Johnny O'Bryant re-joined the Northern Arizona Suns of the D-League after his 10-day contract with the Nuggets ended.
O'Bryant had signed two consecutive 10-day contracts with Denver. He appeared in a total of seven games, scoring 20 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. He should obviously be left on waiver wires in all leagues. Feb 18 - 9:52 AM

Johnny O'Bryant will sign another 10-day contract with the Nuggets.

O'Bryant has played a total of 16 minutes in two appearances for the Nuggets and will continue to provide some emergency depth off the bench. He's not close to being on the fantasy radar.
Feb 6 - 10:36 AM

The Nuggets have signed Johnny O'Bryant to a 10-day contract.

We'd be very surprised if O'Bryant cracked the rotation in Denver, so fantasy owners should leave him on the wire.

Denver will waive Mo Williams and plan to sign forward Johnny O'Bryant to a 10-day contract

O'Bryant spent training camp with the Wizards, before being waived in late October. No fantasy impact to speak of here, as it is unlikely O'Bryant cracks the rotation for the Nuggets

The Wizards have waived Johnny O'Byrant.

He was on a non-guaranteed deal and was outplayed by Daniel Ochefu during the preseason.

The Wizards have officially signed Johnny O'Bryant.

It's likely just a training camp deal for O'Bryant, but even if he makes the team, he's not going to see minutes right out of the gate. O'Bryant averaged 3.0 points and 2.7 rebounds for the Bucks last season in 13.0 minutes per game.

Johnny O'Bryant will sign a deal with the Washington Wizards.

Terms of the contract haven't been disclosed yet, but it's likely just a training camp deal. The Wizards only have two power forwards in Markieff Morris and Andrew Nicholson, so O'Bryant could make the 15-man roster with a strong camp. Regardless, he won't be a fantasy option in 2016-17.

The Lakers had Johnny O'Bryant in as part of their free agent minicamp on Wednesday.

O'Bryant has been weighing his option after being waived by the Bucks, but it doesn't sound like he'd see many minutes with the Lakers. "I don’t think we’re looking at players here that would be in the rotation, although you never know," general manager Mitch Kupchak said. "They come to camp and earn whatever they can get." O'Bryant will likely get a training camp invite from an NBA team, but he doesn't have any fantasy value at this point in time.

Johnny O'Bryant's agent said his client is still exploring his options for the 2016-17 season.

O'Bryant has received interest after being released by the Bucks, but the 23-year-old is waiting for a guaranteed contract according to his agent. "We’re still exploring our options,’’ Gerald Collier said. "There are four or five teams that are showing interest. We want to get a roster spot, a guaranteed deal.’’ While Bryant will likely hook on with an NBA team, he won't have much fantasy value as a bench player with his new team.

Bucks waive F/C Johnny O'Bryant.

He's started 19 games in his career, but he's only a 39.5 percent shooter from the field. O'Bryant's roster spot was always in trouble with the drafting of Thon Maker.

Johnny O'Bryant returned to the bench on Friday and only managed to produce seven points on 3-of-5 shooting (1-of-1 from the stripe), without offering any other statistics through 11 minutes of action.

O'Bryant played 30 minutes in a spot-start on Tuesday, but he went back to his irrelevant bench role tonight. O'Bryant is far too inconsistent to warrant a roster spot in most leagues, particularly with Jason Kidd at the helm constantly tinkering with his rotations.

Johnny O'Bryant is moving to the bench on Friday against the Celtics.

He should still get some run, but he will likely be in the lower 20s tonight with the Bucks going small here. O'Bryant isn't the worst stream for boards and some points.

Johnny O'Bryant played 30 minutes as a fill-in starter on Tuesday, scoring 12 points on 6-of-10 shooting with seven rebounds, one assist and one turnover.

Kris Middleton (thigh) was out of commission and Jason Kidd opted for a big frontcourt of Greg Monroe, O'Bryant and Jabari Parker. It didn't work out, as the Bucks were destroyed by 29 points on their home court, and O'Bryant is likely headed back to the bench vs. Boston on Friday.
Tue, Apr 5, 2016 11:01:00 PM

Johnny O'Bryant will move into the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Cavs, sending Damien Inglis back to the bench.

Khris Middleton (thigh) will sit out Tuesday's game, which is why O'Bryant is drawing the start, although O'Bryant is an unattractive option in most leagues despite the increased opportunity. Through three starts this season, O'Bryant has compiled measly averages of 7.3 points, 5.0 boards and not much else on 41.2 percent shooting.
Tue, Apr 5, 2016 06:43:00 PM

Johnny O'Bryant (personal) is unlikely to play on Friday against the Heat.

He is expecting his first child today. With O'Bryant likely out, that should mean more Jabari Parker in the starting lineup while the Bucks could go smaller, especially with Hassan Whiteside (hip) out.
