Giannis Antetokounmpo finished with 37 points, 13 rebounds, seven assists and two steals across 39 minutes in Saturday's 117-100 win against Utah.
The Greek Freak was up to his usual tricks, hitting 14-of-22 from the field and 8-of-9 from the charity stripe. He is averaging a ridiculous 32.4 points, 11.4 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.0 blocked shots in five outings in the month of December. The Bucks are rolling right along with six victories over the past seven, and he is having his way for his real-life team and fantasy players who have stock in him. Dec 10 - 1:30 AM

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 27 points (8-of-19 FGs, 11-of-12 FTs) with 11 rebounds, three assists, two steals, two blocks and four turnovers in a 109-102 win over the Mavericks on Friday.

This was the second straight win for the Bucks and their fifth out of their last six games. Giannis has been living at the free throw line in that span, as he has at least 12 FTAs in five of those six. He's pretty much unstoppable in fantasy and in real life, and Dallas coach Rick Carlisle knew that his team was in a for a long night before the game even started. "[Giannis] in the paint is death," Carlisle said. "Death by dunks."
Dec 8 - 11:47 PM

Giannis Antetokounmpo's 40 points (14-of-24 FGs, 12-of-14 FTs) weren't enough in a 111-100 loss to Boston on Monday.

He apparently likes playing against Boston, as he scored 37 and 28 points against them in two previous meetings this season. This was the fourth game of his career with 40+ points and he finished four points shy of his career-high, adding nine rebounds, four assists and four turnovers in 39 minutes. This loss snapped a three-game winning streak, but Giannis will look to get his team back on track against the Pistons on Wednesday.
Dec 4 - 11:32 PM

Giannis Antetokounmpo finished with 33 points, 13 rebounds, five assists, three steals and a blocked shot across 34 minutes in Saturday's win against the Kings.

Antetokounmpo was an efficient 8-of-15 from the field and he did work at the charity stripe, hitting 17-of-22 on free throws. That's 12 straight games with 20 or more points, although he certainly does a lot more than just score. He fills up the stat sheet regularly, and the addition of Eric Bledsoe into the fold hasn't changed his production one bit.
Dec 3 - 12:29 AM

Giannis Antetokounmpo filled it up during a 103-91 win over the Blazers on Thursday, scoring 20 points with nine rebounds, five assists, three steals, three blocks and no turnovers in 37 minutes.

The chase-down blocks came in bunches in this road win for Antetokounmpo. With Eric Bledsoe in the mix now, Giannis really hasn't seen a noticeable difference in per-minute stats since EB arrived except for his steals and boards coming down. His usage rate was trending down even before Bledsoe showed up, but Giannis will still be a monster on both ends.
Dec 1 - 12:45 AM

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 32 points in just 26 minutes in Tuesday's 112-87 win vs. the Kings, hitting 11-of-16 shots and 9-of-13 free throws.

The Bucks had a 92-59 lead by the end of the third quarter, so Giannis was able to get some valuable rest in the fourth. He showed why he's second in the NBA in points per game, as he got to the rim with ease like he's done all season. Giannis also grabbed five rebounds with four assists, five steals, one block and one triple, and he'll get another cupcake matchup vs. the Kings this weekend after Wednesday's game vs. the Blazers.
Nov 29 - 12:20 AM

Giannis Antetokounmpo downplayed his confrontation with assistant coach Sean Sweeney during Saturday's loss to the Jazz.

The coach called out Giannis after a turnover in the third quarter, so the forward appeared to curse at Sweeney with his teammates holding him back during the following timeout. "You always fight with your brothers. Me and Sweeney, we're so tight," Giannis said. "He always speaks the truth to me and I always speak the truth to him." He added that he's worked things out with Sweeney, so hopefully this isn't a distraction for the Bucks as they look to get back on track vs. the Kings on Tuesday.
Nov 27 - 9:54 AM

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 27 points in his return on Saturday, adding 13 rebounds, five assists and three turnovers during a 121-108 loss to the Jazz.

He looked fine in his return and he didn't look like a guy that missed a game due to a knee injury. Antetokounmpo also played seven minutes at center in this game, which is a lineup the Bucks haven't used too much until tonight. He's truly a five-position player and he can put up numbers like nobody else. Here's to hoping this knee thing doesn't pop up again.
Nov 26 - 12:23 AM

Giannis Antetokounmpo and John Henson will start against the Jazz on Saturday.

It's no surprise Giannis is back after he went through practice on Friday and shootaround today. Hopefully, that time off on Wednesday is enough to keep him healthy for a long stretch. Fire him up in all leagues and considering him in DFS.
Nov 25 - 7:36 PM

Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee), who is listed as probable for Saturday's game vs. Utah, participated in shootaround.

He went through practice on Friday and almost all signs point to him making it back after missing Wednesday night. Antetokounmpo's knee was a problem for him over the summer, so the Bucks opted to hold him out. The Bucks may dial him back slightly, but for now expect Giannis to be ready to roll for minutes around 35-37.
Nov 25 - 1:35 PM

Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) practiced on Friday.

He didn't have a knee brace on his right knee during the clip the team showed. This sets up very well for Antetokounmpo to play against the Jazz on Saturday and he's listed as probable in the game notes. This is the same knee that bothered him this summer, so hopefully the time off got him close to 100 percent.
Nov 24 - 8:29 PM

Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee), Gary Payton II (ankle) and John Henson (eye) are listed as probable to play against the Jazz on Saturday in the game notes.

This is off the game notes, so don't put too much stock into this information. Antetokounmpo was just dealing with soreness on Wednesday, so hopefully getting a few days off is enough to get him right. He did have knee problems over the summer, so this will be something to watch.
Nov 24 - 5:00 PM

Giannis Antetokounmpo (right knee soreness) will not play against the Suns on Wednesday.

This is the same knee injury that bothered him over the summer and kept him out of EuroBasket. It sounds like it's just a precaution to sit him down and the Bucks are likely hopefully he will be back out there on Saturday. This game isn't in a back-to-back set either, so there is some reason to be concerned he's not out there. With him out, Eric Bledsoe should be very busy in his revenge game. Malcolm Brogdon and Khris Middleton should also step up while DeAndre Liggins figures to get more minutes.
Nov 22 - 3:48 PM

The Bucks' four-game win streak was snapped on Saturday, despite Giannis Antetokounmpo's career-high 17 rebounds, with 24 points, three steals, two assists and one 3-pointer.

Antetokounmpo came in averaging a league-high 30.6 points per game, and his stellar 57.8% from the field was second only to LeBron James among non-centers. He made just 7-of-20 FGs and 9-of-13 FTs tonight, but fantasy owners still benefited from his steals and career-best work on the glass. He's simply ridiculous.
Nov 18 - 11:52 PM

Giannis Antetokounmpo had 21 points (8-of-16 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), six boards, one assist, three steals and four blocks in 35 minutes vs. Detroit.

Giannis' league-leading 31.3 points per game will dip after this performance, but you won't hear fantasy owners complaining. He can stuff the stat sheet like few others and the lack of assists will only be concerning if it becomes a trend -- he averaged a solid 5.0 per game in his first three games with Eric Bledsoe.
