Mirza Teletovic has no interest in returning to Europe to play basketball.

"No," he said. "Never going to happen. I'm going to prove some stuff." Teletovic got his shot in the rotation but was a non-factor, and now he plays spot minutes on occasion. He has an intriguing skill set, but Teletovic has a lot to learn about the NBA game.

P.J. Carlesimo said that he'll make Mirza Teletovic a "priority" moving forward.

Apparently the coach sees Teletovic as a mismatch at both ends of the floor, and he'll use the remaining games to evaluate Teletovic before settling on a rotation. The first-year player will have an opportunity to prove he deserves consistent minutes.

Mirza Teletovic said recently that he has to "find the fun in basketball again."

"Not think about it too much, and just have fun," he said. Teletovic is still working to adjust to the NBA, but inconsistent playing time hasn't helped him. Teletovic can shoot it, but he'll need a consistent role in the rotation to hold any sort of fantasy value.

Mirza Teletovic returned from an illness and hit 3-of-8 shots (all 3-pointers) for 10 points, four boards, three assists, a steal and a block off the Nets' bench on Tuesday.

Keep in mind that Gerald Wallace was out, which was a key to Teletovic's big game tonight. Leave him on waivers for now.

He was considered a game-time decision. He averaged 18 minutes in the two games before coming down with the flu, but even at full health he's not a fantasy option.

Teletovic has gotten new life under P.J. Carlesimo, but he's still not a fantasy option in standard formats right now. If he's out, Andray Blatche, Reggie Evans and Kris Humphries will pick up the scraps.

Teletovic is apparently sick, but it's not considered serious. Teletovic is finally getting an opportunity to contribute with a new head coach at the helm, and although he's a member of the rotation now, it's going to take more than that for him to amass consistent fantasy value.

Mirza Teletovic scored a career-high 14 points in 21 minutes on Saturday, hitting two 3-pointers with six rebounds, two assists and two blocks as part of the Nets' dominant bench effort.

The Nets' second unit blew the game open with a 15-2 run in the first half, and P.J. Carlesimo unleashed his reserves down the stretch. We don't expect a repeat performance anytime soon.

Teletovic has only really picked up minutes in garbage time before tonight, but Reggie Evans (illness) being out allowed him to crack the rotation. He's not worth owning in any format with Evans likely to be back for Friday's game against Golden State.

"This is my first year in the NBA so I need the time to adjust to some stuff, and Avery has given me time," he said. "The basketball is faster, much faster." Teletovic is obviously not a fantasy asset in any format.

Mirza Teletovic was inactive for Friday night's game against the Clippers.

After joining the Nets amid some decent offseason hype, Teletovic has struggled to adjust to the NBA and Avery Johnson has responded by pushing him out of the rotation now that the Nets are healthy. Unless he finds his stroke and some extra minutes along the away, Teletovic will likely be irrelevant for fantasy owners this season.

After a dismal preseason, Mirza Teletovic is shooting 27.3 percent from 3-point range and is averaging just 10 minutes per game.

When the Nets signed the Bosnian sharpshooter, they envisioned Teletovic as a long-range weapon that could stretch defenses. However, he's had difficulty finding playing time and Avery Johnson hinted Thursday Teletovic could find himself out of the Nets' rotation. Leave him on the wire unless something changes.

Mirza Teletovic scored 18 points, grabbed four rebounds and hit four threes in 25 minutes against the Celtics on Tuesday.

The rookie took 10 attempts from behind the arc and he took 11 of them on Saturday. It's not clear exactly how many minutes Teletovic will get, but it's abundantly clear the Nets have given him the green light from downtown.
