9.4 points, 1.3 triples and 3.0 rebounds with negligible defensive stats as a starter.
Wed, Dec 10, 2014 06:58:00 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic had 14 points, eight rebounds and two 3-pointers in Wednesday's win over the Spurs.

He's hit double digits in three straight games, averaging 9.0 points, 3.6 rebounds and 0.8 3-pointers over his last five. Those aren't great numbers and he was outshined by Mirza Teletovic tonight, who started for Kevin Garnett (rest) and blew up for 26 points, 15 rebounds and five 3-pointers.

Bojan Bogdanovic got his shot back on track on Sunday, scoring 13 points on 6-of-12 shooting, with five rebounds, two assists, one 3-pointer, one steal, and one turnover.

51.3 percent of Bogdanovic's shots come from 3-point range, and because he doesn't know how to score in another way, he's going to be a very streaky player. He's currently averaging 9.6 points and 1.4 three-pointers per game on 41.9 percent shooting, so he can be viewed as a 3-point specialist in deeper leagues. However, he does not belong on a roster in standard leagues.
Sun, Nov 30, 2014 07:36:00 PM

Bojan Bogdanovic is in a major shooting slump and has gone 2-of-17 from the field and 1-of-9 from 3-point range over his last three games.

Those are brutal numbers and the young rookie from Croatia has been wildly inconsistent this season. "It’s tough, but I have to [fight through] this," Bogdanovic said after Saturday’s practice. "The guys are trying to help me. … This is a different style than Europe, so I’m trying to get it." We expect Bogdanovic to get better as the year progresses, but he is too unreliable to be counted on in all but the deepest of leagues.
