Jeremy Lamb got loose for 16 points, seven rebounds, a steal, a block and a 3-pointer on 6-of-11 shooting in just 19 minutes on Monday.
Lamb's been back from his foot injury for four games and has scored three, seven, 12 and 16 points in each of his them, showing positive progression along the way. But with most of his teammates healthy and limited minutes in each one, he's far from a reliable fantasy option. Just keep an eye on him going forward. He scored 12 on Saturday in just 15 minutes and had 16 points in 19 minutes, but unless his playing time gets a spike soon, his scoring will tail off. Feb 7 - 10:02 PM

Jeremy Lamb returned from a foot injury and played six minutes on Tuesday, hitting a 3-pointer for his only score of the game.

He hadn't played since Jan. 10 and doesn't have a big enough role in the rotation to make a fantasy difference in any leagues right now.
Feb 1 - 12:26 AM

Jeremy Lamb (foot) is probable to play Tuesday vs. Portland.

Lamb was available to play on Friday but wound up picking up a DNP-CD, so even if he does get on the court for Tuesday's game it'll likely be in a limited capacity. He belongs on the waiver wire in all leagues.
Jan 30 - 5:17 PM

Jeremy Lamb (foot) wasn't in the rotation on Friday due to a lack of practice.

The Hornets didn't practice today, so you can assume Lamb won't be out there for this one. Marco Belinelli will back up the wings, but doesn't have much value right now with both starters playing well.
Jan 28 - 5:31 PM

Jeremy Lamb (foot) picked up a DNP-CD on Friday vs. the Knicks.

He was "available" to play, but the Hornets went with the hot hand off the bench in Marco Belinelli (15 points) tonight. Lamb has had a couple nice stretches this season, but he won't have a large role while Nicolas Batum is healthy.
Jan 27 - 10:50 PM

Jeremy Lamb (foot) will be active Friday night's game vs. the Knicks.

Lamb hasn't not played since January 10th. Assuming he plays on Friday, he will likely cut into Marco Belinelli's minutes, but other than that should have minimal fantasy impact. Lamb can be left on waiver wires.
Jan 27 - 6:08 PM

Jeremy Lamb (metatarsal inflammation) is questionable for Friday against the Knicks.

He was on the active roster on Wednesday, but he did not play. Lamb will likely be restricted upon his return and it's not like the Hornets don't have any depth right now. Leave him on the wire.
Jan 26 - 6:23 PM

Jeremy Lamb (foot) will not play Wednesday against the Warriors.

He might suit up and could be active, but he is not going to play. Lamb has been out since Jan. 13 and the Hornets haven't really missed him with Marco Belinelli filling in as a backup.
Jan 25 - 6:38 PM

Jeremy Lamb (foot) has been upgraded to questionable for Wednesday's game against the Warriors.

This is the first time Lamb has been designated with the questionable tag since going down with the foot issue, so maybe he can get back to the court on Wednesday night following a six-game absence. If he does, he could take away some minutes from Marco Belinelli, but it's unlikely he'll earn enough minutes to matter in most leagues.
Jan 24 - 3:29 PM

Jeremy Lamb (foot) will not play on Saturday against the Nets.

The updates have been pretty sparse on Lamb, so he's likely looking at a few more games out. With him out, it'll be Marco Belinelli and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist getting more solidified roles.
Jan 21 - 6:38 PM

Jeremy Lamb (inflamed metatarsal) has been ruled out of Friday's game vs. the Raptors.

This will be the fourth straight game Lamb has missed due to the foot injury. We have yet to receive a formal indication from the team regarding when Lamb is expected to return to the lineup. Marco Belinelli played well of the Hornets bench on Wednesday, scoring 13 points (on 5-of-8 shooting) and grabbing five boards in 24 minutes.
Jan 20 - 10:02 AM

Jeremy Lamb (foot) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against Portland.

Wednesday will mark Lamb's third straight game on the sidelines, and it's currently unclear exactly when he'll be able to get back to the court. Lamb typically isn't a major part of the rotation while the team is at full strength, so there aren't any major fantasy implications here. Marco Belinelli will have the opportunity for some extended minutes, but that's about it.
Jan 17 - 3:20 PM

Jeremy Lamb (foot) will not play on Monday vs. Boston.

This will be his second game in a row on the shelf. The Hornets are ruling him out a full 24 hours before tip-off, an indication that he could miss additional time. Luckily for the Hornets, Nicolas Batum looked healthy in 32 minutes of action on Friday. Marco Belinelli could pick up a few extra minutes with Lamb out.
Jan 15 - 12:36 PM

Jeremy Lamb (foot) will not play on Friday against the 76ers

The team is calling it metatarsal inflammation. Lamb hasn't had any noteworthy foot issues since 2014, so this is likely a new issue for him. With him out, Marco Belinelli will be the primary wing backup and should get minutes in the mid 20s. He's worth a look if you need a short-term scoring boost.
Jan 12 - 4:50 PM

Jeremy Lamb started again for Nicolas Batum (knee) on Tuesday and had 11 points, five rebounds, four assists, a steal and a 3-pointer in 28 minutes.

He hit just 4-of-12 shots, but is worth a long look with Batum iffy going forward. Lamb is averaging 12 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists in his two recent starts, but has hit just 8-of-24 shots in them. He's more of a player to target in DFS, assuming that Batum will be back sooner than later.
