Glenn Robinson III scored 12 points with six rebounds, one assist, one steal and two 3-pointers in 26 minutes against the Thunder on Wednesday.
At the half, coach Nate McMillan said Robinson will have to send a message that he wants to be in the rotation. The Pacers have lost some depth, so there could be a chance for him. He's played well in Summer League, but is obviously nowhere near being a draft pick in most leagues. Jul 6 - 7:01 PM

Glenn Robinson III scored 20 points on 8-of-13 shooting vs. the Pistons on Tuesday, adding seven rebounds, two assists and one 3-pointer.

This was his best performance of the summer by far. The Pacers are hoping that Robinson III could step into the void that Solomon Hill left behind, but he's not going to see many minutes playing behind Paul George.
Jul 5 - 7:31 PM

Glenn Robinson III is showing tangible growth at summer league, according to beat writer Nate Taylor.

"I’m going out there trying to play hard with a lot of energy and just keeping my rhythm," he said. "I think that my IQ, and just knowing the game, has grown. I’m always watching film and trying to get better. I know my rookie year coming into to summer league it seemed like the pace was so much faster." After new head coach Nate McMillan challenged Robinson to show he was worthy of a rotation spot, the little big dog appears up for the task thus far. He could assume the role that Solomon Hill, now with Pelicans after coming to terms with New Orleans in free agency, filled last season. Robinson's contract becomes fully guaranteed for $1.1 million if he's still rostered on August 1.
Jul 4 - 12:41 PM

Glenn Robinson III will return to the bench for Tuesday's game vs. the Clippers.

The Pacers will go with a starting five of George Hill, Monta Ellis, Paul George, Lavoy Allen and Ian Mahinmi for Tuesday's game, and Robinson can safely be sent back to the waiver wire in all leagues with this news.

Glenn Robinson III played a season-high 31 minutes during Friday's loss to the Warriors, but only managed to produce four points, four boards, two assists, two steals and one turnover.

Robinson is bound for the bench with George Hill (personal) expected to return to the lineup Saturday vs. the Kings, so the heavy minutes from Friday night's game is not going to become a trend moving forward. Leave him on the wire.
Jan 23 - 1:23 AM

Glenn Robinson III made his first start of the season on Sunday, but he finished with only eight points, one steal and one block in the Pacers' road defeat.

GR3 shot 2-of-8 from the field without any rebounds or assists, and five different reserves played at least as much as he did tonight. Needless to say, he belongs on the waiver wire.
Jan 17 - 11:18 PM

Glenn Robinson III will start on Sunday vs. the Nuggets.

He is going to start at shooting guard with Monta Ellis moving to the point. George Hill is away from the team due to personal reasons, so Robinson III will likely return to the bench for the Pacers' next game. He is not a fantasy option in almost any league.

Pacers recall F Glenn Robinson III from the D-League.

"[Robinson's] going to play for us soon," Frank Vogel said after Saturday's win over the Timberwolves. "It’s just a matter of finding the right time. We've got a lot of guys playing well ahead of him." Barring something changing, the Pacers' wing rotation is too crowded for Robinson to get a real opportunity.

The Pacers have assigned Glenn Robinson III to the D-League.

He is only averaging 10.1 minutes per game this season, so it makes sense to give him some run in the D-League.

Glenn Robinson III scored a career-high 17 points against the Bucks on Saturday, making 6-of-7 from the field with two steals and four 3-pointers.

That's good for an outstanding 114.3 effective field goal percentage. Robinson has been a very nice pickup for the Pacers after being jettisoned by several teams, but he's still going to be buried on the depth chart once the Pacers are 100 percent.

Frank Vogel once again praised Glen Robinson III's performance on the floor.

"The way he played in September and in training camp, I knew I was going to be eager to find opportunities to try to get him in there," Vogel said. "He’s doing a great job when he’s in there." Robinson doesn't believe he's a developmental project and is ready to "learn on the run." Crediting Paul George for his mentorship on and off the court, Robinson is a name to monitor from the waiver wire.

Glenn Robinson III is likely to make his regular-season debut Wednesday vs. the Celtics.

Frank Vogel said that Robinson could get "decent minute" tonight with C.J. Miles (ankle) on the shelf, but it's unclear exactly what decent translates to. We'd be surprised if Robinson's playing time exceeds the low-teens, so while he'll likely finally make it out onto the court for some game-time action, he's still not someone worth deploying in most formats.

Glenn Robinson III (shoulder) is available to play in Tuesday's game vs. the Pistons.

Robinson is currently behind Chase Budinger and Rodney Stuckey in the rotation, so there are no guarantees he makes his regular-season debut tonight despite being available. It'll take more than a few injuries for Robinson to become a relevant name in fantasy hoops.

Glenn Robinson III (shoulder) is questionable to play in Indiana's regular-season opener against Toronto on Wednesday.

Robinson isn't going to be a major factor in the Pacers' rotation while the team is healthy, so his potential absence from the lineup wouldn't mean much with regards to fantasy hoops.
Tue, Oct 27, 2015 02:22:00 PM

Glenn Robinson III has exceeded the Pacers' expectations so far in the preseason.

"He’s not just shooting the ball well, but he’s making pretty good decisions out there," Frank Vogel said. "You feel good when he’s making an attack to the basket." Larry Bird has expressed a lot of confidence in Robinson, and perhaps it's starting to translate to his improvement on the floor. Still, there is a logjam on the wing, and Robinson has a lot to prove in order to crack the rotation.
