E'Twaun Moore hit 7-of-13 shots and two 3-pointers for 19 points, five rebounds, three assists and a steal in Monday's 113-100 win over the Clippers.
Moore has had a fine season and is a key starter for the Pelicans. They have a big game on Wednesday against the Spurs and they still have a shot at home court in the opening round of the playoffs. Moore should be a decent fantasy option on Wednesday. Apr 10 - 1:03 AM

E'Twaun Moore made a career-high seven 3-pointers on his way to 30 points against the Grizzlies on Wednesday, adding one rebound, four assists, three steals and one block in 29 minutes.

He caught fire to get him to his second 30-point game of the season, making 11-of-16 from the field in this easy win. Moore could be picking up some extra shots because of Ian Clark (ankle) going down tonight. He should be owned in most fantasy leagues in what has been a mini-breakout year.
Apr 4 - 11:01 PM

E'Twaun Moore ended up with eight points across 27 minutes in Saturday's road loss at Houston while finishing with a poor minus-15 rating.

Moore was one of four New Orleans starters with a minus-10 rating or worse, and things got a little testy, too. He and Eric Gordon got into a bit of a dust-up, earning technicals, as each player took exception to the physical play of each other. Perhaps it was Moore taking out some frustrations after his alma mater Purdue was ousted from the NCAA Tournament on Friday night.
Mar 24 - 10:44 PM

E'Twaun Moore finished Wednesday's victory with 23 points on 10-of-15 shooting, making three 3-pointers with three rebounds, two steals and four turnovers in 34 minutes.

It's the first time since Feb. 20 that Moore has scored at least 20 points in a game. It also appears to be the culmination of a recent upswing in his efficiency -- after a relative lull following the All-Star break, he's now connected on 8-of-13 triples over the past three games. He rarely contributes much more beyond scoring and a trickle of supporting stats, but is worth owning while he's hot.
Mar 21 - 11:43 PM

E'Twaun Moore started and hit 6-of-13 shots and two 3-pointers for 14 points and six assists in Tuesday's win over the Mavericks.

Moore missed a pair of big free throws late in the game, but the Pelicans hung on for the win. He's quietly scored in double digits in six straight games and in eight of his last nine, making him worth a look in deep leagues by desperate fantasy owners.
Mar 20 - 10:25 PM

E'Twaun Moore hit 6-of-14 shots and two 3-pointers for 14 points and six rebounds in 33 minutes of a start in Tuesday's 119-115 win over the Hornets.

Moore has been playing well, averaging 11.4 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 0.8 3-pointers on 46 percent shooting over his last five games. He's getting 31 minutes a night right now and if he was better with assists and steals, he'd nearly be a must-own player. But as it stands, he's worth a look in most leagues given the minutes he's getting and the production that's come with them.
Mar 13 - 10:50 PM

E'Twaun Moore got going on Wednesday with 17 points, four rebounds and one assist, making 7-of-15 field goals and 2-of-2 free throws in 38 minutes.

Moore hit one 3-pointer with just one turnover, helping New Orleans reel off their seventh consecutive victory. "Right now, everybody's playing their part," said Anthony Davis. "Everybody thought we were going to go down in the standings [without DeMarcus Cousins]. We're actually moving up." Moore has had some nice moments this season, but he's little more than a steals-and-threes specialist in fantasy.
Mar 1 - 12:55 AM

E'Twaun Moore scored 11 points on 4-of-11 shooting Sunday, to go with two 3-pointers, three rebounds and two steals in 36 minutes.

As an added bonus for 9-cat owners Moore didn't turn the ball over once in this overtime win, and he continues to serve as a reliable source of triples and steals, although the inconsistent scoring constrains his value to deep leagues.
Feb 25 - 6:55 PM

E'Twaun Moore played just 14 minutes and missed all seven of his shots, failing to score in Monday's win over the Pistons.

Moore had 12 points in 44 minutes on Saturday, but has taken a hit with the arrival of Nikola Mirotic and has scored four or fewer points in three of his last five games. Dump him for a hot free agent if you can.
Feb 12 - 10:15 PM

E'Twaun Moore scored four points with one rebound, one assist and one steal in 24 minutes against the 76ers on Friday.

He's had two really bad games since Nikola Mirotic showed up and it's fairly clear his value will be going down after a big 26-point game just before Mirotic showed up. Moore is probably someone you should drop to add a post-deadline winner.
Feb 9 - 9:15 PM

E'Twaun Moore played 31 minutes and hit 5-of-9 shots and two 3-pointers for 14 points, a steal and a block in Monday's loss to Utah.

Mysteriously, Moore played just 12 minutes on Saturday, but things were back to normal tonight. Moore's as hit-or-miss as they come, despite 30 minutes a night, but is generally worth owning if you need threes and steals, returning ninth-round fantasy value on the season.
Feb 5 - 11:29 PM

E'Twaun Moore went off for 26 points, four rebounds, one assist, one steal and four triples in 32 minutes vs. the Thunder on Friday.

Moore is going to benefit from more touches with DeMarcus Cousins (Achilles) out for the season and it's a relief to see him put up a nice line after his 8-point dud in his last game. He was 10-of-14 from the field and solid shooting lines are nothing new, as he hit a blistering 59.8% of his shots in December. He has cooled off since the new year, but he's still worth holding onto.
Feb 3 - 12:46 AM

E'Twaun Moore finished Sunday's loss against the Clippers with 18 points across 32 minutes.

Moore stepped up, hitting 7-of-11 from the field, while chipping in with two rebounds, a 3-pointer and an assist while turning it over just twice. He appears to be the tertiary scoring option behind Anthony Davis and Jrue Holiday with DeMarcus Cousins done for the season, and it could be a role which suits him very well. He doesn't contribute much to the bottom line for fantasy owners in the defensive categories, but you expect his offensive numbers to trend upward down the stretch.
Jan 28 - 7:32 PM

E'Twaun Moore posted 13 points across 31 minutes in Friday's 115-113 win against the Rockets.

Moore was 6-of-12 from the field, including 1-of-3 from behind the 3-point line, while also checking in with four rebounds and two assists. He and his teammates will each need to step up and try to fill the void left by DeMarcus Cousins (Achilles'), who is expected to miss the remainder of the season due to a torn left Achilles' tendon late in the surprising victory.
Jan 26 - 11:41 PM

E'Twaun Moore scored nine points with three rebounds, two assists and one 3-pointer in 33 minutes against the Grizzlies on Saturday.

The magic has kind of worn off on Moore as he's failed to crack top-150 value in standard leagues over his last 10. His upside isn't too high to begin with and he wasn't going to flirt with 60 percent from deep like he did in December, so he's more of a drop than a hold in nine-cat leagues.
