According to Marc Stein of ESPN, it's possible that the Bucks could extend Tony Snell's contract prior to the Oct. 31 deadline.
He hasn't even played a game for his new club yet, but this is interesting because we've already heard reports that the Bucks want Snell to start on the wings this season. He was very disappointing in Chicago last season and we're not sure what the Bucks see in him, so fantasy owners in deeper leagues should use a wait-and-see approach here. Snell averaged 5.2 points and 3.6 boards on 33.5 percent shooting in 33 starts last season. Oct 22 - 12:23 PM

Tony Snell - G/F - Bucks

Tony Snell (left ankle) did not practice on Tuesday and will remain sidelined for Wednesday's preseason matchup with the Pacers.

Snell still has a week to get himself ready for opening night, so he should be fine. It's worth noting that Jason Kidd implied that Snell will be Milwaukee's starting two-guard on opening night, which makes sense given the lack of options. Still, through 33 starts last season Snell only managed to compile averages of 5.2 points and 3.6 boards on 33.5 percent shooting, so he's remains an unattractive target in most settings.

Tony Snell - G/F - Bucks

Tony Snell has been traded to the Bucks in exchange for Michael Carter-Williams.

Snell couldn't have landed in a better situation with Khris Middleton (groin) sidelined for several months, but he still has a ton of work to do. Last year in Chicago, Snell averaged just 5.3 points, 3.1 boards, 1.0 assists and 0.9 3-pointers in 20.3 minutes, shooting 37.2 percent from the field. He actually has a decent chance of leapfrogging Rashad Vaughn in the rotation, but fantasy owners in deeper leagues should use a wait-and-see approach here.

Tony Snell - G/F - Bucks

The Bucks and Bulls are in "deep talks" on a Michael Carter-Williams for Tony Snell trade, according to ESPN's Marc Stein.

The Bucks just can't find an answer for replacing Khris Middleton (hamstring). Rashad Vaughn (ankle) has been hurt and has struggled perhaps more than any player with decent minutes since the All-Star break. Snell would likely be thrust into a starting role on his new team and he is playing a lot better. Unless you're in a deeper league and the wire is dry, Snell is only a lukewarm pickup.

Tony Snell - G/F - Bucks

Tony Snell (left ankle) will be re-evaluated in one week.

Snell won't be able to any on-court work for the next week, and his absence could potentially extend into the regular season. Snell won't have any fantasy value while the Bulls are at full strength.

Tony Snell - G/F - Bucks

Tony Snell (left ankle) will be "out a little while", according to Bulls head coach Fred Hoiberg.

Snell is dealing with an ankle sprain and could be in danger of missing the start of the regular season at this point. Snell will serve as the primary backup to Jimmy Butler, but he doesn't have any value in standard fantasy leagues when healthy.

Tony Snell - G/F - Bucks

Tony Snell tweaked his ankle in practice on Monday.

It doesn't sound serious and it may not affect his preseason playing time. Snell has bulked up a bit in the preseason, but he's still only averaged 9.6 points per game this month. He's likely to back up Jimmy Butler and get some minutes at the two, as well.
Oct 10 - 3:09 PM
Tony Snell - G/F - Bucks

Tony Snell will start against the 76ers on Wednesday with Mike Dunleavy moving to the bench.

Snell will likely be looking at minutes in the upper 20s tonight with Dunleavy in the low 20s. Both are not fantasy options tonight.

Tony Snell - G/F - Bucks

Tony Snell is expected to play in Chicago's final two games of the season.

He's been a DNP-CD in 13 of his last 14 contests, including eight straight games. Needless to say, there is no fantasy upside here.
Apr 11 - 1:43 PM
Tony Snell - G/F - Bucks

Tony Snell returned to the bench for Tuesday's game vs. the Heat and played 15 minutes, scoring two points with one assist.

With Derrick Rose (hamstring) back in the lineup and Jimmy Butler's (knee) return on the horizon, Snell can be left on the wire in most leagues.

Tony Snell - G/F - Bucks

Tony Snell will return to the bench for Tuesday's game vs. the Heat.

Derrick Rose (hamstring) is back tonight, so E'Twaun Moore will shift to the two. Even as a starter, Snell wasn't able to make any noise in fantasy, so it's safe to ignore him in most leagues.
Mar 1 - 7:02 PM
Tony Snell - G/F - Bucks

Tony Snell failed to do much of anything during his 20 minutes of action on Friday, scoring just four points on 2-of-8 shooting to go with two boards, two assist and one turnover.

As evidenced by tonight’s forgettable stat line, Snell is far too inconsistent to rely upon in most settings. Derrick Rose (hamstring) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Trail Blazers, so Snell could again find himself in the starting lineup, but he’s nothing more than a punt play in daily leagues.

Tony Snell - G/F - Bucks

Tony Snell thrived as a starter on Wednesday, finishing the Bulls' home win with 16 points, four rebounds, three assists and four 3-pointers in 34 minutes vs. the Wizards.

Fred Hoiberg rolled out a lineup that included E'Twaun Moore at PG, with Mike Dunleavy and Snell on the wings. Snell's minutes were a team high, five minutes above Doug McDermott (14 points in 29 minutes), but this is just the fourth time all season that he's exceeded 15 points. He'll likely be headed back to the bench if Derrick Rose (hamstring) is able to play on Friday, so there's no compelling reason to pick him up.
Feb 25 - 12:04 AM
Tony Snell - G/F - Bucks

Tony Snell will start for the short-handed Bulls on Wednesday.

Snell joins E'Twaun Moore, Mike Dunleavy, Taj Gibson and Pau Gasol in the starting unit. Fred Hoiberg may have opted for Snell over Doug McDermott to keep more offense in the second unit, but either way they're likely to split minutes. Snell isn't a good fantasy target, even as a punt play in DFS.
Feb 24 - 7:16 PM
Tony Snell - G/F - Bucks

The Kings reportedly "really like" Tony Snell, whom they hope to acquire along with Pau Gasol in exchange for Kosta Koufos, Ben McLemore and draft considerations.

The Bulls haven't seemed impressed with the offer but the Kings are persisting with less than an hour left until the deadline. Snell might get a boost in Sacramento but he isn't a likely fantasy asset in either city, and he can be left on the waiver wire.
