Victor Oladipo (knee) went through an optional shootaround on Friday.
He is still out indefinitely, but this is an encouraging sign that he's at least doing some work. To clarify, a shootaround is nowhere near as valuable as a practice regarding when a player is closer to a return. Oladipo doesn't have any structural damage to his knee, but the Pacers will be taking their time to bring back their star guard. Tyreke Evans will continue to start, Darren Collison should get a boost, and Aaron Holiday will be in the rotation. Dec 7 - 4:29 PM

Victor Oladipo (sore right knee) did not participate in Wednesday's practice.

Oladipo was able to go through some 1-on-1 work after practice, which involved running, hard cuts, shooting and dunking, but it's currently unclear when he'll be cleared for full-contact, 5-on-5 work. It seems unlikely that we'll see Dipo take the court this week, which means more minutes for Tyreke Evans and Cory Joseph with Darren Collison and Domantas Sabonis being asked to do more on offense.

Victor Oladipo (sore right knee) will not play on Tuesday against the Bulls.

He's out indefinitely, and until he's able to get through a full-contact, 5-on-5 practice, we can assume he's not close. Tyreke Evans will continue to start while he's out, and there will be more opportunity for guys like Aaron Holiday, Darren Collison and Cory Joseph. The Pacers have a Friday-Saturday back-to-back set coming up, and it wouldn't be surprising to see Dipo sit out both of those games.

Victor Oladipo (knee) will be out indefinitely as he continues to deal with a sore right knee.

The team released an official announcement and only added that "further updates will be provided when warranted." He also went through a 4-on-4 workout on Thursday and was moving around well, so apparently he may have some discomfort from that. The team was hopeful he could go through a full practice today, but it would appear things did not go as they had hoped. Oladipo said he won't return until he's 100 percent, and it may be a handful of games. This isn't as discouraging as other "out indefinitely" announcements because it's just soreness and there's no word of any further evaluation, but it's obviously a tough blow to the Pacers and fantasy owners. We'll continue to see Tyreke Evans in the first unit, Aaron Holiday will be in the rotation, and Darren Collison will run the offense more. Domantas Sabonis will also continue to feast.

Victor Oladipo (knee) will not play on Thursday against the Lakers.

He hasn't been expected to play, but the Pacers are hopeful he can go through a full practice on Friday. Oladipo was doing some on-court work at shootaround Thursday, but he said he won't return until he's 100 percent. Oladipo could have a chance to return on Saturday against the Kings. With him out, Tyreke Evans should get another start while Cory Joseph, Aaron Holiday and Darren Collison also benefit.
Nov 29 - 4:40 PM

Victor Oladipo (sore right knee) is unlikely to play on Thursday vs. the Lakers.

If Dipo misses Thursday's game, that would be his sixth straight. Coach Nate McMillan said that he is still day-to-day, but he has to go through a full practice before he's cleared. The Pacers only have a walkthrough scheduled before Thursday's game, so if he practices on Friday he'll have a shot to return on Saturday vs. the Kings.
Nov 27 - 7:53 PM

Victor Oladipo (sore right knee) will not play Tuesday vs. the Suns.

Oladipo had already been ruled out for Monday's game against the Jazz, and he will miss the second game of the Pacers' four-game road trip as well. As a result of his absence Tyreke Evans has been moved into the starting lineup alongside Darren Collison, and reserve guards Cory Joseph and Aaron Holiday should also see increases in playing time. Oladipo's injury has also resulted in the Pacers recalling Edmond Sumner from the G-League.
Nov 26 - 7:44 PM

Victor Oladipo (sore right knee) will not play on Monday vs. the Jazz.

This is Oladipo's fourth straight game on the sidelines as he continues to get ruled out well before tip-off. Owners in weekly leagues are in a difficult spot, as Indiana plays three more times after Monday and there's been very little indication on how much progress Dipo has made. Tyreke Evans will likely start alongside Darren Collison again with Cory Joseph and Aaron Holiday getting a bump in value off the bench. Holiday should be on your watch list if you need a guard.
Nov 26 - 2:08 PM

Victor Oladipo (sore right knee) is questionable for Monday's game vs. the Jazz.

He's missed three games and we'll have a better feel for his status after the Pacers' shootaround on Monday. If he can't play, it will be Tyreke Evans, Aaron Holiday and Cory Joseph combining to fill the void.
Nov 25 - 7:35 PM

Victor Oladipo (sore right knee) was unable to practice on Saturday.

Dipo has been sidelined for each of the Pacers past three contests, and that number could hit four on Monday with it being the first game of a back-to-back set. Pacers reporter J. Michael tweeted out on Saturday that he expects Oladipo to be listed as questionable for Monday's game, but that "it seems unlikely Oladipo plays." Dipo worked out on the side on Saturday but hasn't gone live in a week. Tyreke Evans has started each of the past three games for Indiana but has been woefully inefficient, shooting just 25% from the floor.
Nov 24 - 2:41 PM

Victor Oladipo (sore right knee) has been ruled out of Friday's game against the Spurs.

This will be the third straight missed game for Oladipo. He is reportedly "feeling better but isn’t quite ready." Tyreke Evans has started each of the past two games for the Pacers, but is averaging just 10.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists in 24.5 minutes over those two contests. He is expected to draw another start on Friday.
Nov 23 - 12:02 PM

Victor Oladipo (sore right knee) is being listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Spurs.

Oladipo has missed the past two games, but we'll have a better idea on his status following Friday's shootaround. The Pacers may want to get him through a full practice before he plays, and if that's the case, he'd likely sit out on Friday given that the Pacers won't host a practice on Thanksgiving. Tyreke Evans will continue to start while he's out, and there will be more opportunity for guys like Doug McDermott and Bojan Bogdanovic.
Nov 22 - 2:00 PM

Victor Oladipo (sore right knee) will not suit up for Wednesday's game against the Hornets.

This will be the second straight game out of the lineup for Oladipo, which should result in another start for Tyreke Evans and more shots for Bojan Bogdanovic and Darren Collison. The Pacers have downplayed the knee issue, saying that they just want to make sure Dipo is back to 100% before he takes the court. While it seems relatively minor, there's a chance he could miss Friday's game against the Spurs as well.
Nov 21 - 12:53 PM

Victor Oladipo (sore right knee) is questionable for Wednesday's game vs. the Hornets.

Oladipo exited Saturday's game vs. Atlanta after reaggravating his ankle injury in the first quarter and was then ruled out of Monday's contest vs. Utah. However, he did downplay the knee issue at Monday's shootaround, saying, "it's a little sore, but I’m good." We should have an update on his status following Wednesday's shootaround. Tyreke Evans started in place of 'Dipo on Monday but scored just eight points on 3-of-12 shooting in 27 minutes.
Nov 20 - 12:32 PM

Victor Oladipo (right knee) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Jazz.

Oladipo downplayed the knee issue at shootaround, saying, "[it's a little sore, but I’m good," so it doesn't sound like he'll be out for all that long. Tyreke Evans may enter the starting five with Dipo unavailable tonight, and there will be more shots to go around for guys like Cory Joseph, Daren Collison and Bojan Bogdanovic. The Pacers play again on Wednesday in Charlotte, and for now, we'll consider Oladipo questionable for that one.
