The Wizards will sign Toure Murry.
The team waived him back on Mar. 26, but he's unlikely to make the team. The Wizards have 15 guaranteed deals on their books, which means Murry will have to explode in camp to be a consideration. Aug 28 - 5:22 PM

The Lakers will work out Toure Murry, a source told ESPN's Marc Stein.

Murry will match up against veteran Bobby Brown as the two guards will likely be competing head-to-head to earn a training camp invite. With just D'Angelo Russell, Jordan Clarkson and Kobe Bryant as the primary ballhandlers, the Lakers would be wise to add another ingredient to their backcourt mix before training camp gets started. Despite his size, Lou Williams is not a point guard, and it would be a major surprise to see Dwight Buycks make this team.

Wizards waive G Toure Murry.

The ankle injury cost him his roster spot and the Wizards will need some healthy bodies right now. Garrett Temple (hamstring) is already hurt and now Bradley Beal (ankle) is banged up. Murry could be back with the team soon.
Mar 26 - 9:17 PM

Toure Murry (ankle) will not be available to play vs. the Pacers on Wednesday.

Considering that he is still in a walking boot, Murry probably won't be coming back in the near future. He just recently signed a second 10-day contract, so this won't help his chances of sticking around in Washington. Leave Murry on the wire.
Mar 25 - 1:41 PM

Toure Murry left Monday's game after injuring his left ankle and did not return.

Murry logged four minutes during mop-up time and the injury looked like it could cause him to miss some time. He has no fantasy value with or without the injury.
Mar 24 - 12:48 AM

Toure Murry has signed a second 10-day contract with the Wizards.

He's played a total of four minutes over two games for the Wizards this season, and there's not a league where he should be owned.
Mar 22 - 3:20 PM

The Wizards are leaning towards signing Toure' Murry to a second 10-day deal, according to Shams Charania of RealGM.

Charania also reports that the Wizards are monitoring free agent Will Bynum, as the team hopes to bolster its bench for the playoffs. Murray has played just four minutes in his four-game stint with the Wizards and he can safely be left on waivers in all fantasy leagues.
Mar 19 - 1:51 PM

The Wizards have signed G Toure Murry to a 10-day contract.

Murry will likely be available to play for Thursday's matchup with the Grizzlies, but he's very unlikely to get enough minutes to matter in most leagues. Leave him on the wire.
Mar 12 - 1:53 PM

The Wizards are expected to sign G Toure Murry to a 10-day contract on Thursday.

Garrett Temple (hamstring) won't play on Thursday and he could miss significant time, so Murry gives coach Randy Wittman a bit of insurance behind John Wall, Bradley Beal and Ramon Sessions. Murry should be available to play on Thursday but he's not a fantasy asset in any leagues.
Mar 12 - 9:49 AM

Toure Murry joined the Rio Grande Valley Vipers of the NBA D-League on Saturday.

He was recently waived by the Utah Jazz and now he will have to prove his worth in the NBA D-League. If Murry latches onto another NBA team we will let you know, but he is well off the fantasy radar in all leagues.
Jan 11 - 10:32 AM

Toure Murry has officially cleared waivers.

He'll now be free to sign with a team of his choosing, but he's not likely to have any fantasy value regardless of where he lands.
Jan 6 - 5:26 PM

The Utah Jazz have waived guard Toure Murry on Sunday.

This move come as no surprise considering Murry has made just one brief appearance for the Jazz this season. The Jazz are reportedly close to signing Elijah Millsap to their final roster spot so we will continue to watch that situation closely. Murry may latch onto another NBA team this season, but he is well off the fantasy radar.
Jan 4 - 12:17 PM

The Utah Jazz are expected to waive Toure Murry on Sunday.

Murry wasn't in the rotation anyways, so this news shouldn't impact almost any fantasy league. The Jazz are reportedly close to signing Elijah Millsap, so it looks like Murry will be the player to make way. We will let you know if/when the deal becomes official.
Jan 4 - 1:55 AM

Toure Murry was recalled from the Idaho Stampede and will be available against the Wolves on Saturday.

The Jazz are running out of shooting guards with three guys going down in the past week. Murry will likely just be an emergency guy, though.
Jan 3 - 2:51 PM

Toure Murry was assigned to the NBA D-League on Wednesday.

He won't be in the rotation for the Jazz anytime soon, and the fact that the Jazz sent him down to the NBA D-League despite the loss of Alec Burks (shoulder) suggests that he won't have any fantasy value for the foreseeable future. Murry can be ignored in almost all leagues.
