Victor Oladipo had 19 points, six assists, five rebounds, two steals and one 3-pointer on Wednesday, but he shot just 9-of-26 from the field without any free throw attempts.
VO has been incredible during the Pacers' current homestand, averaging 30.8 points, 7.0 rebounds and 4.3 assists in his previous four games. His shot finally starting falling after halftime tonight, but it was too little, too late vs. Paul George and the Thunder. Oladipo said recently that he's "getting sick and tired of the comparisons with Paul George," which is more than fair. He's proving every night that he's a unique force in the NBA, and he's locked into first-round fantasy value through Indy's first 28 games. Dec 13 - 10:30 PM

Victor Oladipo scored a career-high 47 points in an overtime win vs. Denver on Sunday, making 15-of-28 FGs and 11-of-13 FTs with seven rebounds, six 3-pointers and six assists.

Oladipo took a hard fall in the first half tonight, which forced him to go to the locker room, but he was simply sensational after returning, and he took control of the overtime period. VO added two steals and one block in 45 minutes of action tonight, and he's staked an undeniable claim to first-round fantasy value. "[I'm] just trying to be the best," he said after the game. "Try to be great one day at a time." Fittingly, he left the court to "M-V-P" chants from the adoring home crowd.
Dec 10 - 8:31 PM

Victor Oladipo finished with 33 points, eight rebounds, five assists and a steal across 36 minutes in Friday's 106-102 win against the Cavaliers.

Oladipo took over in the third quarter, dropping 20 of the team's 32 points in a game-changing 12 minutes. The Cavs led 63-57 at the break, but Oladipo lead the Pacers to a three-point lead after his outburst. He was disappointed with his performance at the free-throw stripe, as he managed just 5-of-10. He said in the post-game interview that he wants to shoot 100 free throws right now to get better. He did push-ups after a late miss in the last game.
Dec 8 - 11:15 PM

Victor Oladipo sank a pull-up 3-pointer to give Indiana the late lead on Wednesday, posting 27 points on 10-of-20 shooting, eight rebounds, three steals, two assists and four triples.

We knew that VO was going to score in bunches for the Pacers this year, but his efficiency has been a welcome surprise. He's shooting a career-high 48.3 percent from the field, after never being above 44.3% in the past, and he shows no signs of slowing down.
Dec 6 - 10:33 PM

Victor Oladipo hit 14-of-22 field-goal attempts in Friday's 120-115 loss at Toronto while finishing with a season-high 36 points.

Oladipo also added seven rebounds, six assists, three steals, three blocked shots and three 3-pointers. He has been a stud across the board in all categories, ascending to top-20 status across standard leagues this season. Oladipo has made at least one 3-pointer in 20 consecutive games dating back to Oct. 20.
Dec 1 - 10:12 PM

Victor Oladipo scored 19 points with three rebounds, five assists, five steals, two blocks and one 3-pointer in 34 minutes against the Rockets during a 118-97 loss on Wednesday.

He is racking up the steals with this one and a seven-steal game on Nov. 20. This gem launches him to No. 7 in the NBA for steals per game, and none of the six guys above him have more than his 22.8 points per game -- he's 16th in the NBA for points per game. Oladipo doesn't really have any holes to his fantasy game, which explains why he's been a top-20 player in standard leagues this season.
Nov 29 - 11:46 PM

Victor Oladipo (knee) will play against the Rockets on Wednesday.

The Pacers listed him as questionable, but he was a good bet to be out there after his outstanding 26-point Monday. Even with Oladipo in the lineup, the Pacers are probably going to have to go smaller more often to combat all of the 3-point shooting on the Rockets. Lance Stephenson could be sneaky in DFS or as a stream off the bench.
Nov 29 - 6:05 PM

Victor Oladipo (knee) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game vs. Houston.

Oladipo was questionable for Monday's game as well, but played well and did not have a minutes restriction. 'Dipo poured in 26 points and added six rebounds, five assists, four blocks, two steals and four 3-pointers in Monday's win over Orlando. He should be good to go on Wednesday but check back for confirmation after the morning shootaround.
Nov 28 - 1:41 PM

Victor Oladipo (knee) went off for 26 points on 11-of-14 shooting in Monday's 121-109 win over the Magic.

He missed Saturday's game vs. the Celtics with a bruised knee and was a game-time call, but Dipo looked as explosive as ever. He hit his first 10 shots of the game and made some incredible highlight plays on defense, racking up six rebounds, five assists, four blocks, two steals and four 3-pointers. Dipo had 29 points with nine rebounds, seven steals and five dimes in his previous meeting with Orlando, so it's clear that he takes "revenge games" very seriously.
Nov 27 - 9:30 PM

Victor Oladipo (knee) will play Monday vs. the Magic without any minutes restrictions.

The minor knee bruise will only end up costing Oladipo one game on the sidelines, and with him back in action, Lance Stephenson figures to head back to the bench where his minutes will return to the mid-20s. Oladipo roasted Orlando to the tune of 29 points, nine boards, five dimes, one triple, two blocks and a ridiculous seven steals last week, so make sure you've got him on your active roster tonight.
Nov 27 - 5:17 PM

Victor Oladipo (knee) is a game-time call on Monday vs. the Magic.

We learned over the weekend that Dipo has some swelling, but X-rays were negative and he said at the morning shootaround that he's feeling better. He'll test out his knee in warmups, so we should have an update around 6:00 ET. If he can't play, Lance Stephenson would likely be the biggest winner and is coming off an 18-point game, while guys like Darren Collison and Cory Joseph would see a bump in value as well.
Nov 27 - 11:19 AM

Victor Oladipo (knee) is dealing with swelling in his knee, but X-rays were negative.

There's a little concern here because we've seen some players have lingering effects from knee bruises -- John Wall for instance. Hopefully, Oladipo won't need to miss more than Saturday and he is just day-to-day. Lance Stephenson is getting the start.
Nov 25 - 6:23 PM

Victor Oladipo (bruised right knee) will not play against the Celtics on Saturday.

It looked like his right knee injury was minor on Friday night, but the team will hold him out on a back-to-back set. Oladipo did not play in the final 6:48 last night, and coach Nate McMillan really got substitution happy, using a whopping nine lineup combos in the fourth quarter -- only one with Dipo. Lance Stephenson likely benefits most along with Cory Joseph, Bojan Bogdanovic and the rest of the rotation.
Nov 25 - 4:46 PM

Victor Oladipo (bruised right knee) is questionable to play against the Celtics on Saturday.

He banged his knee in the fourth quarter and went to the locker room for just a couple minutes. Oladipo did walk to the table and it looked like he was going to check in because he wasn't in warmups or anything, but maybe he just wanted to talk to coach Nate McMillan. This doesn't sound serious and there's no word of him being re-evaluated. If he can't go, Lance Stephenson, Cory Joseph and Bojan Bogdanovic will likely pick up the extra wing minutes.
Nov 24 - 11:46 PM

Victor Oladipo (bruised right knee) exited mid-way through the fourth quarter in Indiana's 107-104 win over Toronto on Friday, finishing with 21 points on 8-of-15 shooting in his 29 minutes of action.

With 5:13 left in the fourth, Oladipo walked to the table to talk to coach Nate McMillan and was shaking his right leg. The Pacers took a timeout at that time and perhaps changed their minds about getting him back in there, but given the situation, we're assuming the decision to sit him was a precaution. However, we're going to mark him sidelined as day-to-day for the time being, so be on the lookout for updates regarding his condition. Oladipo rounded out Friday's line with one rebound, three assists, one steal, two triples and four turnovers, so at least he gave owners something to work with before exiting. If Dipo has to miss any time, Lance Stephenson would be the primary beneficiary with Cory Joseph also potentially benefiting, as well.
