Kyle Anderson started on Saturday with six points, nine rebounds, five assists, one block and one turnover in 20 minutes against the Warriors.
He had to guard Kevin Durant for most of his time out there and Anderson was still able to turn in some stats. He also didn't play in garbage time, so maybe coach Gregg Popovich is looking to get him run again on Monday. May 20 - 11:32 PM

Kyle Anderson will start and Pau Gasol will move to the bench against the Warriors on Saturday.

Gasol has not played well at all in this series, so coach Gregg Popovich will go with a smaller lineup to help defend transition and the trey. Anderson did play well in Game 1 and he may have to guard Kevin Durant quite a bit, so don't expect much effort on offense.
May 20 - 8:32 PM

Kyle Anderson scored four points with four rebounds, two assists and one steal in nine minutes against the Warriors in Game 1 on Sunday.

When Kawhi Leonard (ankle) went down, it was basically Anderson who stepped up and picked up the minutes. While it wasn't quite Summer League Slo Mo, Anderson gave the Spurs some good minutes in the third quarter. Anderson only played six minutes in the first half of Game 6 vs. Houston, but coach Gregg Popovich may call on him more until Kawhi is ready to roll for some added length.
May 14 - 6:30 PM

Kyle Anderson scored 15 points with three rebounds and one 3-pointer in 18 minutes against the Grizzlies on Thursday.

The Spurs went small for most of the second half, so that explains most of the output here for Anderson. He'll have a very tough time matching this output in Game 4.
Apr 21 - 12:14 AM

Kyle Anderson moved back to the bench on Saturday with no points, four rebounds, two assists and one steal in 24 minutes against the Clippers.

The Spurs are not expected to rest players anymore, so that means we won't see much Anderson the rest of the way.
Apr 8 - 11:17 PM

Kyle Anderson started on Friday vs. the Mavericks and scored nine points with 10 rebounds, five assists, three steals and two blocks in 38 minutes.

The Mavs were playing all their younger players and the Spurs rested seven guys, so Anderson was in Summer League mode. He finished 4-of-10 from the field and 1-of-4 from the line, but if you punted with him in DFS, you will take this line every day of the week. The Spurs have locked down the No. 2 seed, so Anderson will likely get another start or two in the final three games of the regular season.
Apr 7 - 11:24 PM

Kyle Anderson will start against the Mavs on Friday.

He started the second half and has actually looked good. We know Anderson best for his Summer League explosions, so maybe he can go off with the Spurs having a very light roster. He could definitely flop, but he's a DFS punt.
Apr 7 - 7:17 PM

Kyle Anderson started the second half for Kawhi Leonard, finishing with 11 points, seven rebounds, one assist and one 3-pointer in 28 minutes against the Lakers.

Coach Gregg Popovich took it easy on Kawhi after an overtime game on Tuesday. As bad as Anderson has been for most of the season, he's actually turned it up a notch and is earning minutes. It's coming at the right time because the Spurs will be resting a ton of players in the final week of the season. Anderson could wind up being a sneaky DFS play or as a streamer in deep leagues.
Apr 5 - 11:53 PM

Kyle Anderson returned to the bench on Tuesday vs. the Grizzlies and scored four points (2-of-7 FGs) with four rebounds in 17 minutes.

LaMarcus Aldridge (thumb) returned to the lineup and played 41 minutes, but there's a chance he could be rested on Wednesday vs. the Lakers. If LMA sits, Anderson could have some low-end value as a streaming option. For now, leave him on the wire.
Apr 5 - 12:46 AM

Kyle Anderson is returning to the bench on Tuesday vs. the Grizzlies.

LaMarcus Aldridge (thumb) is returning to the starting lineup and will be joined by Tony Parker, Jonathon Simmons, Kawhi Leonard and Dewayne Dedmon. Anderson could still have some low-end value in deeper leagues the rest of the way because the Spurs could rest their studs a lot -- they have six games in the final nine days.
Apr 4 - 8:26 PM

Kyle Anderson started on Sunday and posted six points, 10 rebounds, four assists, and three steals in a home win vs. Utah.

Danny Green (quad) was out and Slo-Mo seized the opportunity, turning in his highest rebounding game of the season. He's worth a look if Green misses more games, but even as a starter he won't be this good on a routine basis.
Apr 2 - 6:54 PM

Kyle Anderson and Davis Bertans will move into the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Jazz.

Danny Green (quad) and LaMarcus Aldridge (thumb) will not play today, so Anderson and Bertans will get the call to move into the starting lineup. Joining them will be Tony Parker, Kawhi Leonard and Dewayne Dedmon. With Leonard and Pau Gasol healthy, it's unlikely that Anderson or Bertans will do enough to make a difference in most leagues.

Kyle Anderson scored two points with two rebounds and two assists in 13 minutes against the Knicks on Saturday.

A lot has changed since coach Gregg Popovich talked him up during the preseason. Anderson may have a big game in the last week of the regular season, but he's not going to be a fantasy option until then.
Mar 25 - 11:38 PM

Kyle Anderson will come off the bench on Saturday.

Anderson will probably get minutes, but he's not a fantasy option as one of the least used players in the NBA.
Mar 25 - 8:44 PM

Kyle Anderson is likely to start for Danny Green (rest) against the Knicks on Saturday.

We've seen Slo-Mo start when Green was hurt earlier this season, so this isn't a surprise. Anderson was not in the rotation on Thursday and most of his minutes this month have been in garbage time. In his seven starts at guard, Anderson averaged just 3.6 points, so Jonathon Simmons looks like he's the better option right now.
