E'Twaun Moore scored 18 points in 35 minutes off the bench on Wednesday, going 8-of-12 from the field with one 3-pointer, one rebound and one assist.
It wasn't exactly a well-rounded fantasy line, but Moore was very good tonight and he helped make the Heat sweat in the fourth quarter. He's a solid role player in real life, but is best suited to 14-team leagues and deeper. Mar 15 - 11:48 PM

E'Twaun Moore scored two points with three assists and one block in 25 minutes against the Hornets on Saturday.

The Pelicans have found themselves another shooter in Jordan Crawford, so they won't be needing Moore nearly as much to space the floor. Moore is a drop in most cases.
Mar 11 - 10:39 PM

E'Twaun Moore led the Pelicans' bench on Sunday with 13 points, making 5-of-9 shots with two 3-pointers, two assists, one rebound, one steal and one block in 31 minutes.

The Pelicans' offense is completely dominated by the trio of Anthony Davis, DeMarcus Cousins and Jrue Holiday. Beyond those three, the only players to score tonight were Moore, Dante Cunningham (six points), Solomon Hill (five points), Tim Frazier (three points) and Hollis Thompson (one point). In their first four games together, AD and Cousins had an astounding combined usage rate of 69.7 percent, and New Orleans' role players just aren't trustworthy in fantasy leagues.

E'Twaun Moore scored 11 points off the bench against the Pistons on Wednesday, adding one rebound, three assists, and two 3-pointers in 26 minutes.

The Pelicans may opt to keep Moore off the bench, which actually isn't the worst idea. There is just no usage available in the first unit with DeMarcus Cousins, Anthony Davis and Jrue Holiday, so getting any minutes away from that trio would help his shot total. Just keep an eye on Moore in deeper leagues.
Mar 1 - 11:52 PM

E'Twaun Moore (personal) returned on Sunday with 10 points, four assists and two 3-pointers in 27 minutes vs. the Thunder.

Moore came off the bench tonight but it sounds like the SG spot is in flux. "We’re contemplating [whether he will start]," Alvin Gentry said before the game. "He’s played extremely well off the bench. We’ll look at the rotations and see what works best for our team." Gentry referred to Moore as an "extra ballhandler" for the team, so he might be leaning toward keeping him in the second unit.
Feb 26 - 9:49 PM

E'Twaun Moore (personal) will come off the bench for Sunday's game against the Thunder.

Moore was out of Saturday's game for personal reasons, but he is back and should see a healthy amount of minutes off the bench. Hollis Thompson will make the start at the two for the second consecutive game.
Feb 26 - 6:57 PM

E'Twaun Moore (personal) is not on the injury report for Sunday's game vs. the Thunder.

This is great news for the Pelicans after Moore missed Saturday's game for personal reasons. The Pelicans are very thin on the wings, so Moore should see plenty of minutes. To be clear, his upside is low with Jrue Holiday, DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis dominating all the touches. Hollis Thompson loses value with Moore expected back.
Feb 26 - 1:01 PM

E'Twaun Moore (personal) will not play Saturday vs. the Mavericks.

The Pelicans backcourt is already incredibly thin after New Orleans traded away Buddy Hield, Tyreke Evans and Langston Galloway in the DeMarcus Cousins deal. Tim Frazier and Hollis Thompson will see extended minutes on Saturday. It's possible that the Pels choose to start Frazier alongside Jrue Holiday.
Feb 25 - 12:22 PM

E'Twaun Moore started at shooting guard on Thursday and hit just 2-of-6 shots for six points, three boards, three assists and a steal in 23 minutes of Thursday's 129-99 blowout loss to the Rockets.

Omri Casspi broke his thumb tonight and the Pelicans are already depleted on the wings after the DeMarcus Cousins trade. Moore should be better than this on most nights and the low minutes were in part due to the blowout factor. He still looks like an interesting pickup in fantasy, as he only has Tim Frazier and Hollis Thompson to compete with for minutes right now. If you picked him up hoping for a big night, give him another chance or two before pulling the plug.
Feb 23 - 11:21 PM

E'Twaun Moore will start at SG for the Pelicans on Thursday.

Buddy Hield, Langston Galloway and Tyreke Evans are all gone, so it makes sense that Moore is stepping into a much bigger role for New Orleans. He doesn't have a very high fantasy upside, but is still worth a very long look given how thin the Pelicans' backcourt is right now.
Feb 23 - 7:30 PM

E'Twaun Moore (personal) returned from a two-game absence on Monday vs. the Suns, scoring 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting.

He slid right back into his usual role off the bench, logging 24 minutes and adding one assist and two steals. Moore's name has popped up in some trade rumors including a potential deal that would send him to the Nets, but he's not worth stashing in most formats right now. Just keep an eye on the player's news page with the Feb. 23 trade deadline looming.
Feb 14 - 1:21 AM

E’Twaun Moore (personal) is not on the injury report for Monday's game vs. the Suns.

He's missed two games in a row, but it's unclear if he will actually play. His ceiling isn't the highest anyways with Tyreke Evans back in the lineup. Moore has been mentioned in some trade rumors, so maybe that explains the "personal" absence.
Feb 13 - 9:01 PM

E’Twaun Moore (personal) will not play vs. the Kings on Sunday.

Tyreke Evans (ankle) is limited to 20 minutes tonight, so Tim Frazier and Langston Galloway stand to gain in Moore's absence. Consider him questionable to return vs. the Suns on Monday.
Feb 12 - 7:43 PM

E'Twaun Moore (personal) is doubtful for Sunday's game vs. the Kings.

This is expected to be his second game in a row on the shelf. The good news for the Pelicans is that Tyreke Evans (ankle) has been upgraded to probable. Langston Galloway gets a slight bump and Tim Frazier might be in the rotation again on Sunday with Moore out.
Feb 11 - 9:17 PM

E'Twaun Moore (personal) will not play Friday vs. Minnesota.

This is the first game Moore has missed since early December and only the fourth he's missed all season. The Pels will also be without Tyreke Evans (ankle). They have only nine players available. Jrue Holiday, Buddy Hield, Langston Galloway and Tim Frazier will all likely see extended minutes.
