The Clippers picked up the third-year contract option on Reggie Bullock.
Bullock, drafted in 2013, enters his sophomore campaign with a chance to play meaningful minutes at small forward. We'll need to see a lot more from him before he's a consideration for fantasy owners, but he has an opportunity for more minutes this year. Oct 30 - 3:59 PM

Reggie Bullock started at SF vs. the Blazers on Sunday, scoring six points on a pair of 3-pointers with three rebounds, one assist and one steal in 19 minutes.

All signs point to Matt Barnes starting this season, and Bullock's temporary promotion can be chalked up to preseason experimentation, but the SF position isn't written in stone. Even Chris Douglas-Roberts (DNP) could get into the mix as the season progresses.
Oct 12 - 11:57 PM

Reggie Bullock worked with the starters at practice on Wednesday.

Coach Doc Rivers is just playing with his lineup and Matt Barnes is still the heavy favorite to start. Bullock needs to stay healthy in his second season.
Oct 8 - 8:01 PM

Reggie Bullock is ready for reserve minutes at the small forward position this season.

"Obviously my role is shooting the ball and playing defense and doing what coach wants me to do," Bullock said at practice Monday. "That’s a big role to step into and I’m ready to step into it and I’m confident I can help at small forward." Bullock will see more minutes as a reserve this season with the departure of Jared Dudley, but he's not likely to earn enough playing time for standard league consideration.

Reggie Bullock said he's 100 percent healthy heading into training camp.

He did not play in 2014 summer league due to a knee injury, which is too bad because he was awesome in 2013 summer league. Bullock probably won't be in the rotation to start the season.
Sep 30 - 1:27 AM

Clippers rookie Reggie Bullock set a career-high with 14 points on 5-of-9 shooting, including two 3-pointers, as L.A. breezed to a 22-point win on Sunday.

This feel-good moment doesn't mean much in the realm of fantasy, however, where Bullock still belongs on the waiver wire. His playing time was inflated to 26 minutes due to the absence of both Jamal Crawford (calf) and Darren Collison (stomach virus).
Mar 17 - 12:29 AM

Reggie Bullock possibly going to the Cavs for Tyler Zeller is "not happening."

The Clippers were reportedly not interested in dealing Bullock and it's hard to imagine they'd dump him for a backup big man who the Cavs will be desperate to part with. Bullock is more of a project and is not worth owning in redraft leagues despite how he could see some extra minutes due to J.J. Redick's back injury.
Feb 20 - 1:20 PM

The Clippers are in discussion with the Cavaliers on a trade involving Reggie Bullock for Tyler Zeller.

The Clippers have been dying for a backup center for a long time and perhaps they've seen enough out of Zeller as Anderson Varejao's understudy. As for Bullock, it's a little puzzling the Cavs would go after a raw player like Bullock after just dealing for Spencer Hawes. He's potentially a useful player once he learns how to play in the NBA, but owners in only very deep leagues should be looking his way right now.
Feb 20 - 11:59 AM

The Clippers have been reluctant to part with Reggie Bullock in a trade, according to ESPN.com.

Of course, this is what they're supposed to say, but Bullock was their first-round pick in 2013. He had a superstar-type feel back in 2013 Las Vegas Summer League for his stylish ways of creating, but it hasn't translated to the NBA just yet. He has a lot of promise and just needs some seasoning on how to score against better defenders. As an aside, the UNC product figures to get a few more minutes with the injury to J.J. Redick.
Feb 19 - 3:20 PM

Reggie Bullock (ankle) played two minutes in his return to the lineup Friday.

He was available to play on Wednesday and stayed on the bench. Bullock has some upside as an offensive option, but he certainly needs some seasoning in the pros.
Jan 17 - 11:58 PM

Reggie Bullock (ankle) will be available for the Clippers on Wednesday.

This doesn't mean that he'll actually play but it signals that he's finally recovered from an ankle injury that shut him down for well over a month. He's averaging 2.7 points in 10 minutes per game as a rookie.
Jan 14 - 2:16 PM

Reggie Bullock (ankle) said he will play against the Lakers on Friday.

His ankle sprain will cost him over a month of game action due to an aggravation back on Dec. 31. Bullock has the ability to get his own shot and can add some excitement to the second unit, but he can remain on the wire in almost all leagues.
Jan 6 - 9:49 PM

Reggie Bullock is "real close" to returning from his ankle injury, according to coach Doc Rivers.

He aggravated his ankle injury back on Dec. 31 and has not played since Dec. 7. Bullock was getting some minutes before going down and he could be in the rotation with Jamal Crawford shifting to point guard more often. Still, he's not worth owning in almost any fantasy league.
Jan 6 - 9:04 PM

Reggie Bullock aggravated his ankle sprain in a workout on December 31st.

Bullock is having a tough time staying healthy in his NBA career. He's played just 10.3 minutes per game in 17 outings on the season and he seems like he might be out for a while. Bullock put on a show at Las Vegas Summer League, but it's going to be a while before he's in the mix for fantasy purposes.
Jan 4 - 11:42 PM

Reggie Bullock (ankle) has been working out and is making progress.

Coach Doc Rivers said his rookie is "getting closer" to a return. Bullock still has a few too many holes in his game and can be left on the wire in most formats.
